So much love, so much acceptance. I recieved Christ, but went back into the world and got messed up. Came back to Him in 1991. Never looked back. Both events changed my life. I am now in my 50s.

  • This is what a Christian movie should be. Relatable and truthful. Not the ones that are so judgemental and try to shove the gospel and their perfection in our faces

    @dayveedoh9273@dayveedoh9273 Жыл бұрын
    • Agreed! There’s no such thing as a perfect Christian; if you’ve experienced someone trying to act that way or notice someone coming off that way they’re really just compensating for their insufficiencies or have misunderstood the big picture of Christianity. The gospel is significant *because* no one can be perfect. It’s an unfortunate reaction and is fear-based when people go about Christianity that way, like it’s something to uphold instead of something that invites all to abandon our facades and insecurities and vulnerabilities to be met by the one who can relate yet lead by perfect (non-judgmental) example.

So please give the story and actors a chance. I love the story of Will. I'm not extremely religious, but the movie gave me a new perspective. Definitely one of my favorite movies. Some parts are slow like get to the point... and it was a bit cheesy... I also felt like the character change was too drastic and it happened too quickly, feel like Will is still deeply an atheist event tho he loves Avery. but it’s basically a mix of camp rock x teen beach and a bit of high school musical, so overall it’s pretty good and the scenery was really beautiful 🤍 def recommend it if you’re a Christian teen like us ! ⭐️cousins rating: 3/10 ⭐️my rating: 5/10 again our opinion and God bless y’all

I have to say, that some parts were a little bit cringe (guess it's because for kids/young teens) but I loved the movie. As a person who goes to christian summer camps every year, I could really feel the vibes and it gave me goosebumbs. It is exactly as in our camps, we sit around the campfire worshipping God and telling us storys about experiences with God, we enjoy the sunny weather at the beach, dance together and make a lots of new friends and unforgettable memories. We definetly need part 2. Maybe about Will's life in his new family, his christian relationship with avery and how he starts to believe in God
