How to Produce Millions of Olive Soap Bar in Traditional Soap Factory - Olive Harvest and Processing

2023 ж. 18 Қаң.
5 471 184 Рет қаралды

The soap-making process takes nine months and begins with the harvest of local olives and bay laurel berries in the late fall. The cold-pressed olive oil, water and lye are heated in a large cauldron for several days. The bay laurel oil is added at the end of the heating process, and the mixture is then poured into large frames on the ground. After the mixture hardens, the soap is cut with wooden rakes and stamped with the artisan's name. Each bar is then stacked and aged from 6 months to a year. The result is an all-natural bar of one of the best soaps in the world!
When you find something that works, why change it? We imagine that is why Syrian olive oil soaps are made today just as they were centuries ago. And that is why we have offered traditional Syrian olive oil soaps since we opened our doors more than 13 years ago. It is as soap should be - simple, gentle, nourishing and natural.

The Gospel is 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. 1Corinthians15:1-4=Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, HOW THAT CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES; AND THAT HE WAS BURIED, AND THAT HE ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES. Ephesian 1:13=In whom ye also TRUSTED, after that ye heard the word of truth, the GOSPEL of your SALVATION: in whom also after that ye BELIEVED, ye were SEALED with that holy Spirit of promise. Ephesian 2:8-9=For by GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of WORKS, lest any man should boast. Romans 3:23-26=For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being JUSTIFIED FREELY by his GRACE through the REDEMPTION that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a PROPITIATION through FAITH in his BLOOD, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which BELIEVETH in Jesus. Without blood there is no life and without Jesus BLOOD no eternal life. kzhead.info/sun/n8abZNyvkJxnbJ8/bejne.html Look up Robert Breaker on youtube.

    • @@user-td9hl4xg9h Why do I find this method so terribly outdated? Dear user-td9hl4xg9h, You find it outdated, but when I was small child our parents made soap with lye from ashes using a vegetable fat from a seed of a tree. And so, in year 2000 I found this Alepo soap made of olive oil, and I got very interested as how they would make. The interesting point is that the soap is not made using the latest methods but the very simple primitive ways. And that industrialization has not made its way and finished with a simple and primitive way. We love to support this kind of business.

  • Very nice to watch this video. Can this soap alsobe used as tadelakt : to make walls waterproof? By the way, I noticed that the workers have to be in a uncomfortable position for quiet a ong time. Perhaps this can be changed? Thank you for sharing this information

  • Every family in my town makes its own soap with the remaining pulp after squeezing the olive oil. And we definitely put laurel leaf oil in it.
