Ok... somehow, my post got deleted, but apparently, you haven't met humanity. People don't like being told facts if those facts go against what they 'know' is true. The same goes for education. Then, there is the problem of conspiracy theories being memetic hazards/weapons. In other words, they're the information version of diseases, whether natural or weaponized. I'm a bit off topic here, but I find Timothy Snyder's testimony so much, so much better by far than the testimony of the various university presidents in House committees. Which I find nauseatingly weak. I've also followed Snyder's lectures on Ukraine, and I'm starting to read his book Bloodlands.

If you were to ask any Republican 10 years ago if they could ever envision their party supporting Russia and Putin over NATO, they would have angrily scoffed and taken offense at such unpatriotic behavior.

I am a European, the border between justice to fellow humans ends at the Russian border. From the Russian revolution, the years of the USSR to the present time, Russia was a state that was built on suppression, aided by corrupt politicians, using massive propaganda. They absolutely hate democracies, especially the US and are delighted that the US has so many corrupt, mindless politicians, like MTG, who are aiding them to bring democracies down.

He wrongfully purged the rolls of registered voters of 350,000+ names. That is a whole lot of people who lost their right to vote, and that is one reason Greene was able to get elected.
