I work @ a adult day center and the participants really enjoy your chair exercises. You have them laughing while exercising with your upbeat attitude. We enjoyed your tropical & disco backgrounds. Would love to see more seated exercises for seniors 30 minute version.

I can do that but remember, I must include a 5 min stretch, so it will be more of 15 minutes powerwalks and 5 min stretch.
