Glads, like it often happens in life things didn't go as planned for me in the last few weeks. I was supposed to be playing ITF Pro tournaments in Georgia but ended up laying on the floor in a hospital. Sounds interesting? Then watch the video till the end. Because as a bonus you will find out how to boost your cardio from a 3 to a 10 in less than a week.

  • Hey Grisha, I'm so sorry to hear the sad story at the beginning but so glad to see your reboot journey!! It's funny to see pros have similar training to mine as an intermediate beginner haha XD I came across the video of you training with Meddy (still my favorite!!) and ended up watching all the videos in this channel. My favorite tennis channel on youtube so far!! especially the hitting parnter series and Gladitor the tour series. Definitely look forward to next episode and good luck with your tennis journey!

  • Zverev was my first thought too, but why does when it comes to cycling everyone always refer to Lance Armstrong? 😂Never heard of the one and only legend Eddy Merckx? He did those stairs with a backpack filled with stones at the time😝I wish you a good recovery man! 💪

  • Hospitals are iffy. You never know if you are in a good or bad one. The nurse probably wanted no part of you while you are sick. She really shouldn't be a nurse if she felt that way. Hope you didn't suffer too much and are back to your normal self. Of course, the dental bills was probably considerable.

  • A year before covid I had temperature 42 degrees and took panadol to stop it climbing more then went to doctor and he said I had to go to hospital and after 10 years they didn't know why and I said I'll go home and take panodol then week latter the fever went away, the specialist said it probably was a bad virus
