    • GucciArzola Yet another fool. You clearly don't know what it takes to become a great athlete. Having a me first style of playing was the Lakers predominant strategy because they had Kobe Bryant. That doesn't mean that's the kind of athlete Kobe Bryant is. It's not possible to reach what he reached in the NBA being a selfish player. No one sees the practices or behind the scenes. All they see is the game, the press conferences , the advertising,..the money. I guarantee you Kobe Bryant is a team player and would be an amazing coach. Shame on you for letting your ignorance get the best of you. You have absolutely no idea what kinds of responsibilities comes along with being Kobe Bryant. What he has displayed throughout his career is nothing short of great, and couldn't have been achieved by himself.

Learn to be able to pull up shots when faced with help defense and protect the ball 4. Get into mamba mentality zone and dont let any outside thing take you out 5. STRETCH... and have fun 6. Kobe is the goat... Hope this helps, practice and work hard! Rip, Kobe the Mamba. You'll always be in our hearts 💕.

    • I got Patellar Tendonitis (knee pain) on both legs. It's common for people who play basketball. The knee is under alot of stress from the jumping that's why some people get this injury. I had tight hip flexors (cause I didn't stretch) and my knees had to catch most of the weight.(glutes, quads and muscles of the hips are supposed to help you alot catching your weight on the landing). STRECH legs everyday strenghten your legs and don't buy cheap shoes get some quality basketball shoes and you should be straight.. Go see a doctor though to make sure It's actually the same injury I had. Stretches: www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/sport-injuries/knee-pain/jumpers-knee/stretching-exercises-jumpers-knee strenght exercises: www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/sport-injuries/knee-pain/jumpers-knee/strengthening-exercises-jumpers-knee

    • CCareTTaker My 5th grade daughter had this. She had Physical therapy 2x per week for about 3 months and stretching exercises 2x per day. After the pain was gone for 2 weeks and she'd had PT she was cleared to go back to playing again. The benefit is that she is stronger and quicker now...a lot more power in her shot. Everyone should do proper stretching and strengthening exercises...especially girls though I know a lot of guys who played on playgrounds all the time when they were kids still have knee pain and problems.

Its usually if the defender is pressuring me in the open court and I'm not fast enough to blow by him.
