Actually he was talking about the whole situation there that arsenal only needed 1 point to win the league and after the match spurs players were jumping in front of his face, so as a normal human i think you will get annoyed if not disgusted. So that was the context, may be if spurs players had not celebrated in his face for getting a draw then he may have not said the same whereas he had all the rights there to celebrate the invincible league triumph.

You didn’t have to be an Arsenal fan to realise how good this guy was. I’m a United fan and even though he hurt us quite a few times with some of the goals he scored against us, there was still a grudging admiration. I remember that goal he scored against us at Highbury in the 00/01 season I think it was. When he flicked it up and volleyed it in the net. Unbelievable. One of the all time greats.
I remember watching that game. That goal made me sit up and pay attention. I knew that this was someone special.

The greatest player in the history of the premier league, and the greatest player to ever wear an Arsenal shirt. Henry was the king, and was my favourite player growing up.
I was there the day the king came back, against Leeds in the cup in January 2012. It was a gritty game, but you knew the moment he came on it was gonna be him that decided that game! I remember hugging strangers, crying and knowing I was witnessing a true Arsenal great get a beautiful swan song... I really hope you get some notches in your belt and get to lead us one day from the sidelines Thierry

When they were talking about Henry coming back on loan I was nervous, I didn’t know how it would go and didn’t want him to tarnish his magnificent legacy. Will never forget the FA cup Leeds game it was my sons 12th birthday. Apart from Anfield 89 never have I felt so emotional watching a match.

It's not the fault of the current players, it's the faults of Arsenal as a team who have failed to rekindle the passion of that era on the team. They cannot actually replace a manager like Arsene Wenger since he left and the team have continued to go down and down since Arteta took over

Maybe Vieira, Anelka and Petit made Arsenal famous in France like he said. But since 2000 in France, we can't talk about Arsenal without mentioning Henry. I'm 27 and I grew up thinking that he was the best player in the history. I remember that every sunday night when the french tv showed some highlights about the others europeans leagues, every week during 8 straight years, this guy was scoring goals, assists and embarassing defenders. I almost cried more when Arsenal lost against Barcelona than when we lost against Italy a few weeks later (what a sad summer lmao) I'm an Arsenal fan because of him. Don't ever compare Thierry to the likes of Aguero, Rooney, Drogba, Suarez or any other striker. Thierry had the agility, pace, physicality, shot power, dribbling and best of all his finishing was pure world-class. He won the World Cup & Euro's, 2 Premier League titles (+Invincble season), domestic cups with Arsenal, champions league final with Arsenal, Treble with Barca's best-ever team. No other striker compares to him.
