  • It's worth mentioning that when I began working as a therapist 15 years ago most of my patients were women. That has changed over the last 10 years and now it's more or less a 50/50 split between men and women seeking help. Good news all round that more men are approaching support for their mental health. I REALLY admire both Dele and Richy for speaking out, and you, Ali for championing the cause. Here's to better mental health for all.

  • My first ever spurs game will be the Nottingham Forest game next week. They’ve now rescheduled the game twice… it was initially supposed to be on the Saturday and was then moved to the Monday so I had to change the flights and accommodation. Then they’ve changed it to Sunday but luckily I’m arriving early Sunday so I can still make it. To change the match day and time again 10 days before the match shows absolutely no consideration or compassion for traveling fans whatsoever it’s a disgrace!

Probably felt like it was an ideal chance for him to make claim on a place to the euros.. which to be fair. He did.. under twenty mins, alot of the ball and an assist 👍 Gareth surely will look at that as a positive substitute in time of need - at the very least

Personally therapy was the best 800 quid I ever spent and I can be a better family member, partner and friend cos I'm not negatively affecting them with my depressive issues which is what most ppl do secondhandedly when they have bad stuff going on without realising. They become grouchy, needy, excessive and downright boring to be around and worry their loved ones. Glad its being normalised to talk to a professional cos it will save lives, if u don't like hearing it your lucky you don't need it so just chill and enjoy that fact. Great vid Ali G

  • Hi Ali. Hopefully a busy summer ahead reporting transfers! We have sales to make of loan players like Reggie, Spence, Rodon, Tanguy (somehow) and then I think players like Gio, Gil, Hojberg will move on too. I think we need a quality creative take on dribbler winger, maybe 2 midfielders depending on sales and a CB as I think they are crucial to be reliable for the system. I’m not pressing for the sales of Davies and Emerson but sure maybe we would prefer more system fitting alternatives. Regarding striker I think Son and Richie can offer a good balance but say a big bid came for Richie from say Saudi then sure someone like Toney would improve but I don’t see this essential and think Richie can do it.

  • My only concern for next season is we have a beefy squad now, I’m not one that usually says “WE NEED TO SELL PLAYERS” because I don’t agree with that but with the returning loan players we have to sell players that by right want more game time, I think the depth is important especially in Ange’s system but the right players need to be signed, I’d love Timo to stay but I don’t think it’s meant to be . Ange needs a winger to be able to cross the ball into the box but also have that end product in those key moments and I don’t think/feel Timo could provide that long term. I think with Pierre likely leaving it’s probably best to sign a new number 8 and let skipp go on another loan 6 month loan to get more game time and show Ange really what he’s about. Probably a good Maddison back up as much as I want Gio to work I don’t quite think it will be the same, someone similar to madders but offers something slightly different. I’d love to see DJed spence converted to a winger, think it suits him way better. On a final thought imagine how Tanguy or winks could have developed under Ange if he had been in sooner before Jose or Conte how perfectly they would have fit into Anges system. Thanks for the great video again Ali your an inspiration and I commend you for your dedication

    • @@fwof3347 unsure if it’s too predictable personally, I do agree Deki has had not the best season in terms of goal scoring but his overall numbers are still amazing besides it’s okay for a player to have a poor run of form. • Not ideal that the decision was taken to shift the Forest game so late but was the right one. Once the local safety group made the call that it couldn't take place on Monday it then just became a matter of when it could be rescheduled for and with 2 games still to be squeezed in a complete postponement wasnt really an option at this stage of the season. The new time isnt ideal but i suppose it is only 90 mins later kick off than if it had been selected for super Sunday coverage. I'd already sold my ticket on ticket exchange once I saw the strike was announced as I physically wouldn't have been able to get to and from the match on a monday evening with the trains not running.

  • Great video - the one shining light in the long dark tunnel that is the international break. Regarding recruitment, if we've learned anything from this season it's that we can get better regardless of who leaves (I.e. Kane). Definitely need to shift Sess, Ndombele, PEH, Lo Celso, Davies, Gil, Roden, Reguilon, Tanganga and Royal. Spend the money on a number six because that is the key role for the way the new manager likes to play. Obviously still need a striker or two! If we get crazy offers from Saudi then sell Richarlison.

    @tc-ou2zb@tc-ou2zbАй бұрын

    • @@bobp4you're right, Lo Celso is frustrating but he's been at the club for five years and he just hasn't been the player that we were hoping he'd be. Big money signing and remember that Bruno Fernandez was our primary target at the time (imagine him feeding Kane and Son??). Sliding doors moment, for sure. Also, five goals in one hundred odd appearances tells its own story.

    • @tc-ou2zb I hate Fernandes I'm glad he doesn't play for us. Much prefer lo celso he's more of a battler as well as having mad flair. Great passing ability and so on. Just shame his battling mentality leaves him injured all the time. Plus we won't be selling Davies and I don't want him to go either he is consistently good when ever called upon.

    • @@fizikz9647 I hear you. Really I do, but availability isn’t one of Gio’s assets. Bruno’s an annoying little p..sy, but at least he turns up. Quality too

  • Ashley should come in as a 4th CB, it would be good for him to be training with the other 3. Bulk of the dough should be a striker.

  • I have no idea what they do in training. But we see the same mistakes week after week. So either the players are not taking the remedys on board or they are not as trainers explaining it properly.

  • Regarding the mental health issues as one who has suffered too. It is not obvious where problems lie and associating them with either work or family life is far too simplistic

  • I get train strike on the Monday so change day of game but putting at 6 isn’t much better as with var and likely added time hardly gives Forrest fans much time to get back into city and catch last train back

  • I’d extend sess by a year loan him out and try get 15 mill ish for him - if Ben Davies happy with game time I’d give new contract as can play few positions- sell everyone else
