War Machine is in a weird spot after the first day. Some people are reporting crazy successes with the card, but the overall data looks fairly mediocre. I thought this Big Lockdown deck actually used him to great effect, so my hopes for the card are looking up!

Power Estimate: I had a strong 69% win rate with this one through my first 16 games, and I was surprised how many different ways it could win and use War Machine effectively. The raw power output combined with the sneakiness made it really flexible and surprising. I'd love to see more data come in on this one, because it feels like it has real potential.

Goose is so good with War Machine. The fact you can develop big stats in the goose lane and your opponent can't is a free win in that location.
You can't really DEVELOP big stats, it's only one turn, but you can do big enough stats do actually make it work, so yeah.

I see War Machine kind of similar to Grand Master in that the effectiveness really changes depending on the player, decks, and how they use it. That said War Machine enables some pretty great plays between a 20 power Infinaut on 5 or even Shuri + Ebony Maw, as well as even allowing you to Zola the Infinaut. The more cards we get that have restrictions on their cards or lockdown a location, the more War Machines value goes up.

I made a Wakanda/Stark Industries deck that is literally just Wakanda cards minus BP, Storm, the Iron Man cards, and Shang Chi and it's been pretty fun

That's easy to say only in hindsight. She-Hulk mid only swings by 3 power. Opponent should assume Regis will shore up mid and play Jeff right. Jeff is a very good call given the cards on the board. Opponent made a good play, just didn't expect the Blobnaut.

see people using War Machine here and there but since i use Silver Surfer's deck, even if they manage to locked down some place, i can just buff my cards anyway. even more so today since Utopia is the popular location, even more perfect for Silver Surfer's deck

I think that once the hype dies down, he'll be much better. Everyone is playing WM rn, so it makes sense that he'd be right around 50%. Plus...we all know that someone is gonna find a way to do insane things with him, and the more cards that comes out, the better he'll get.

Same as sandman. If you have the energy then you can play as many cards as you want.
Regis now that card customization is out, you should lean into the aesthetic even more and play all your cards default Variant with the common border

Did you have a policy against playing with variants? Not trying to be offensive, just curious because i never saw you playing with any and in the case of Hope, you get her variant just by having the season pass and reaching 50.

Yo, hear me out, War Machine / Sandman deck. I played against one yesterday, it hurts. If you land Sandman early with Jubilee or Ironlad, your turns 5, 6, etc. you have HUGE advantage over the opponent, where you can play all your cards but opponent can't!

Personally I think this card will be better when not everyone is playing it, as people right now can expect big infinaut plays, making stuff like leader, shang'chi and similar stuff good against it.
War machine is a weird deck for sure. I played against 3 war machines and they cant keep up with better decks
I couldnt get Mocking bird, Man Thing, Canonball, and still trying to get warmachine.....Not sure what I have to do but the games RNG just doesn't like me....I bet if I spend money in the store my odds get better but right now I can't compete with some of these decks and that has turned me off from playing
Save your keys. If you're ripping them every spotlight, the odds of getting what you want are slim. The progression just isn't designed for you to obtain every new card in every spotlight. Choose your battles.

Guys why doesn’t loki buff collector in the first game?
They changed Loki's text to say "transform" instead of "replace" which works the same way as spider ham pigs. Cost still discounted by quinjet but the loki cards no longer buff up the collector.

what do you think about sucking dinner adding what do you think about it second dinner at a new cards adding new location instead of just keeping this the old cards and buffing them and keeping the old locations which new ones I think it's kind of hard for a new player to play model snap for the first time if there's new cards and new locations and it's kind of hard for a free to play player I would like to hear you talk about this or your decision about it

lock down huh? usually in my own play style I would play more then just simply 2 lock down cards, goose is a good option from what I`ve seen and used.

I wouldnt rlly say the cards you named are "lock down" but I do agree, they diffidently benefit from them, but I wouldnt classified them as lock down cards.
