You forgot to mention that a type 5 and beyond civilization becomes so advanced that for the inhabitants of such civilizations, time is at least irrelevant, if not non existent.

I don't even think Humanity would ever become a type I. Our planet lacks the ability to get along long enough to make any reasonable advancements toward this.
I disagree ! Take a DNA test you find we have more in common with everyone on the planet. Our nationality is not our heritage, a justified form of discrimination towards ancient tribes of resource gathering. Science will unite us while religion and nationalism will divide. Our future wars will be with greed in power over energy resources and religion. That will bring the worst of humanity, while science will be our salvation we will indeed save ourselves from ourselves. It's easy to lose hope, but believe in yourself not others around you. Don't live your life reacting to moments, we don't evolve by wanting a simple life that's for sheep. Do something great besides wanting a natural human instinct.
All we need is to overcome a sudden and common enemy. One so great the whole world has no choice but to work together or be destroyed.

We could easily become type 1 if these uncertain wars and showcase of nuclear weapons are stopped, we lack the ability to see humanity beyond ethnicity, religion, country, the day we overcome these things we will be easily type 1.

@@Mr.J503 It's very unlikely that AI or aliens decide to destroy us, we are not in a Hollywood movie. Actually it's more likely the contrary for a long series of logic explanations. And no natural disaster on Earth could wipe out humanity now, not even the asteroid that destroyed the dinosaurs. Only the most destructive forces of the universe can destriy current humanity, like a supernova or a black hole, but we would notice such events thousands or even millions of years before they happen
Don't forget there are so many parallel universes too So it is also possible that in some universe we have already reached the Type 7 Civilization level

If we think about it, only being a close, self-less society could lead us to progress together and become a type 1/2/3/4/5 society. However, I feel like in type 6 and 7 each individual becomes way too powerful, and is inevitably gonna lose the sense of community. So... what if it was a full circle? After becoming capable of manipulating everything in existence and nothing left to bring people together, there must be a point when we would reach just pure chaos. What if that chaos lead to the end of every universe... and then to one more big-bang?
So what you are trying to say is, What if the big bang is just a restart button for a type 7 civ right?

We would still be human regardless of what stage we're at. The expectations of "being human" has changed so many times over millennia, but the term "human" still remained. Why would it change? We could become literally godlike, creating life in the cosmos at will, and still be human. In the broadest view, humans are beings with the power to turn imagination to reality. That is what has been constant about us.

This is where you need to take time to think about what you want from your life as a human. How far would you want to advance? The more things we achieve, the more meaningless life gets, but if we don't make advancements, we're never going to experience something new as a civilisation, but YOU as an individual may live an incredible life. It's about what you think is better for you and for humanity. Watching this video, I personally felt something very strange. I've always wanted (and still want) to become a great scientist and discover or invent something great (even if it's unrealistic, it's the ultimate goal). But is it worth it? I will have to sacrifice a lot of my life, and even if I succeed, is it ultimately better for humanity in the end, or am I removing more meaning from human life? Definitely thinks to think about.

To answer the comments on how we’re ever able to make it past Type I, we have to let go of divisive beliefs, right/wrong, us vs them thinking. Basically letting go of the ego, sense of “self”, and embrace love and empathy, recognizing we are all one. Through that togetherness then, we could move forward towards a better future with ease. So what we need to conquer the universe is not external at all, but entirely internal. Raising our consciousness naturally will raise our perception of reality and existence.

We have no idea, some scientists believe that at some point all the matter in the universe peaks at it's distance from where it once began, and then rebounds coming back together restarting the big bang, if this is true, and considering how time works, this has probably been happening for all of eternity and will happen for all of eternity

@@stagnant-name5851 That might be true, or it may be simpler to enter a new universe, whether it be a neighboring universe, or creating a place with no mass in another dimension, almost making a separate mini universe. Maybe once the universe is reset, its a sociological issue in which a civilization realizes its more important for the universe to be reset as there are by that point in time no doubt many faults and taints across the universe manufactured by other civilizations that makes it almost impossible to live and operate in. It may also be that it's too hard to stop it, or from a philosophical point of view, it's better to accept the rise and fall of a given community. Maybe it's the ultimate goal not to stop it happening, but surpass it so that every other civilization dies and only the elite and advanced move forward, plus it'd probably be easier.

