Love the new brake! I worked sheet metal for 25 years. I had to retire about 10 years ago due to injury. It makes me proud to see I left the trade in good hands.

Great video. Awesome team work. Ingenious idea to use that roller to ease pulling the sheet steel off the flat bed. Thought that truck driver blasting his horn for getting in his way so rude and selfish, anyone could see what you were doing. He should remember he may need your services one day.
We don't feel bad brother if anyone blow horn ,, its interesting for you to know that in India and Pakistan on the back of our trucks we write " BLOW HORN " in big letters 😃 we love the sound of horn and use it for telling anyone thath I'm coming behind be careful and give me side to pass 👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊

Nice to see men still willing to work. Advances in the US about safety and osha would put these guy's out of business. I think alot of what they are doing is on the crude side of the business but keeping truck's going has been my life for over 30 years and I can understand the work with what you have mentality. Damn fine job. Keep going.

The team work and use of whatever is available is amazing.
You should know that press and shears didn't change to mach from 1960 it still the same design with addon like backstop we just bought new press the mechanical drawing coming with it is from 1960 the press controller is new with lcd screen but it still the same way of work also we rebuilt old press with new controller and new hydraulic pump and new hydraulic cylinders

Cool, congrats. But, god, get safety equipement! For example , on 14:47 guy shouldn't stick his hands into working zone - use some simple hook made from steel bar. Hands and eyes are given to person only once in his life.

I think cranes have an alarm for when they are overloaded or over stressed. It went off as soon as it touched the ground.
Crane alarm yes. I'm more surprised it's not been bypassed.
In normal work the crane should use hydraulic cylinders to carry the weight not the wheels I don't think they are using those cylinders to support the crane and keep it on level

Brother ASHOK LEYLAND is in India its nice truck i also have one ,, but this video is from Pakistan , Pakistan have some different trucks than India but the road conditions and weather is almost same 😊😊
Saw a very similar press at a factory auction in the UK a few years back. No one bought it so it was scrapped on site. Such a shame.... On the plus side, this one's a survivor! Add a water jet machine and you'll knock them out in half the time!

@@user-kg8tq5cw7r ох как это долго писать(чтобы объяснить). В двух словах он режит под прямым углом. Минусов два это скорость реза медленнее, и ему приходится вот так сидеть. Если он повернет сапло резака под углом к металлу, то он сможет встать. Скорость реза быстрее т.к метал прогревается лучше. Но они так не смогут т.к некуда будет девать левую ногу. PS расход кислорода тоже уменьшится
