Paul. I am unable to use my legs. What should I do when you do leg only exercises?
Good Question! If you are not able to move your legs. instead of marching just pump your arms. When I do leg extensions, extend arm out in from of you and then lower down as if raising a leg. Lastly when I pull leg up and cross over the other leg, just lean forward from the hips and hold the stretch and then come back up. I will demo these in my next video.