What if we die from this world and transfer to another world in a different universe which maybe ahead or behind us in terms of time.
Since time's flow isn't constant across the universe, take for example in a black hole if you fell into it you wouldn't die, from the outside it would just look like you were getting smaller and smaller until you were no longer visible, but from your point of reference, you would be falling into the hole for all of eternity. It's completely possible for us to if we get reincarnated after death to be placed somewhere billions of years ago, or trillions of years into the future

It's impossible to know for now. Our brain aren't adapted to that many informations, being able to control multiples universe and have knowledge of everything. It's something that we can't even try to fathom as we are now. To achieve this we should become something that is far more different than what we are now , would that still make us humans ?
With our current weapons and technology we are doing a pretty good job at it, we don't need to manipulate reality to make that happen.

I have been working on various projects and conferences dealing with climate change. I think the major issue right now is uncontrolled urbanization and development. Ok in a type 7, it would make more sense if you were able to command other forms of reality. More spatial dimensions. You can control the fabric of every type of reality, not just "more universes". To me this makes more sense

I feel like thousands of years ago when we were type 0.35 a greek philosipher probably was thinking about the future, and thought of something. "What if theres a future where you can work from you own home by just pressing buttons? What if at that time there was no need for friends and family, you had it all at the comfort of your fingertips." And this man couldn't imagine that there would be problems at all and that all problems are solved and that life would be boring. This man predicted us today but he didn't know that it wouldn't be that boring, we still have problems over her in type 0.75 and friends its just that life is a little bit easier. And that philosipher is also us today, trying to imagine a future where you can be anywhere at anytime in any shape or form, that would be borning there's no challenges there, but there still would be. We can't understand these challenges, like imagine omniversal currency and trade and total wars through time and space. There would still be politics, homelessness and war just on a larger scale and poor people of that time would have luxuries that the richest people today couldn't imagine a portion of, like how an egyptian pharharo couldn't imagine flying through the air in a flying metal tube with luxury food and spices not even know to man at the time. We have no idea what will happen and we shouldn't make assumtions like that, I'm pretty sure a person from today would hate being sent back to 1000 BCE even as a prince, because of how bad it was, and same with future people they would just be in horror in the thought of being put back billions of years in the past and being stuck, even as the richest person in the world.

to make the jump from 0.7 to 1.0 we need to become more understanding, empathetic and peaceful. For this reason, Star Wars and Star Trek will forever be sci-fi. Space wars would never happen once you obtain type 1 status.
Yes but Humanity is barely scratching the surface of even becoming a type 1 civilization. We are still divided, we need a bond, true equality and grand foundation. We will see what happens I guess, the ultimate goal however is to advance and use potential to the infinite extend. Type 7 would be the dream indeed.

I think type 8 have already accessed 4th dimension since dimensions are included on the multiverse.. tho they didnt say control over them so maybe not. I think the type z civilization is the closest synonym. However we maybe completely overthinking this im ngl. But honestly I don't think we are. I think we just don't have the stats so we just speculate. But if type 8 is equal to type z then it should be able to easily access other dimensions or be aware they exist.

No the dimensions are very different from the universes, whilst they're no doubt connected, a type 4 civilization would be able to access higher dimensions, maybe even less than a type 1 could, it might actually be our next huge break through, the dimensional age like the atomic age once was, if we were able to do so, technology would skyrocket, we could unfold something like a singular neutron from the 12th dimensions into the second creating a 2 dimensional sheet that's area would take up more probably area the the surface of the Earth, we could etch electronics into this creating the largest computers, or use it for travel, etc, the possibilities would be endless. For the civilizations though, just think of each progressing one controlling whats outside of the previous one, we control the Earth, type 2 would control the solar system, type 3 the galaxy, and type 4 the universe, type 5 all of the multiverse, type 6 the omniverse, and type 7 whatever is outside of the omniverse, this would also continue in dimensions, like there might be a 4th dimensional level 4 civilization which might be like a level 5 civilization etc.

As a representative of type VII civilization I can confirm he's telling the truth. We're capable of doing unimaginable things, "TECHNOLOGY IS SO ADVANCED THAT LOOK SORCERER" that's what lower civilization described about us. But it's just a child's play to us. its not about technology of science. god has infinite resources. if he wants to grant any civilization something like the control of another universe all he would want from them is purity. like purity of any malice or negativity. and I believe humanity is very close to that state. If they reach complete purity god will just pour all the resources and science and technology they want or need into their civilization. and who knows? They might just go to the next type in a very short period of time. like a year? even a day ? :))
About the time travelling I think maybe we will be able to visit the past and future or just see but not interact with the past or change it.

see, what i think type 7 civilizations would also be able to control is space-time, a non constant ratio of it, so they would be able to create and dilute different dimensions, like instead of a 3 dimensional space time with width, length and height they could go into a 4 dimensional supercube spacetime, which would be w, l, h, and ?. It would be like adding a new dimension to all of our 3 dimensional objects, like the keyboard im typing on right now.
