I love that these tapes add some much needed horror to the series. Especially when there’s so many videos on the internet making the story seem goofy.

I think the reason why the other toys attacked him is because he was former employee, but damn..Thomas doesn't deserve to be attacked like this.

God that's horrifying. If the transfer of your body in an experiment to save yourself from cancer wasn't enough, poor Bron had to live with what were basically reduced to animals, and was almost killed by them. He's alive, but is he really living now?

I think that Bron (Thomas) is really tragic because we don’t know much about him yet. We know he was an employee, but did he know of the true nature of the experiments or was he just a clueless factory worker who was approached after his diagnosis? Another question I have is how the other experiments knew he was different from them. We still don’t know quite why they attacked him. Some say it’s because he was an adult employee who volunteered for the procedure, but I don’t see how they’d know that. Perhaps Bron was being treated differently from them and this clued them in? Or was this not Bron’s first appearance in front of the others? Because to me, it seems like he didn’t really do or say anything to tip them off as to who he was. Either way, I find this clip horrifying, sure, but I’m not sure it’s relevant to the actual game. Given how the toys tried killing Bron the first time they saw him, and how the facility lost power years before the 1st Chapter of the game, I doubt Bron (Thomas) is still alive. He had to be kept away from the others to keep him safe, and they’ve had access to him for years now. I fail to see how he could escape them with his tiny body or bargain with them without a voice.

I wonder if we're going to be able to find Thomas again during chapter 4. Ever since the hour of joy, there were no more scientists able to protect him from the others. So either he's dead or some how was able to survive all by himself (either being an ally or mentally insane now like Miss delight)

0:27 this scene gives me the chills, mainly because of the stationary head and wandering eyes, seeming to be in a panic and confused.

The lady said that the other subjects recognized that Bron was different than them. Which has me wonder something.. I don’t think Bron was just any regular behind the scenes worker there, as not only had he worked there for quite a while, but I doubt they’d share such critical information and grim ongoing experimentation with just anyone. He knew about the experiments going on, and willingly offered to participate in them as a subject. The other experiments recognized that he was different. And it has been shown with Kissy Missy and in a few other clips that they aren’t always hostile and aiming to kill and have motives, such as trying to escape. They are intelligent and sentient. So now I wonder, who really was Bron? And if they could see that he was different than them, what does that mean exactly? How far does this recognization go? Did they know he wasn’t an unwilling victim like them? Did they somehow recognize him, knowing that he was one of the participants with the gloves that was in on this ‘research’ and that being the reason they aimed to attack and kill him? And from the looks of the scene, with their numbers and sizes and Bron’s limited mobility, the devoured innards and bloody mess they made, they had possibly drug out his attempted death. From experience during different chapters gameplay, we’ve all seen just how quick and easy they can grab and kill. Like- Boxy Boo can literally consume a whole grown adult in seconds. So now take into consideration their numbers and advantages, and how somehow, despite being in critical condition he still lasted long enough for help to arrive. Just my thoughts. 💭

Regardless of what Mr. Clark may have done in his time working for the company, no one deserves to suffer like that.

Something about this tape in particular is just so genuinely haunting and sickening. You look at Bron and genuinely FEEL that that's a confused, helpless human soul.

I’m interested in the line “ *The others could tell that he was different* “ Is it because the other toys could tell that Thomas Clark (the guy who got turned into Bron) was an employee at Playtime co? THAT would definitely enrage the orphan-made toys. The fact that they damaged the larynx and the thyroid (which are both in the neck) obviously means that they were going for the throat and these kids were REALLY pissed off to see him 😅 Edit: Another thing I noticed, making it more clear to me that they specifically singled him out as one of the scientists - All of them were being kept inside the same room (you can see dozens of them from Bronc’s POV) and they have been living together like that without attacking each other. If those toys had attacked each other before, they wouldn’t be kept inside the same room, they would’ve put in isolation like poor Bronc at the end. These were the *peaceful* toys, and they still woke up and chose violence like: “So… Being a toy kind of sucks, huh? It’s not so fun when it happens to YOU, is it?!”

