Wow, I can't believe Chud would call Tammy lazy! She was the only one working and running a household. The nerve of him to say those things publicly and at her funeral. He is such a low life! 😡
His lazy a$$ voice is enough.
Tammy didn't send Chud "dance videos" like Hori did 🤢 ETA: Chuds father was all about the patriarchy. In a house of all boys, their mother was literally a servant. Heather Daybell spoke about it and how Chud had no respect or relationship with his mother. I believe he felt the same about Tammy. It wouldn't surprise me if his 2 daughters are subservient little homemakers too.
What terrible things to say about a loved one! How inappropriate. She was lazy and hard to live with?? Jeez. I know if I had heard these comments, I definitely would have challenged the person there and then.😐
@@laurenecarter246the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree
Yes, if anyone is lazy it's Chad. Tammy carried all the weight in that family. He even disparaged her for the little time she played video games. His calling her out through Priors defense, saying she was lazy and depressed and commenting about her weight was a total projection. Not every woman can be trim, hyperactive, and uber-self-serving like Lori.
Someone send Prior the memo for Laywering 101: Never ask a question you do not know the answer to. The special agent obliterated him.
You're right on that but you have to give it to the real estate agent on Friday. Brilliant...
@@FelisThis 🤣🤣No doubt. Realtor for Mayor!!!
I thought he shouldn’t have even asked the realtor the question that he knew the answer to the acreage on Chad’s property that he owns now😂
@@wendyfoster5579 😆😆😆
My favorite part of today. The detective was fabulous.
This CAST guy is amazing. Prior’s not going to disparage his testimony. Chad will be going down.
Prior: “do you know where it was binging..?” Detective: “did you say binging?” 😂😂😂
Week one he kept calling j.j alex...made me mad.and talking about Tammy's weight he and his boyfriend prior need to look at their fat behinds
That was funny😂
🤣Prior really needs to get with the programme lol!
We need to keep track of all the Prior-isms!!
I am so glad the agent asked him if he said binging. The dang coroner should have asked him if he meant lividity when he said lipidity. 🤦♀️
Love listening to Prior embarrass himself speaking to an expert about something he knows nothing about
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Also Chad told the cousin he found TD on the floor, but he told someone else he woke up when felt the covers get pulled while he was in bed with TD…he’s a real story teller.
These hours for trial are crazy. I served on a 7 week federal trial & we were in our seats from 8:30-5:00 every day, Monday through Friday with an hour lunch & 2 ten minute breaks.
Right! This is ridiculously slow!
They must be moving through witnesses quicker than anticipated.
@@MyWadester I bet it would help if they had a different judge.
Nate, from East Idaho news said they went through 23 witnesses last week! That's quite a few @AdrianaBL2252
33 witness
Chad called Tammy out as lazy?! Grave digger Chad didn’t have a job.
Prior's contemptuous and accusatory tone with witnesses really grinds my gears, but we can be grateful to him for one thing: by picking apart whatever he can, no matter how small, he is showing that he's technically 'doing his best' to provide an aggressive defense for his client. That prevents Chad from later claiming that Prior didn't do his job. If Chad had a lawyer who rarely objected, who gave limp and lazy cross examination, who didn't examine every little detail, he could claim that his counsel was giving him ineffective assistance. Chad could be granted a retrial due to 'ineffective assistance of counsel'. Prior is many things, but at least his picky and insistent style provides protection from that accusation and the potential of a retrial.
True, and Judge Boyce is also being as careful as possible too, imo.
BUT Prior doesn’t have to be a bully, sanctimonious, condescending, rude … in doing this. I think he would have a more sympathetic hearing if he was more human AND didn’t keep staring down the jury rather than addressing witnesses. But that’s just my take on this obnoxious person.
Well said, I am going to tune into something else. It's really hard to listen to Jon Pryor REACH . His accusatory tone towards any and all that are called by prosecution . I call him Perry Mason when he's getting all dramatic ? It's almost comical amd somewhat maddening. CHILDREN HAVE DIED SENSELESSLY. CHAD IS THROWING ANYONE under the buss. How deep are our wading boots😅
Judge Boyce is just a wimp.
I am probably a very small minority that is actually enjoying Prior's cross, I don't find him annoying for some reason. I think one thing everyone is missing is that a strong defense makes for a better prosecution, and we can see that happening in ways like laying more foundation, asking better questions, and their redirect.
Unstopped he could have become another Jim Jones!
Exactly.
I don't think Chad is in anyway as smart as Jim Jones. Just as scary though!
AGREED 👍
I don’t think so. I think he just happened to find the one little group of lunatics that are stupid enough to believe him. Most cult leaders are “charismatic” and very smart. He’s as boring as a plain ol Idaho potato in a button up and tie. A delusional potato but a boring ole potato nonetheless.
I gasped when the cousin relayed that he called her lazy & hard to live with DURING THE FUNERAL!!!! She supported him for years!!!!!! 😡😡😡
I was shocked he would say those things at all, let alone at her funeral. Lazy???? She was the main breadwinner and all of her co-workers and her boss praised her for her hard work above and beyond what her duties were. The hard to live with might have been that on occasion she did not agree with him?
That’s beyond vile..! 😮
Wow. Chad ridiculed Tammy at the funeral.
