Another beautiful work. When you add layers while the work is mounted on the lathe, such as at the 6:00 mark, how long do you let the glue set up before you resume turning? I'd love to see some videos showing your design and layout process. I suspect that requires a significant amount of time and effort as well!
Waiting for the glue to dry completely takes 4-5 hours, it takes me 3-4 days to finish one job, thank you for watching my video and I hope you are entertained.. 🙏🙏🙏

I would like to know, why you use the blade so high, when you cut 3/4 to 1 inch of wood, it seems very dangerous to me. in all your videos you do the same. I must admit that I love your videos and your pieces I have learned a lot from them. Only I don't use the disc that much since it is very dangerous, and in very wide pieces I prefer to make 2 cuts. and not in jeopardy my hand.
It's true that in my old videos I mostly used a high blade because it was broken, the knife couldn't be lowered and now the table saw machine has been replaced and uses a knife according to the height of the wood
It looks really well made, but the misalignment in the stripes triggers my OCD.

I used beeswax for the finish, the bottle says it's safe for food
What RPM (speed) do you run your lathe on?
often I use a lathe with 850 rpm
HOW long did it take u to make. do u work full time in workshop or do u do it as a hobby.
It took me about 3 days to finish the work. I work in cloth trade and wood hobby is my side job. I love this job... 🙏

Sorry after the first few minutes you scared me. Your saw blade was way to high and close to your wrist. I am a professional woodworker please from now on lower your saw blade with minimal blade sticking above your work. I would hate to see or hear of you getting hurt.
