Meghan Markle Defeats Half-Sister Samantha In US Defamation Case | Kinsey Schofield
A US court has dismissed a defamation case brought against the Duchess of Sussex by her half-sister.
Samantha Markle had taken legal action against Meghan Markle over comments she made to Oprah Winfrey and on her Netflix show, Harry And Meghan.
However, she will not be able to refile the case, after Florida judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell dismissed it with prejudice.
The judge, ruling in favour of the former Suits actress, said in a 58-page decision that the plaintiff had “failed to identify any statements that could support a claim for defamation or defamation-by-implication”.

That’s not how it works here in America. Judges are called out here. An example will be in the Fani Willis saga incoming judgement. Everyone in America is waiting on the judge. If this guy does not follow the law you will see what happens to these public servants, Judges, who go rogue. Depending where you stand this Judge is going to get heat no matter which way he goes. But of course like I said earlier if he does not follow the law it’s not going to be pretty. This particular judge said he will give his judgement by this week. If Meg’s sister appeals and provides what the judge needed then the judge will have to give a ruling.

Why haven't these agencies pulled the photos the Markles have sent out about their children. If anything is false they are. Samantha Markle is right, Meghan is not an only child and did spend some years growing up with her half Sister Meghan. There may have been a large age gap and they probably did not do many things together or have that much time together obviously having different interests. But they still knew each other and for Meghan to say she didn't know her is a lie. What is the matter with the US justice system. It certainly does not seem fair.

Judges are hauled to jail when found to accept bribes in California (California penal code 93) . The first time I ever read about her she was called Samantha Grant just before the wedding.
