  • I love the colour and the CT kit, my only thoughts around the wheels is that because of the outer surround, it almost makes them look too small for the car. I hope whatever is wrong with the engine is a simple fix as after all this work to have a knackered engine would be heartbreaking. Great video as always and I look forward to the next update👍🇬🇧

  • At first I was impressed by the jobs you took on in a garage with a 24/7 smile. After watching the MaClaren build I am convinced you aren’t human ?! You just jump in and your off the cuff comments make you sound like you are learning as you go. By now you are not only a mechanic but an outstanding one at that. Anyone I’ve known in the automotive business would have run from that car… you still completed a car that the manufacturer said was not repairable … I’m not worthy lol you are a hoot with certified brass

  • Great video Mat. As always. 1.The colour is beautiful 2. Don't like the carbon fenders. Should keep them standard or paint them and leave the vents with carbon exposed. 3. The wheels don't compliment the aggressive style. They look too small. A super car looks much more aggressive with bigger rims. Just my honest opinion mate. You are still a legend none the less. Thank you for such an amazing chanel.

  • 32:19 Nope on the wheels for me... maybe better with carbon surrounds then the white? Wish the fenders were painted body colour, and carbon wrap the roof and all other black bits. It's looking a little too pieced together currently.

    • sometimes dark colors look good, i think it depends on the car tbh, like I would never go for a subdued color on a lambo cause thats antithetical to what theyre for, but a ferrari in a dark blue would be awesome

  • In Germany we don't call the hood "Deckel", rather we call it Motorhaube, which roughly translates to engine hood, since a lot of German words are really descriptive. Deckel ist like for jars and buckets.

  • as a German i have to tell you that "Deckel" means lid as in the lid of the pickel jar and not the boned. The right word would be "Motorhaube" (direct translation engen lid). But as the Mclaren dosent have the engine in the front we would call it the "Kofferraumklappe" (Trunklid). hope this will better your german skills and love your Videos. keep up the work.
