That was so cool
How did you get the new root system after you cut the bamboo the ones you planted had new growth of roots
kzhead.info/sun/ncVqdrp9cH5pZK8/bejne.html
Sure dude. You have to tell us about your camera and setup..
Regis Aquatics can you upload a video cleaning this tank
I love that the fish gets a 30 mins acclimation period, while the snails just get YEET
🤣
LMFAO I choked on my water reading this comment 💀😭😂
Thou cannot yeet that which has been previously been yote

Always nice to see a spoilt Betta after so many get mistreated.
Agreed and affirmed
Yes I love it too ❤️
@@monajo855 not really lol
M J for the 5 minutes before he’s eaten...
I KNOW, my little cousins have one that lives in a bowl the size of a cereal bowl, with no plants or anything
I have a red betta just like this and he lives with a snail. It's hard to find any live aquarium plants in the country where I live, but he's got a pretty big tank and some rocks from the Black Sea in there. I guess it's minimalist, but when we move to the US I'm going to follow your steps and set him up a paradise. (Apparently pet fish can fly with you, and I'd never leave him behind)
Seriously? How? I’m moving out of my country and I want to take my betta
@@pastelshrimp3106 I checked online about it. You can take the fish in a completely spill-proof container. I would call the airline and make sure they know to expect your fish. It can travel about 48 hours and be okay, from what I've read.
@@pastelshrimp3106 You need to get heating pads so your betta doesn’t die fyi
@@amysanchez3699 OMG THANK U!

Stunning set up - but can w talk about the bag trick when you first poured in your water?!?? GENIUS
I did the Bag trick when I was 8 years old.. just want to share with you 😊
I mean it's recycling
It says on my substrate bags to use the bag to not upset it. Like it’s in the instructions lol
Maaaan!👌🏾
common trick bro
The snail to the left is like " Excuse me, Sir, but I have some glass to clean. I bid you good day, Sir."
Jaja un lindo caracol.
Snails can be quite inconsiderate. I embrace the bladder snails in my tanks, but at any given time I can find at least one poor snail with no less than 3 other snails riding him in each of my tanks.
Should I put snails in my betta tank? I’m starting up my first planted tank and I don’t know it I should or not
Ok
@@taylor.annalise1 Depends. Although they may not require as much care as fish, they still do poop, despite people thinking they clean the tank of poop. If you’re looking for tank mates, it’s fine. If you can afford to take care so many lives, it’s fine. However, they reproduce very quickly, if you’re going to get them then you should prepare your heart to cull them if necessary. You should make sure your betta isn’t really aggressive or likes eating/fighting snails, because if it manages to kill one, not only will you now have dead snails but a maybe sick betta (because of the shell if they somehow try to eat it and stress). Make sure your snails don’t stress out your betta and make sure to clean the snails’ poop too. Snails are very cute, helpful and annoying, so while they do improve your tanks’ looks and health, they can also be a nuisance because they breed too much. Don’t be surprised if you find snails all over your house, your couch, your desk, almost anything (an exaggeration but you know what I mean)!
Quality tank! Dang that’s a paradise for a lone male betta.
@Swadeled _AMV that’s what I wonder too tbh sometimes. But the betta seems to look content as far as what’s shown in his videos.
True
Chee Nou Lo who knows he actually so sad being separated from his family? Who knows he might only has a father back then in his home, whom now worried sick where did his son go and never come back? Oh gosh, now i am imagining his father searching for him like martin searched for nemo and i am feeling so sad 🥺🥺
@@MsNovazz uhm...this is a betta fish lol.
Chee Nou Lo so he doesnt has a father? 🥺

Make a video about how to maintain the tank like cleaning or changing water or something
Will do! Next update video will include complete maintenance!
Would love to see that vid also. Always wonder about the maintenance.
This is good content, I hope there's an update to it on it's status and also the maintenance
@@RegisAquatics how much did you cost for the whole set up??????

WOW, you did an amazing job!!! It looks like a mini rainforest.
After I saw this video, I got inspired and I made a 40 gallon bamboo aquarium. Thank you ❤️
@Jayesh Dabhi Gift shops pe mil jata hai, online mil jata hai, normal bamboo se alag hota hai.

I love my lucky bamboo plant and I think a naturalistic beta setup would be awesome. Looking forward to this video!
I love these videos. School has just been so stressful and it's been giving me a lot of anxiety, but watching videos like these calm me down and make me feel happy. I just got betta fish a few days ago too! They're double tail halfmoon plakats, so cute! But the breeder won't ship them out till next month, which is fine with me. I look forward to preparing their tanks while I wait for them 🥰❤️
any updates on the fish? 👀
Have you decided if you're using plants? My son and his grandma just set up a tank together and she used her pothos from her collection. He absolutely loves it too compared to his plastic cup home at the store :( he will dive into the roots and just hang out then swim away and explore
I feel you, I’m in the same situation and I very recently got my beta sswell, he’s a dragon scale male and so pretty!
Beyond incredible . Damn amazing . That's one lucky betta . Never thought I'd envy a fish that much ❤️
So peaceful to watch. The tank looks beautiful
Love how the tank turned out. It looks amazing.
Thanks!
This is beautiful!! This is the set up I didn’t even know I needed. I love it. Now I’m inspired to finally get a tank.

Wow, that is quite an impressive little ecosystem! I have never seen anything like this before.
Looks really nice. I need to do that to some of my tanks.
I love how u put those little plants!
Absolutely gorgeous! And the red betta fits his tank well!
omg I have no words to explain about this beautiful aquarium, definitely the fish always feel safe in such environment and then lay eggs too because it feels like home to them, totally natural look
I once had a blind betta in a bamboo cube and he built a bubble nest around the bamboo edge. And from what I've been told they have to feel happy to build the bubble nest.
Bubble nest does not equal happy, it's just a sign that they're ready to fuck
Over the years I've seen bubble nests floating in a 5 gal container also.
Es porque quieren aparearse
VERY beautifully set up looks tooooo good FEELS LIKE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO AND LIVE IN THERE!!! I WISH I TO HAD THE SAME LOOKING HOME!!!!
This bamboo always make the surrounding looks pretty...good choice!
That looks so amazing! It's green and simple, love it.
So creative. Love that jazzy song midway through. Took me into a zone.
Awesome build!!! This is when I believe I will do! Thank you for sharing! 👍🌿🐟🌱🙏
Very pretty set up and fulfilling to see a betta fish get such a wonderful home

Cool tank! Its very nature themed i like that
Nice set up! The red betta really stands out in there. I have heteranthera zosterifolia in my rio 180. It grows so fast, it's one of my new favourite plants

Definitely!
I heard someone say it can be bad for fish.
Sooooooooo pretty. It's so relaxing to have fish. When I grow up I'm gonna have atleast 100 fish tanks for different fish ☺☺ it's my biggest dream.

My sister has a tank with two betta females, soon we will have some betta-fry (fish babies) again, loved the vid! 👍
This makes me want to max stats my bettas tank. I love my little homie. He is the only fish I’ve had that greets me when I come home
This is such a beautiful aquarium
The good kind of simple. :)
That betta looks so blissed out in that tank! I love it. I have a cat so I need to have a lid on mine, otherwise I'd love to put lucky bamboo in my beta tank as well.
lucky bamboo is also toxic to cats, so please be careful if you do end up finding a way to have some in your tank to keep it out of the way of your feline friend! (not to assume you don’t already know this :))
