    • sonny james Apacible You'd be shocked by the stuff my 98 Ranger xlt with a 4.0 v6 pulled. 4.0L is not a great engine but it pulls more than you'd expect. The one in the video is 3.0 because the 4.0 did not come on the 2wd regular cab. Honestly I was expecting the truck to win but I guess a stalemate makes more sense.

  • That first tank, the Kanonenjadgpanzer, was pretty much screwed, just based on track size. It's also a pretty light machine, as armor goes, so they're actually in the same weight class. Not so close together with traction, though.

  • That first tank in the video is known as the "Kanonenjagdpanzer 4-5" A tank known for its speed, and its a fairly light tank as well. The engine in it only produces about 500hp though.

    • people are stupid make your engines do the work not your tires. when your tires are spinning where the hell is the power going the wheels are spinning so you get no traction if you go slow your engine and transmission will take the pressure as your wheels start slowly moving forward. that's y the utility truck was going then stopped. he was outmatched the other truck had duel tires on the back which he could of had better traction but he decided to spin his wheels. luckily for dodges competitor the dodge was light weight and had nothing to make the dually pull a little harder.

Also dodge owners along with ford owners get butt hurt because we actually maintain our vehicle just to have it not working at its full potential . Not like a Chevy guy were it can be taken to a shop to be half ass fixed. Ford and dodge people actual work on their vehicles. we know when to quit because we will save a shit ton of money to fix parts that broke under pressure. Every part can only take a certain amount of pressure. Why go though the truck pull when you can actually just look in a manual and see who has the most towing capacity.     • It looked like a Raketenjagdpanzer 2 or a JPz 4-5. Its engine could move the tank itself at a speed of around 45mph. It wasn't made to tow, it was made to quickly get around. The second one looked like an armored recovery vehicle, literally made to tow main battle tanks that have been disabled.

    • It's the vulcanization process that tires and most rubber products go through. You add sulfur to the rubber and you get a stronger rubber. If there's a high enough sulfur content you get yellow smoke. The sulfur is yellow. It's also burning sulfur that makes tires burning smell the way they do. If you know what burning tires smell like, then you also know what sulfur smells like.     • Ray Dornbush. This is the comment I was looking for. It dragged that dually. When conpared it barely made a sound too. Kind of reminded me of Looney Tunes in a way, like Pepe Le Pew. The person he was chasing always tried so hard to get away (Dually) and Pepe would just trot along keeping up no problem (Truck).
