Disclaimer: these are just my opinions and books are subjective! Nothing against the authors who wrote the books I didn't enjoy.

I absolutely LOVE Powerless,it's my favorite book ever. It was very lovely to read and Lauren Roberts writing wasn't hard to understand which i love. I have the same taste in books as you so i will definitely take your book advice,love you! x
Powerless was a perfect fantasy romance!! It had some of my fav ball scenes 😍so glad we have such similar taste!!

Yes! There’s reason the ACOTAR series is so popular! The author is really good at foreshadowing, I agree!! Now I just need to push through her TOG series. Just started Queen of Shadows and now excited to jump right into now that you mentioned you love it. Guess that’s my sign❤

You may really enjoy it as it’s giving TOG vibes! Really enjoying this series so far as it reminds me of everything I love about TOG and ACOTAR😍❤️

The most annoying thing about Spanish love deception was the amount of times she said “his blue eyes” “blue gaze” “ocean eyes” like damn i get it his eyes are blue😭 but i was looking for something very basic so i just went for it

I agree with pretty much all your thoughts on the ones I’ve read, haha we have such similar taste!! Loved ACOTAR, AGGGTM, SoC, Addie LaRue, TJR in general, Divine Rivals, and also did really enjoy It Ends With Us and Verity even though I’m not a big Colleen Hoover fan. Did not love The Atlas Six either but I did love Fourth Wing! And lots here that I want to read, except The Spanish Love Deception, Icebreaker, and Ugly Love 😂

@@SarahsCozyCorner yeah if we were villains was not for me, I’m not super familiar with Shakespeare and so I missed the innuendos but the plot was a bit predictable… OOP 😶 the midnight library has been a bit boring, double OOP 😶

I completely agree with you on Powerless, i really enjoyed the banter but couldn't really get into the first few pages. the dual povs made it difficult for me because they felt repetitive. but it's a great romantasy nonetheless. but i wouldn’t rate it 5 stars unfortunately 😅

I loved Acotar series, Divine Rivals, six of crows. Im reading Heir of fire right now and have obly 140 pages ledt and it is so good. I tought Icebreaker and the serpent and the wings of night were good
I’ve added Seven Year Slip Evelyn Hugo Divine Rivals and Magnolia Parks series to my TBR. I DNF the ACOTAR series just couldn’t get into it I think Throne series was more enjoyable Also DNF Fourth Wing but might pick it back up at some point. Enjoyed Powerless a lot pre ordered Reckless. Enjoyed the vlog😊

I would recommend you to read elena armas 2nd book of this series it's much muvh better then this one atleast for me as i read the the spenish love deception i liked it too much until i read her 2nd book the American roommate experiment its not too much Smut tbh it not even smut but the way they have shown the character and everything that was just beautiful i would love if you read that book ❤

I KNOW!! Genuinely how did it get so hyped!! People were saying it was similar to ACOTAR 🤣 it’s absolutely not
For me Icebreaker was the worst book I’ve ever read- spice with no plot, unlikable main character (Anastasia), unnecessarily long…. No I really hated it However I’d like to say that the second book in the series (Wildfire) was really good and I really enjoyed it since it was less spicy and there was a lot going on I was very scared going into the book after how bad Icebreaker was but it just proved me wrong So that’s just a recommendation for someone who doesn’t want to give up on the series even though they didn’t like Icebreaker 🫶🫶
O my goodness YES I thought Anastasia was insufferable!! That book sucked 🤣 oh yayy!! I have heard wildfire is not as smutty and more likeable characters so I may give it a go in the near future! 🥰
