  • Great video! These truck trials remind me of my friend's blind cat. The cat will feel her way onto furniture to lay in the sun and carefully find the edge to get down and find her food and water. Also purrs like an idling diesel engine.

  • These are amazing trucks, Back in the late 80's when I was stationed in Germany our unit had a fleet of MAN trucks, I was a mechanic and drove a MAN wrecker and had to go to a driving course for the MAN in Munich and I have to say I loved every minute of that and can attest that these trucks are incredible. They were 8 wheel drive just like these, never once drove a vehicle like this and proud I did, these put the American trucks to shame IMO. Some of the things these drivers go through we had to do the same things, just incredible!!!

    • @@masonsunderland8126 haha true nothing special there , the airlock system though seems to be working very quick and i like how they can lock only wheels on one side in the back for a very short turning radius , they're passively drifting huge trucks in the mountains and there's something cool and unique about that XD

  • Wow, these drivers are incredibly skilled! It's amazing to see the runner tires in action and how they manage to stay on the rims with such intense off-road driving. The axle articulation is also impressive, allowing these trucks to conquer such challenging terrain. Great video!

  • So to everyone's curiosity, these are made for logging trails after there initial use for the military to haul cargo, and are still used to this day, these trucks will normally be hauling tons of logs with trailers threw miles of soft muddy forest trails, and out in the forest you cannot get stuck, they are 8 wheel drive, locked diffs and transfer cases to maintain 50/50 drive bias, but are not road legal normally as they cant go more then 40mph, some 8x8 military trucks are used today for road use but can only go about 60mph, all in all, these things have been used for decades just for people who need a real hard working truck that will never get stuck while hauling literal tons of cargo

  • I'm from America and I've always wanted to sit/ride in one of these trucks! It probably feels completely different sitting over the front axle. We have some cab over trucks in America but they aren't anything like what y'all have!

  • I can imagine for the military taking this exact same truck taking off the tires coupling two axles each to attract the track with be extremely wide to cut as much mass as it can so when it finally hits soft terrain it won't just sink but the track not be out of metal I suggest contacting the contacting Michelin for them creating a tubeless tire track
