I love that aspect of MMA, because it makes sense to have team pride in all the team sports, but MMA is an individual competition, one on one, yet the love other fighters share for one another is truly selfless
I get it Kai is his teammate but let's be honest... he does NOT deserve a title shot. Kai is #6 ranked. Why would he get a title shot over the 5 guys ranked ahead of him? Next in line has to be #2 ranked Askarov who's undefeated and has a draw against Moreno.

I love how in the original Izzy breakdown he didn’t completely count out Julianna Peña during his prediction. A fighter knows there’s a chance to win or a lose no matter who you’re facing.

If he defeats Gaethje and Islam defeats Dariush, the fight most are anticipating to really see is Oliviera vs Islam.

Oliviera defeated Tony and would have even broken his arm if not for respect which Tony is now bragging about not getting finished. Oliviera vs Islam would only stir up the conversation whether Oliviera would have been able to defeat Khabib if he wasn't retired.

This was the first time I saw Kara-France fight and obviously I was impressed, but the thing that stood out to me the most was the power behind his strikes. That overhand right that rocked Cody and knocked him down was NASTY! And in Cody’s defense, he got up and tried to keep fighting a few times and he literally fought until it was physically impossible for him to keep fighting, showed a lot of heart even though it wasn’t a great night for him

Dude cody has been hit by overhand rights sooooo many times or just anything when hes jabbing. Hes done it since his career has began, doing a jab and keeping in the middle straight up. He gets clapped for that every time it seems, a few years back it seemed he had made a reform to his style but hes back in his old habits.

This fight just proved that no one is truly invincible no matter how good you are most especially when you stick around long enough at the top, everyone always has a chance to be beaten as well as a chance to win, props to Julianna Pena for pulling off such shocking upset. It never ever crossed my mind that Julianna Pena would make the former double champ Amanda Nunes tap out and give up one of her belts, definitely one of the most shocking upsets in UFC history!
