HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst KZheadr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 KZheadr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA KZheadrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"

Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO BUY CARS YOU REPO FROM THE SCRAPYARD UNTIL GTA 6 IS RELEASED RENDERING IT USELESS CAUSE NONE OF US WILL TOUCH THIS GAME AGAIN. Its a way to keep players in gta 5 once 6 drops and milk even more money out of everyone Im surprised nobody else is saying this, if it was gonna be a near future function in the game it would have been a part of it from day one, they’re not tweaking a business they just added to let you buy cars for cheap when they’re also nerfing cayo so we buy shark cards.

I left all of the MC businesses dormant for a long time just for the sake of supplying the nightclub, but now I maintain a small stock in drugs for selling to street dealers. Yields a little extra profit without having to do the missions.

I do just acid lab, auto shop, and cayo perico, all solo (some days I don't even run cayo perico), and I make a couple million per day (if I play all day), which is nothing to sneeze at
Don’t sleep on hangar. It is one of the easiest businesses to run solo now

Air source cargo is the most fun way to make money imo. That multi million dollar payout when you sell 50 crates is so rewarding. I usually just invite randos so I can source more than one crate at a time - sometimes they actually help too XD
It’s ok until you spent 8-10 hours real time farming 50 narcotics crates with 70% sell bonus for just under 3 mil.

For solo players. #1 Cayo perico, #2 Nightclub, #3 AcidLab, #4 Agency. Let Nightclub and acidlab run in the background while u finish cayo perico heist then move on to Agency then sell acid then back to cayo perico. After couple of cycle u can sell Nightclub. Yes u need other businesses for Nightclub but just watch a indepet video about Nightclub business on youtube
seeing that cayo should basically be the first true money making method you aim for, affording business for the nightclub is easy. atleast it was for me
the acid lab should be on #2, bc it doesnt have bad sell missions, mutt doesnt annoy u when he doesnt have supplies, and u get a big amout of money for paying basically nothing. (and u get 2 free vehicles, 3 if u count the virtue for completing the first dose missions)
Bro AL so good I made another character selling only Acid every time I raid a stash I get a free resupply. Last week 2X$ I was getting a lil over $2M selling in public lobbies between the two characters.

For the mc weed missions and meth I park the acid lab right where the delivery cars would spawn usually just gives me the one truck to deliver

The salvage yard will be worth it , if C* add keeping the car for ourselves feature like yusuf said in the cutscene
As a professional gta v grinder I can say the businesses are still verry good if you own the arcade and resupply them every business (bunker, coke, acid, cash, doc, meth) and then you go to your warehouses (5) you buy the crates from the staff so they search for you then go to your hanger and do the same after that you go to your salvage yard and do 2 cars and when you drive from the one to the other you call MUT to resupply your acid lab than you have a lot of passive incomes than you can do whatever you want from mission or heist while you earn like over 5 million just from doing those little things
The Air Freight business would be a lot better if we had access to the Antonov cargo plane and Titan for deliveries but also be able to weaponize them for defense.
If the document forgery office becomes mandatory in order to claim the Salvage Yard cars for yourself, that might boost it into one of the most important businesses to own. Not for profit, but for claiming 3 million dollar supercars for yourself.

Background music hits hard
with doing the CEO special cargo, if you fill up a large warehouse too much it will get raided and sometimes you are not notified of these raids till it is too late. To avoid this although it is a little bit more setup cost, use your 2nd character slot for the creates with just the warehouse staff sourcing for you. This way once every 48+ minutes you can switch between characters send out creates and not worry about raids.
same with MC businesses
@@ryancheney6841 I found that the MC businesses are worse for raids, for me I when I used to do them the most common time for me to get raided was right after I completed an MC sale mission for another MC business. I found a good way to avoid this is having a Heist teleport loaded as host and just before your enter the final sale circle you click accept on your phone then when you get the confirm message of the sale completed and the zone loads back to normal you are instantly teleported to your apartment and safe from MC raids, then just leave the MC.

I would recommend running the acid in a Public and using otr you get around a 200k bonus in a full session but it's all up to preference
I ran it 3 times successfully last week and made over 900k plus, but it was 2x last week. No one came for me while selling in a public lobby. I did use Ghost org once when I saw a player closing in on me.
Not recommend for pc players
Coz i was doing it on public session the other day when it was 2x bonus randomly a modder joined a lobby and legit ended my sell mission and i lost all my products even after changing session

It's not the best money maker (Cayo kinda makes all buisness look bad in that regard) but I have been really enjoying the Auto Shop recently. I like having a buiness you can do that doesn't have to be illegal, the benefits as mentioned are also very useful. Having the chrome paint unlocked at a discount is very useful when you have a classic car collection in there like I do.

What a wonderful list! If you’re new player, listen to this guy and buy Nightclub first (followed by Acid lab and Kostka/sparrow). Don’t be like like me. I started late 2023 and bought special cargo and Coca Cola lock up as my first businesses. Not bad businesses to own in long run but could have progressed so much faster with top businesses in this list.

For me, even after all the nerfs, Cayo Perico is still one of the best solo businesses. Over the course of a day, you rotate between Dre's Heist and Cayo Perico, take care of your passive income with the nightclub and the salvage yard, you make a lot of money.

