I remember when he said, "why do people keep saying this," about his undefeated record. He went on too say, "this doesn't matter, undefeated." He has jumped on the band wagon, he brings it up often now. At first, within the UFC Khabib seemed EXTREMELY humble, now he seems to have acquired an ego, before he retired.
This is just my opinion. Does not mean everyone agrees with me. It seems too me, he has become less humble and more sucked in to the American societies bullsh*t.

Several of these are legendary for different reasons: Dustin's speech to his wife, Khabibs retirement speech, Nate giving respect to Masvidal are all 3 top of the list speeches.

@@ethan8635 This leaves out the element of time. Also the element of the personal desire of the fighter. He fought in the UFC for 12 years. That is more than enough time exposing yourself to severe, irrevocable bodily harm. A lot of fighters were absolutely terrified of him as well so it isn't really his fault. He would of lost eventually of course but only after he was long past his fighting prime.

He also said that he cannot imagine fighting anymore without his father by his side. Anyways he has purchased MMA company in Russia named Eagle Fighting Championship (EFC), has his own brand and other stuff. Has his own friends and brothers he wants them to win. So he already has enough money sources and things to do.

My favorite post fight interview was DC telling Jon to get his sh** together because at the time in 2015 it really felt like these guys were fighting for the goat title and it had such meaning. Also robbie a man of few words after beating rory and half his lip missing
When Conor came to UFC he really was the new age and was ahead of everyone but now he's the who needs to catch-up, the game has evolved alot, his time off from the game has gotten him into old age
