Weather is hard or easy to prepare sturgeon it’s all depending on how you eat that Asian people they consider the bones are delicacy because they’re soft crunchy so if they have no problem doing the cutting we just eat them all together bone Sumeet

I would love to see how that is prepared. I’m 💯 in on try any food. I’m the guy that stood in line for 30 minute eat crickets and mill worms when I was in Thailand.

What’s your favorite recipe or way to prepare them?

I have a few. Anyway you cook it, be sure to let the meat rest for a couple days in the refrigerator. The meat will break down a bit and become more flaky instead of chewy. Pistachio/panko crusted on a pan sear is pretty dang good.
