Glads, this is the finale of this season of Gladiators on Tour. I’m in the final fighting for the sweet 600$. Which is fun but there’s something very serious I gotta tell you in the end of the video.

one of the best tennis channels on YT ! Certainly deserves more attention!
For sure
Thank you so much!!!
Great work on the videos! I have learned so much about UTR from this series.
These points were so entertaining to watch. Inspires me to do well in my local tournaments. Nice work! 🎉
That's the wayy!! Keep grinding!
Grisha you are my favorite tennis youtuber thank you for all your videos and your efforts for this channel I wish you best of luck for all your tournaments and i am looking forward for some new videos keep working hard for this good luck and thanks again for everything.
Thank you so much! This means sooo much to me!!
@@gladiatorstribe Find a plastic indoor floor and practise return of serves and quicker drawback of the raquet, or strap weights on ankels and hands on hardcourt ..that will improve your footwork, leg speed and strike speed(raquet speed and build muscle)...just a tip from an old dog:)...i root for you...best of luck.
Your videos have been a great showcase of the UTR tournaments, which hopefully can somewhat replace the horrible ITF ones where people can't even make enough money to make up for the travel costs. Excited to hear you will be working with a coach - it will make a big difference to your game!
Let's how all of this plays out! Thank you!
Thanks for the great content so far Grisha!!! Highly entertaining, fun to watch, also excited...just great. Good luck in your hardcore training phase ;-) looking very much forward to see your progress in the near future 🙂

Vamooooos
@@gladiatorstribe are you coming to crete for the 7 futures in a row?
Great video, congratulations on the win!! You speaks perfect spanish
Thank you hahahaha
I follow your channel and it's very good however I like the quality of your camera vs the "Universal Tennis" image - FYI. Thanks for all your hard work and great tennis content.
Thank you very much! I'll try to solve this gott on!
Good to hear you are getting back on track. Hopefully you can share some of your fitness trainings and maybe something about your diet.
Will absolutely do!
coach Gilles!!! good Luck Grisha!
Just wondering, why do you use razor soft and not razor code? I thought that the normal version was supposed to have less power and more control but I don’t really know. It might be the opposite. What do you think?
That is the case but it's just too rough for me.
@@gladiatorstribeWhat tension do you use? I accidentally strung my 93p at 25 kgs and still feels nice. Dropping to 23 kgs next time.
Great to hear, G! Which areas you need to improve the most?
All in the head!
Keep rocking 💪🏻 will you mix utr/itf, or shift more to utr tournaments?
Will definitely mix them!!
Great video Grisha. I look forward to seeing your progress after this commitment. This year I started competing in some club level doubles leagues and worked my way to a winning record. In September I decided to join a singles league and am quickly realizing that I need to improve my game and fitness drastically to compete in singles. Hoping you can share some of your training with us as you work on your game that I can learn from.
That's awesome let's hop on this journey together!
@@gladiatorstribe ❤️🙏
How did you get the level to start entry stats for UTR i want to start but I dont know if i need national rank or do something like a wildcard ???
Great to hear Grischa, backing you 100%
Thank you very much!!
LETS GOOOOOOO
Vamooooos!
Vamos! Роскошно! 👍👏👍
LETS GO!!
Vamooooos!!
Nice work Grish! Yo question man, how to you reset when you start to lose rhythm on your serve - I was playing a local tourney and up 5-3 in the first set and my serve just disappeared lost 7-5. So incredibly frustrating
I often serve kicks on both serves and then switch back to normal. That helps sometimes. The times when in doesn't I do two first serves if I miss the actual first serve. Though the serve is definitely a pretty easy aspect of tennis to mess up. Best way to avoid it is to serve a lot of baskets of serves
@@gladiatorstribe appreciate the thought Grisha!
Very nice Grisha, your serves are rockets!! Which racket do you currently use?
Thank you very much! The gravity pro Auxetic!
@@gladiatorstribe Thanks! 🙂 I will test the racket. I have looked at almost all of your reviews and am still looking for the right racket for me. I own the ezone 100 - 300 gram, vcore 100 - 300 gram and the rafa nadal aero - 290 gram Babolat has hard frames. ezone and vcore are nice but i think something is missing. now i try the gravity pro 2023 version i hope that's it for me. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, maybe power, control and stability. It is my first tennis racket with 18x20 we will see ;) if the gravity is not convincing or too heavy, maybe the head extreme mp
swings really well and sits nicely in the hand. You don't notice the 334 grams
You may want to emphasize if it is tennis warehouse europe or T.W U.S in which your code would work with . I tried to use it some time ago and it did not work in the U.S .