But they’re run through a business, meaning they’re a part of the business. A business which has other business elements to it, like the wall safe and the tow truck missions. The Kosatka isn’t a business, it’s a submarine lol

You’re easily making 150k in a populated lobby every 5 minutes if you’re quick with it and then wait like 3 minutes and again and again. Super OP
The NC and Acid Lab are golden. The 48 minute delivery tasks + pay phone hits is non stop income. Salvage yard is trickle. Grinding Cargo isn’t worth it unless there is a RS weekly sell bonus. I just pay NPC to source. Vehicle cargo is ok 150k with a cool down on public. You can generate way more money in Private because you just insta spawn at every business. There is no benefit to use public sessions at all if you’re farming money. Salvage yard missions pay good as long as you can do them between 48 min cool downs. MC bike delivery usually 50k in under 3 min, import/export the same. Most Payphone hits under 15 min. 45k. My nightclub makes 1.5 mil selling once a day . One and done. The real money is Private sessions unfortunately. I’ve only been playing 2 months and own every business and high value vehicle in the game. Missions are for fun imo that’s it. How many vehicles can you drive? I got no use for money tbh. I still like playing.

Ramp buggy wouldn't last long enough. Sounds like a great idea but generally they can only ramp a car a few times before it smokes. That plus vigilantes boosting into you would crush it. If they could mod it to give it a lot more health it would be great.
I won’t consider the pay phone hits a nerf, if you’re looking to just do the the vip contract you can do a security contract then pay phone hit alternating every 10 mins, just the pay phone hit alone within an hour at 45k every 10 mins would be 270k

Small correction: The “kick out trouble maker” event inside nightclub doesn’t return popularity to full. It only fills the bar 1/5 so if your popularity is 4/5 full it will return it full, yes. But anything less than that it will only go up 1/5 from wherever your tab is at. There’s also 4 DJs you can hire. They cost 100,000 for the first time you hire them, you will have to go pick them up, and they will fill up your popularity 100%. After you’ve hired them once, they only cost 10,000 to rehire, they don’t need to be picked up, but they will only fill popularity 1/10. And you never actually need to hire another dj unless you really want to, or you’re doing it to boost popularity. Your current DJ will play at your club forever and it doesn’t affect popularity or anything. You can also call Tony for free popularity missions or you can activate them from the computer in your office. And this will boost your popularity 1/5 I believe
You’re correct, I was meaning fill it, if you never let it go down once it’s up. You should never let your popularity get below 4/5 otherwise you’re losing out on free money

500% right, Farmhouse bunker is the best, i buy the Chumash and many sell missions are hard to make alone if u get more vehicles. Farmhouse is strategic better. If you have any thougts the try to drive to diferent places on the map from each bunker before u buy and see for yourself.

A trick with the hangar buisness when you get the truck and trailer source mission just blow up the trailer and pick up the package. Can do this also with the sub source mission.

Why does everyone always sleep on the vehicle cargo? Idk when it got buffed, but now that it gives you the added player bonus, you can do like 3 deliveries an hour for 150k each ad long as you only sell top range vehicles.

I hate the Dr. Dre missions because the one for the casino penthouse *ALWAYS* glitches out and leaves me stuck on an infinite loading screen. I'm really hoping I'm not the only one
I had that issue, was fixed by verifying my game files, hope this helps out.
When I saw x5 for the weekly update for taxi work I thought it said it for acid lab that would’ve been too good😅😅😅
The sale missions for MC and bunker are absolute trash, especially if you don't meta game and just blindly buy them in bad locations. I haven't touched any of those businesses since i got... well, anything else. If you're new, i'd recommend you do all kinds of stuff, including contact missions with randomers, so you don't burn out on doing one thing over and over, which is common with Dre contract or Cayo heist, regardless how efficient they are.

I played years ago but lost my account for something stupid. Came back and was regretting it cause I knew the struggle was a pain, only to find out how easy it is to make money now. Started at level one and grabbed G’s caches, signal jammers, cards, action figures and animal photography. After two weeks I bought a CEO office and Chop Shop, grinded for another two weeks and bought an agency, now I have MC businesses, nightclub sourcing and now I’ve got every business and make $750,000 from passive income and last weekend I did Dr. Dre’s agency mission all weekend and now I’ve made over $277 million dollars in less than two months. This is what I thought the game was suppose to be like in the beginning, now it’s easy to make money.

I didn't know the Auto Shop personnel had been improved. I stopped using them and delivered every car myself. Now I'll have to try them. I started a new character with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. The first business I tried to get other than the ones that came with the starter pack, bunker, cash factory, the biker clubhouse, was the Acid Lab. I started it at Rank 20 and by Rank 60 had the 1st and Last Dose, plus the upgrades. Going through the process was very profitable. I got a very cool car, the Ocelot Virtue once everything was done. It's an Imani Tech vehicle, so I have to wait until I get the Agency to fully upgrade it. I didn't know about naming my acid product. Thanks for the tip! I don't like the Farm House Bunker as much as the Thomson Scrapyard Bunker. The Thomson Scrapyard Bunker is only a little further away from the city and it is right off the freeway, making for easy access. I love the Nightclub business. Sometimes I go AFK by leaning against the rail to watch the pole dancer at the Vanilla Unicorn. Hours later I come back and find $500,000 or more stock to be delivered.

Isn’t the best way to make money switch between Cayo Perico and Dr Dre heist, while they are both in cooldown you sell all of the products made by passive business like meth, acid, cocaine, bunker and night club?(I do the 3 weekly chop shop quests too) P.S.: obviously I mean when you are doing everything solo, because casinò heist should be added if you are in duo.
so supply every single business then go do the heists, they will be ready to sell by then?
@@puffyeato pretty much that’s it, you will need to do the heists 2 times(for night club and bunker you will have to wait more but they give much more), if you are in duo you could do Cayo Perico glitch 3 times everyday