Bron getting attacked by the other toys shows the true conflict that the experimenting is starting to reach its point on becoming truly dangerous. I truly do feel terrible for Thomas Clark since while being inside the toy, he still was trying to still figure out who he is and what has become of Playtime Co. along with why the other toys are alive but was to late to find out since being attacked by Boxy Boo who you can see closely when pausing at the right time of the video. Honestly the lore of Poppy Playtime has now truly took his toll on getting incredibly dark, and I really hope they still make these truly creative tapes because it’s starting to help us piece together more or the puzzle of what has truly been going on in the factory.

To be honest at first I felt bad for Bron but then I thought about it. If he was a former employee / scientist contributing to the horrible experiments done to the other toys / children and if I were a product of one of those experiments and I saw Bron? I would be infuriated. Especially since he volunteered while they were forced, like lab rats that were tested on to ensure a product is safe for you. So I could definitely understand why the other toys took to seek vengeance almost immediately after he was placed with them.

This was actually a pretty scary one. Seeing Bron's eyes move so unnaturally for a toy then watching him look around at the other toys just standing there, staring at him with obvious malicious intent was beyond creepy and disturbing. Props to the team that made this, I hope we see more in the future.

Im surprised they kept all of the toys in one big room all together like that. I feel bad for Bron tho cuz even though Thomas may have been a bad person back (and maybe had his roll with the experimentations on other humans) when he was human he forgot all of his memories , so Bron is essentially a child now, getting slaughtered and mangled for a reason he’s not even aware of. And on top of that getting put into isolation.

I truely hope we get to see bron as a main character in one of the games as a bigger body, perhaps with more dinosaur toys! The idea makes the paleontologist in me super excited! Hopefully we get to see more of him, his design is my favorite!

The part where you can see his eyes move actually creeped me out. Also. Notice how many Bron figures we see covered in blood in the game? That has more meaning now.

I was actually curious to know how scary Bron would look compared to his toy counterpart. I thought that he would look like a scary generic dinosaur but you guys went above and beyond making him creepy. Props to that.

The fact that the other toys *(kids)* knew that thomas was a Playtime employee also proves how smart they really are. And their first instinct was to kill him. This is by far the most terrifying one yet.

THE PRODUCTION IN THIS GOES INSANE LIKE TF IT LOOKS SO GOOD😭

I wish we had more context on who Thomas was because this lack of context is the only reason I feel so bad for this outcome. He was an employee for a long period of time. He was diagnosed with cancer, and that's the reason he took his "I'm a grown-up" decision to take the procedure. But what else? Who was Thomas, and how much did he know? Was he working directly in the production/with the kids, or was he more of a sideline employee? Was he disoriented/memory-loss because of a toy miss-match or because of his condition? Did the other toys recognize him as one of the "bad" employees, and that's why they attacked him, or did they feel his "difference" as a threat and acted accordingly? All we're seeing is the after-match from a series of events, which much are unknown to us (especially how Thomas was prior to this), and that's why I feel so bad. Some person waking up confused and alone with movements/sensations that feel unfamiliar and then put in a room with others apparently similar to you only to almost be killed, and then find yourself in confinement alone and sick. I feel bad for this person, and for the little vessel(dinosaur toy, c'mon Bron is a cute design, and his toy is adorable).

I know Thomas Clark might not have been a great person in life; being that he worked for Playtime Co. for assumingly decades at this point, obviously knowing the foul things the company was doing, and likely participating in it himself to at least a degree… But seeing him clearly helpless and scared as almost an entirely new (restarted) “person” within Bron made me very sad. Especially with how he now has to live with himself alone in a holding cell so the other toys (assumingly the children) don’t tear him to shreds. I love that MOB Games are leaning in to the tragedy aspect of the horror. It’s very compelling.

I confess that I felt sorry for the bron... Poor thing, in the hope of being able to live longer, he almost lost his life...

please do more of these. anything related to poppy playtime that isnt a content farm is perfect.

Watching this hits different now after witnessing the hour of joy

Given the fact Bron is one of the few playtime toys with limited movement (his limbs can only move on a minimal rotation similar to older style action figure toys) its a real Miracle that he managed to survive the attack given he was surrounded by huggy wuggys and pj puggapillars which are plush with more free range of movement. This bron most likely couldn't run from whatever attacked him(and if it could run most likely not very fast)and just had to sit there and take it and given the fact whatever attacked him went straight for the neck definitely means it intended to kill quite the horrifying situation to be in.

