  • I love the work you are doing with these vivariums, and while sad the first one had to go outside am impressed that the acorns chose to stay, I wonder if they treat outside as an outworld, or do they find enough in the tank still? The new vivarium looks beautiful, you get more adventurous with each one. I don’t honestly have a favourite because each presents very different community behaviours. I always look forward to your posts. 🖤🇨🇦

  • Just want to say that Camponotus Ligniperda is not exactly the biggest ant of Europe, some of their queens are the biggest, but the tittle belongs to Camponotus Cruentatus, their workers can be bigger than the queen, which are more or less the same as Ligniperda

  • are you going to add millipedes and aphids in the future? also banded sugar ants and meat ants look pretty cool maybe you could get one of them? but you cant get them together because they will raid each others nest and banded sugar ants are preyed upon by other ants so they could be another food source but i dont know about their behavior and maybe a jumping spider haha im way too excited

    • @@nordicants6232 I bought a 90x45x45 terarrium for my harpies is that big enough? I feed my harpies dubias they dog in soil i noticed so i might provide them crickets again. Sadly small spiecies can escape my terarrium true the door gap. Maybe in the future i will try adding to colonies together! Thanks buddy you inspire me!👍🏽

    • 5:05 for example ;) To me, it feels like the music is about twice as loud. But it was only noticeable after putting the volume of your voice at the maximum level where it's still not too loud and then the music part was too loud...

  • I'd love to make a tropical ant based vivarium like this but i think my girlfriend would slap the hell out of me for bringing insects into a household. Although i would make one with a waterfall with fish, dart frogs or some form to control ant population as they progress XD
