      @Bilson420@Bilson420 Жыл бұрын
    • @@Bilson420 Yep. A lot of that footage with the polar bears and other predators was completely faked. All just in studios. Just like the Moon landing. #sarcasm For the small animals (insects, birds, etc.), they do have some purpose-built facilities that act as both atrium and videography studio, but not even all that much of footage for those animals comes from that. Many animals, large and small, just don't do well in captive environments. Of the clips shown here, even the cat stuff wasn't in studios. The "field" there is much less harsh (and budget-friendly). The vast majority of BBC Earth's footage is camping in the field for days and weeks at a time; taken with frontline camera technology/ techniques.

    • These replies here are so naive I thought I was in a Disney movie for a second. Animals try to run from certain death every single day, you honestly think this Bison even has the capacity to consider the possibility of saving another while risking its own life? If that was part of a Bison' biology, they'd been extinct already - doing what it did is unquestionably the best choice in the situation. If Bisons were so heroic as you think, why did they run in the first place? By your logic, they should have stayed in a group and fought all the wolves to save everyone.

  • These documentaries are really masterpieces. David attenborough's fantastic voice, the magnificent camera work, the editing, just everything. These documentaries give me peace when life is being awful. I'm so grateful for them. I love them so much. Thank you BBC and the team responsible for creating these videos. And I love that you've added the titles of the documentaries the clips belong to. Gives me more for my to-buy list 😁