For those who misunderstood anything, I wrote an essay for you It starts mentioning a 59 year old, named Thomas Clark who's worked for Playtime Co. since 1955. 6 months ago, he was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, which was going to kill him, so he decided to make his death useful to the company and volunteer to be a test subject for the experiment to be used on Bron as test subject 1199. During the experiment he was showing much more disorientation than the lab team were expecting. I believe they also talked about the mental tests having to be cut in half, which the female scientist believes is on her for the blame. And they also believe while recording information that Thomas isn't fully conscious within the toy, as he doesn't know where he is or what's happened to him. And they stated that the other experiments could tell that test subject 1199 was different from them. It then cuts to when they were doing a test on how test subject 1199 would react or how the others would react to him. He looks around the room and he can see a bunch of other toys, mainly consisting of Huggy Wuggys, Kissy Missys, and there are others such as Puggapillar, Cat Bee, and Candy Cat. The toy who attacked test subject 1199 is unknown. I've tried slowing down the video and going frame by frame, but I cannot make out who I'm looking at. The video then cuts to when the lab team had to go intervene with the other test subjects, as they were brutally hurting test subject 1199, as you can tell by the blood and some organs remaining on the floor. The female scientist then states that they WOULD have killed him if they did not intervene. She states that there was significant damage to the interior structure with some of the anatomy of test subject 1199, mainly the larynx (which is basically our voice box) and the thyroid having been devoured. To stabilize test subject 1199 after such brutal injuries, they had to do 12 hours of surgery and that after such an incident, they decided to keep him separated from the others.

None of this was shown in Chapter 3. That can only mean this has to take part in Chapter 4. Whoever attacked Bron was definitely not Catnap. Whoever it was could be the Chapter 4 antagonist. I also think Bron will have a significant role in chapter 4. Perhaps another monster who would chase us. I am aware that Poppy said Catnap is the last obstacle that *The Prototype set for us* but she never specified that is the last monster in this place. Even if The Prototype/Experiment 1006 is the main antagonist of chapter 4, there will for sure be other monsters as well like there was in Chapter 3.

The fact that Thomas got attacked by the other experiments because he was different, makes me think it was simply because he was an employee who volunteered while perhaps the others are children who have been forced this cruel fate. The other experiments probably don't like having a Playtime employee among them, one of the many monsters aware of the dynamics inside the factory.

Ok. This is all concerning, and horrifying and I love it! The fact these aren’t cursed toys, but humans turned into monsters is amazing. Also the idea that some toys are able to keep their humanity seems uncommon, and those who are turned into toys, workers, or kids, slowly or quickly lose all their humanity.

Once you see the tapes and understand the deeper lore and story implications behind each toy having a child, an adult, or an employee's soul inside of them, this starts to get on the level of FNAF and its haunted animatronics, but WAY darker than ever before. While the children of FNAF were killed and stuffed into animatronics, Playtime Co. goes MUCH more further by experimenting on any and all souls available to them, including their own adult employees who have become ill. *This is almost turning into a Pinocchio "Pleasure Island" sort of story with kids being taken to a place of fun and color and then transformed into other things for the overseers to use for their own benefit...* Again, all everyone sees on the surface is just "another mascot horror game", but the tapes prove that this is much more than that...

DUDE... I LOVE THIS TYPE OF CONCEPT.. how have I not found this sooner?????????!?

Bron being attacked by those toys is the equivalent of a new dog joining in doggy daycare and the other dogs decide they don’t like it

So my theory about Bron is that seeing he was more harmless especially when looking around and seeing the other toys makes it clear he is more curious about wondering what was going on. It makes it even more dark when realize that this was an employee aka Thomas Clark who actually accepted being turned into a toy. Which is honestly pretty sad since he was trying to discover the secrets about the toys but now has been murdered by presumably the antagonist of Chapter 3. Rest In Peace to everyone’s favorite Brontosaurus.

