  • Learn the difference between 'loose' and 'lose.' One can lose a job or ones money, while one can get loose from a straightjacket or trap.

  • our consciousness is the ultimate reality, the very foundation of everything we experience. Think of it like a stream, with the conscious and subconscious as its two parts. Understanding how these parts work together is key to harnessing the power of our minds. The conscious is like our personal filter, while the subconscious takes in everything. And while the conscious shows us the effects, it's the subconscious where the real causes lie. It's a bit like the conscious being active and assertive, while the subconscious is passive and receptive - like two complementary halves of the same whole
