Regarding the speaker network, if the coils are oriented in the same direction, they will interfere with each other's magnetic fields, so you have to change the angle of installation, such as vertically and horizontally.
This is right. You have created a small transformer this way. Flip one coil on his side and point it towards the other coil. Then they dont "connect".

Hey! Nice speakers. I suggest adding few capacitors of the same value to the power supplies on the input and output of the step-down modules since the ones on the boards are very poor. You need at least 1000uf/35V for sub amp and at least half of that for the mid-high section. Try to close the box with mid-high section. Only the woofer should have a bass reflex.
Those mid range speakers do not look like the normal mid range speakers that are used - they are more mid range to bass speakers. So you have one subwoofer (deep bass), one woofer (mid to bass), and one tweeter (high end). Therefore the woofers would probably be fine ported, but I agree that with a true 3-way system (bass, mid, high) only the bass speaker needs to be ported.

Excellent woodworking and woodworking tools! Very clever with the plexiglass/glued standoffs to support the circuit boards. And I also love the idea of the limit switches controlling the illumination on the drawer and the cabinet. Why did you pour epoxy for the control panel plate instead of machining it out of a solid piece of plastic? On the electronic circuit side of things I have some concerns. The frequency divider circuits have no conductive heat dissipation. Are they oversized to compensate? Also your audio interconnects are unshielded stranded wire, and you are using a laptop brick as your main power supply. How is it that interference is not more of an issue? Seeing those woofers move like that though is very entertaining! Well done.