Oh dear! Poor Thomas/Bron! He definitely didn’t deserve to nearly be killed by the other experiments and lose his ability to speak! It’s a very good thing that he’s kept in a separate room from the others now! I wonder if he’ll become an ally to the player in Chapter 3! I can’t wait for it to come out! Normally I hate anything in the horror genre, but there are a few exceptions, and Poppy Playtime is one of them! Personally, I find it very interesting because of all of the different toys, and I think that they’re so cute! My favorites are Poppy, Kissy Missy, Mommy Long Legs, Candy Cat and Cat-Bee! This is so awesome, Bron just sitting there watching knowing the other experiments had malicious thoughts probably made him scared as hell because compared to the other experiments, Bron i think is the first one made from a human working there

I have paused this multiple times and i think it was either Kissy Missy or Mommy Long legs who attacked him. Or maybe all of them jumped him.

The toys hated ALL workers, Mommy confirmed this. The hour of joy included EVERYONE, not just scientists. The other toys knew that it was an employee, or the Prototype had influenced everyone else that the Bron toy wasn't one of them. The way Bron was made was different to that of PJ and Huggy etc. Bron didn't specifically know what happened to him but knows he was a worker that volunteered for the experiment. The Prototype or the other toys saw him as a sort of sleeper agent, an outcast that wasn't like them. This should've been the indicator that the toys were out for the workers, since no other toys were brutally attacked and all work together up until after all the human bodies were gone, where they started attacking each other. The reason why they didn't just attack the workers then is because it would be too obvious of the motives involved, the staff would be more prepared and would probably not be overwhelmed. The Hour of Joy was so random, that no one saw it coming, no one knew that it would happen. The toys already wanted that to happen, to murder all the people in the facility, but they couldn't do it before that hour, since it would be too obvious. So when they saw Bron, knowing that he was different, possibly that he was a worker, they attacked him.

After a few minutes of even figuring out how to use a Spectrogram, I was able to put the sound in and indeed there was something. What appeared was a gas mask on the floor, just like the teaser we got a few months ago, with Elliot Ludwig making his speech and after, the cheering of people slowly turning into the screams and cries of children. But at the top of the image I got was text saying, "GO TO SLEEP". This really leads me to believe that most likely Playtime Co. used sleeping gas to have control of the children and use them as experiments while they were asleep. This also leads me to think that this is why they are disoriented, and look like they have no I idea where they are, because they were put to sleep. Once a child, now a monster. That and it also makes me wonder if in the next game we'll find or receive a gas mask to wonder around the Playcare possibly because of a gas leakage after the shut down of Playtime Co.

I wonder if, due to working in the factory for a long time, Thomas ended up getting lung cancer from something he encountered at work (perhaps fumes, considering the gas mask). So, to avoid a lawsuit, Playtime Co. convinced him to sign some paperwork so he could become an experiment. I don't think Thomas willingly volunteered, I think they forced him to sign those papers to become an experiment so they could keep his mouth shut. Also, in the security footage, when Thomas is now Bron, he's confused. This could be because Playtime Co. did not tell him what they were going to do. The toys may have sensed that he is an employee too, and hoped that this was someone who experimented on them. However, I doubt Thomas was even aware of this experimentation or even participated in doing them before he became one because of the way he was acting inside Bron.

Bron looks genuinely cute looking around and it made me feel bad for him because he's cute😭

For those who say that baby bron didn’t deserve that, you have to remember he was an employee who volunteered, if he volunteered then he probably knew about the orphans and the experiments they did, he deserve it

If you look at what attacked Bron, it kinda looks like Boxy’s hand, and the certain noise that is made when Bron gets attacked sounds a bit like Boxy if you listen to the sounds he makes.

I love Bron 🥺He looks so cute to me, and the fact that he's simply an old man who was dying of cancer and wanted to dedicate the rest of his life to his job. Never in my life would I actually think poppy playtime would make me feel so unsettled

It looks like a paw to me that initially attacks bron, but then kissy missy slinks away from him when the “scientist” presumably comes in to save him. Also I feel so bad for the little guy - goes through all that surgery just to lie on a concrete floor in solitary confinement 😭

Seeing this gives me theory on Bron possibly appearing in Chapter 3 not as the main enemy but more as a secondary one. Also back in Chapter 2 when Bron said the he was the scariest dinosaur believe me he was not joking. So far these tapes are really still keeping the Chapter 3 hype train still up and running. At this point it seems like Poppy Playtime could possibly have the horror factor start to rise back up again the more these tapes start to help produce more of the lore.