It doesn't unfortunately :( I mention that in the description tho!
what's with pure aero in the studio?
Good match Grisha
Thank you very much!!
que grande grishaaa a meterle con todo
Vamoooos!
Grisha, love your content brother, keep it up! btw We don't see you speaking in Spanish very often🤔
Hahahahahah thank you very much! I do it occasionally 😂
Lets gooo
This car ist f****** nice 🙌
Hahahaha thank you!
Гриша, запиши видео с разбором твоего бэкхенда: хватка, какой замах, ведение и как провожаешь. Офигенный бэкхенд.
Обязательно запишу!
Go on Grisha
Vamos!!
13:25 OMG that car is gorgeous - what make/model is it if you don't mind me asking?
Hshshshsha thanks! It's called PGO
the point before match point was in and was called out. Oh well, it happens!
Yeap 😬
Grisha you replied to me before on the last video I think… don’t forget to make that backhand tutorial vid
I'll do it, i promise 😂😂
damn
Best tennis I've watched you played, next weeks should help you improve a lot! Bueno español! you have a good accent! You talked about underarm serve some videos back, asking what we thought, saying some opponents would take it personal, and increase their level after that I've noticed you did it last 2 matches (only?) in match point. Why not before if it's truly a tactical move? Don't want to wake up the giant?😅. But, definitely, I think at match point it is not a tactical play but looks more like mocking your opponent. I know you will do whatever pleases you, but wanted to do what pleased me so I told you 😝. Saludos! ✌️
Hahahahah thanks a lot for the awesome comment! Really appreciate it first of all and secondly about the serve, well... O just felt like a matchpoint is when you least expect an underarm serve so I did it. Didn't mean to do it matches in a row, that was just a coincidence. Though, I totally understand your point. Didn't do it to mock, I promise 😂😂
12:07 is a close call I saw it in
Yeah 😬
Good call from the umpire on 5-2 30-30😅 an inch in at least
😬😬
grisha no has considerado abrir un canal en español? tengo muchos amigos que les recomiendo tus videos pero no quieren por ser en inglés
La verdad es que me lo he pensando. A lo mejor acabaré creando uno!!
Grish, Congrats on the win!!! You basically broke his spirit after the 1st set and you withstood his aggressive forehands / returns. Nice in roads in playing more steady and frustrating your opponent. While I was watching this vid, an idea popped in my mind and it was that it's surprising you play so well with no coach. I think with a coach you would play matches even more effectively. I know they're expensive but it might be worth it to gain some help with drilling and understanding advanced gameplay situations. I don't think Novak would be Novak without Marian. And it so happens that you mention at the end of your video that you are now working with one, haha! I hope your new coach works out for you. And another I noticed that you also happen to mention. It seems like your serves are more in the fatty areas of the court and you're not exploiting the angles you could be. I think holding would be much more easier if you developed a good first serve that slides out on the deuce side and likewise on the ad court. I honestly think this one level up would change your results drastically because a lot more pressure would be on your opponent to hold serve and it would also open up the opposite side court to hit the 2nd shot or come into the net a la Alcaraz with his wide serves against Medvedev when he rushes. You notice Novak copied Alcaraz's wide deuce serve and came in on Medvedev stealing that trick from his playbook and he won crucial points in that very important 2nd set. If there's one thing to improve on, upon your incredibly well maintained game/form, I would work on hitting with a bit more movement to angles vs a faster serve or even a flatter serve. The placement is more important than power and power might miss cue more making the 2nd serve more present. So sorry for this online observation, it's just coming from the heart, from a Grish fan 😜
Thanks so much for your incredibly detailed analysis. Really appreciate it and let's see how everything turns out!
We need a match against Felix from tennis brothers
Hahahahahaa agreed!
First
Great win. You have lost to weaker opponents before or it seems that way.
Thank you very much!
Where can I get your t-shirt?
Not on sale yet! But I'll make it happen!!
Man IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! Not even big brands seem to have that quality, but the most important is the way that shirt is designed to fit your body. @@gladiatorstribe
You don’t have a World Tennis Number, does that mean your Federation doesn’t submit results?
You need to find a better camera man.. Its good entertainment but the pixel quality of matchplay is not up to modern standards. If the matches are filmed with better quality you would get a lot more views for sure!
That's not my camera! That's the UTR's
@@gladiatorstribe Bad luck.. But either way the quality kills the otherwise nice video. Like im enjoying more seeing the life and transport, hotel rooms etc than the actual match - it shouldn't be that way
good idea. dont waste that talent.
Hahahaha thank you so much!
I noticed that you need to improve your second serve, it's your biggest weakness
