Pep Guardiola is widely regarded as one of the most successful managers in football history. Over the course of his 15-year senior managerial career, he has coached many of the world's greatest. Players such as Lionel Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and so on have enjoyed the time they spent working under him. However not everyone did and this video highlights few notable players who has had problems with the current Manchester City boss.

I'm so happy Etoo succeeded well after he left Pep, so satisfying
I would say Guardiola succeeded pretty much too after separating himself to Eto'o
@jauresngabirano4003 that doesn't make sense. Each season guardiola has 11+ players all of whom to give time to and adjust tactics with. A player can only succeed with the individual tactics and amount of time he is given. Despite both being geniuses at their crafts, it's easier for Guardiola, a coach, to succeed after moving 1/11 players than it is for the 1 player, Eto'o, to move and see more success than his old team with Pep
Guardiola succeeded much more than Eto'o
As a soccer player, fat lie. Guardiola was never a great player. Etoo was a great player. Compare their success as soccer players. Etoo is not a coach. Etoo is the only player on earth to win back to back continental trebles with two different clubs.
@@yannickndouanla586 saying pep was never a great player just means you're either 12 or have no ball knowledge and etoo is the luckiest player since he wasn't even top 3 on any of the treble teams.
Every success comes with enemies
Yaya came from monaco to Barça
W zlatan moment like always
Not everyone will like your style and Pep is still a success
Great video again my friend
Thanks man🙏❤️
great video
Thanks 🙏
When 5 or more people say the same thing about you, it seems to me that you are the problem.....
Ibra is right about Messi and Pep, they have a huge ego it's just they're being sneaky about it.
Everybody has ego. Ibra's was too much to take instructions from Pep.
@@rrjgpl yes, for sure! The point is that he's not hiding it, unlike Pep and Messi, that's why I said that they're being sneaky. Also, at first Ibra was not a troublemaker, he was happy to be there, it was his dream as he already said, but despite his stellar performance and being the best in the team, he was disrespected because Messi was jealous and Pep pampered him.
@@MrTuttiFruttibcuz Messi was better and Zlatan knows it
Pep has an ego and he isn't sneaky about it. His problems with Ibra might have been sneaky but his ego is known. The problem with Messi however was really the other guys not liking that the offense was set up to work for Messi. Messi was doing his job, how is it big ego to not let these arrogant strikers to dictate how the team is going to run its offence? As a player I've been in Ibra's and everyone else's shoes and I thought the main guy on our team had a big ego but the truth is that I was the one who couldn't accept being a role player who worked to provide my star teammate with goals. It was my big ego and not his. The truth is he was the best goal scorer even if some of us were also good he was the best. It's not a big ego for him to not let us try to take his role from him

Worth a like

Nice Video, how can I get in touch with you?
Thanks. You can DM me on Twitter @IllustrofootB.
Had Zlatan tamed his ego, he would have had that elusive Champions League medal in his medal room...because lets face it, Pep's ruthlessness has been vindicated.
I was thinking about this - might have won it with inter 2010 or Barca 2011
We’ll life has clearly shown you that your wrong. I am black n African n love what pep has done. If you still use racism your the problem
All these guys were failures after kicked out by Pep...their back still hurts from that 😂😂😂kick.