I feel so bad for my boy bron :( poor Thomas, I feel so bad for him, he must be lonely. Him looking around makes me so sad.

I’m sure many have theorized this but I think it is safe to assume that the reason why Bron was attacked almost immediately after being exposed to the other toys was because he was a full-time employee, meaning that he either directly or indirectly contributed to the tragic and inhumane experiments that Playtime Co. was working on. This would justify the anger that sparked in the other toys as they are presumably the experiments of the orphaned children. So, when they see a worker in the body of a toy, they would go for the kill and take their revenge. It is still sad, however, to see Thomas in a pretty much lifeless plastic body. It was extremely sad to see how he probably does not know what is going on or where he is. The realization hitting him that he has (voluntarily) become a victim to these heinous crimes is quite obvious when he is looking around at the other toys. MOB Games is doing amazing with these files!

During the video the lady said that this experiment was an employee who was dying of lung cancer so he volunteered to be turned into bron. I think that toys attacked him because he was one of the employees that hurt them and the theory is that the toys are orphans So I think they attacked him because they were looking at him in anger for hurting them and so they attacked not for no reason but because they hated the employe for taking away their lives and making them into the toys. @GameTheory is going to make a theory about this and explain the lore better but I think this theory might explain some of the lore hidden in this video.

What's unsettling is that Bron has little to no movement, so when he gets attacks and the next scene is a scientist coming into the cell(?) To retrieve Bron and you can see that he is still in the same spot where he was last dropped off which makes me wonder that he probably had to just take the endless pain and suffering the toys were doing to him

so its kinda obvious but like, i love that the other experiments know that bron/thomas is different. like, they just somehow know that he was an employee, one of the people that contributed to them being the things they are now. the idea of an adult/employee of playtime co being made into an experiment is interesting too, i’m pretty sure most of the experiments were from children, maybe with the exception of mommy long legs and the prototype (i don’t really know much lore lol) it’s kinda sad that he doesn’t know what happened and is stuck in isolation, but then again, he was an employee, he’s not exactly innocent. this is by far my favorite character, the visuals are so creepy and so good, n i love the direction the game is going in. i can’t wait for chapter 3

I don't believe Bron will be the antagonist, since something bigger (and what is most likely going to be the actual antagonist) attacked him, plus he seems harmless. In fact something interesting to note is that Mob games sets up characters to be the antagonist but then introduces a NEW character. Example: During Chapter 1's release EVERYONE assumed Kissy would be the antagonist and MOB games REALLY set her up to be one, but then they decided to make a new character "Mommy Long Legs" and made HER the antagonist. I believe Mob games is doing the same with Daisy and Bron.

Welp, seems like Bron is gonna be terrifying after all. Was wondering what direction they would take him and I’m not disappointed, if this is the Bron we face in chapter 3 I can’t wait to see this grownup scared dinosaur just tearing the place apart and possibly even destroying other toys because I get the feeling he’s not gonna have the best relation ship with them.

Thomas Clark became Experiment 1199 after he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Then he got attacked by the other experiments, making him a mute. Now he resides in a separate room, isolated from the others. I was kinda expecting him to make an appearance in Chapter 3, or at least get a mention for playing a role, regarding CatNap and the Smiling Critters. Maybe I missed a clue. Or what if that banging door in the hallways of Home Sweet Home was really Bron?

Its really disturbing to see that the employees of playtime co dont even seem to have that much knowledge about what theyre creating, but still manage to create living nightmares like huggy or mommy.

If you think about it, CatNap came first which was experiment 1188, as confirmed in the vhs in chapter 3. Thomas Clarke was 1199 which was later in the pp timeline 🤔

Hello, I was from that factory, and at that time I was 5 years old, it was 1998 and now I'm 31, things happened because I heard scary noises and that's it, I don't remember it anymore.