What did he do I missed it🤷♀️🤷♀️
@@lauralamagna19 He called her lazy and said she had depression. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
That alone may get him the death penalty. So uncalled for and cold.
Tammy was the breadwinner in the Daybell family.
I'd be depressed too if I had to be everything to everyone all the time WITH a MATE who didn't contribute.
I like how Prior digs to bring up MG name every little chance he gets 😂
He is so obsessed with her😂😂😂
@@astrialindah2773 Prior bringing up MG’s name is music to my ears 😂 For sure Chud hates that MG was granted immunity. (She’s nasty too) So taking digs at her name is a game for Prior, and it’s funny as hell.
When are or is any witness going to stand up to Prior. He keeps asking about MG & DW. Today, why weren’t their phones checked. Someone Anyone, please say, because they were not suspects!!! They didn’t know Tammy! What motive would they have???!
@@karenkershaw6324 She may not be connected directly to Tammy’s case but probably knew something about the kids. She was granted immunity to spill the beans.
@@karenkershaw6324 Actually it's the f'ing judges job to stand up to Pryor, but he doesn't have the balls.
Im a little behind because I had court stuff this morning 😅 but watching Pryor question this FBI agent about cell data is hysterical. He's truly beating a dead horse
He beats that horse often.
Yep!
I haven’t gotten to that part yet and just reading this has me less worried about how wearing it’s going to be for me to watch today, how grating Prior’s voice and tactics will be. Hooray, thanks!
Same. I’m just now getting to that part too. Hes really grasping at straws so if he’s not beating a dead horse he wouldn’t have anything at all to say. Ol Chaddy boy is guilty as he can be and there’s not much to do to defend him. It gets painful to watch him try though.
@saltandpepper986 Just watch Gigi @ pretty Lies & Alibis. She does a great job of recapping.
Prior. Arguing the MOST RIDICULOUS “ details” he possibly can. With friends and family. He has made a fool of himself and his client. And will continue to do so. They HAVE NO DEFENSE.
Chad has no defense, but it's evident that Prior has a vendetta against Melanie Gibb and David Warwick. Too bad for Chad, they had nothing to gain by anyone's death whereas Chad and Lori had strong motives.
I’m with you there in the ridiculous Prior questions for witnesses!! However I served on a jury for small criminal drug case. Ive also had a personal probate lawsuit bench trial and civil case jury trial. The one thing I’ve learned the most is that all defense attorneys do is try to get any evidence and or testimony thrown out or to have doubt.
@@famousamos1Right. All he needs is one juror to have a doubt.
@@louesparza8003It was wild how he put it out there that they got married in order to avoid having to testify against each other. Making up stuff out of whole cloth. 😲
@@MKUltra42I just can’t imagine that. He may not get death. But…I definitely think when the texts are read, there won’t be any question.
I still can't believe Chad was wanting to buy a mobile home and put it where the kids were buried! 😮
Creepy!
To ensure they were never found.
That's the one smart idea that he brought to the table though. Cover the area with a house.
Heinous idea.
Like Lori would ever live in a manufactured home.
Crazy- another early day and then no court tomorrow!? Most trials are 8-5+ every single day!
Nate Eaton said a deputy died and his funeral is tomorrow and no court so other LE can attend.
Why are we complaining about this still? The judge made it clear last week due to a LE death no court. Find a hobby.
@@corasmith2332 i’m Not complaining about tomorrow in and of itself- It’s just amazing to me that they literally don’t start on time, they take 30-45 min a day in breaks, they take 60-90 minute lunches and then end at 3:30 IF they go a full day and have been ending at 12:00 for the last two Friday’s and then ended again today at 1:00 and don’t have court tomorrow. It’s unheard of in most court cases and these poor jurors could have this dragged out for who knows how long - Which takes them away from their families, work, and other responsibilities and will drag this long trial out even more than it really needs to be.
I’m going to watch Prior with detective again tonight. It was so great…gotta enjoy.
Great description of how cell phone signals and towers work in conjunction with your phone ❤
Mr Prior is so abrasive, If he walked past me I would do a check of myself for abrasion wounds.
Why is this getting dragged out! The victims deserve full days of court.
Tomorrow all is closed for the funeral of a deputy who was murdered. First one ever in this district. It is a sign of respect and grief so yes they are closed. He was a victim as well.
Everything @@annewandering said, and, just to add, many court staff and/or possible witnesses even may be attending the funeral. Court can’t happen without staff. Yes, it would be nice if everyday 8-5 was possible. But life happens.
This isn't getting dragged out. They are conducting business as is needed.
I’m wondering if the shortened days are to keep the jury from getting burnt out listening to all of the technical information. I would imagine the judge/prosecution have a pretty good timeline and whether they are behind or not.
No one is questioning the funeral. We all totally understand that. It’s the constant short days. No other courts do this. There is plenty of trials on the net at present, that go all day every day! This is very slack. There is no excuses for this. Witnesses know when they have to be there. Look at Friday. 4 witnesses only and we will stop now and have a long weekend. Not a good look.
BING-BONG, DING-DONG...excuse me my doorbell is BINGING or my phone, I'm not sure I am so confused🤯
Now that's funny!!
😂😂😂
When this gets to the sentencing phase, it will be interesting to hear what character witnesses take the stand.
For those of you upset about the breaks and how long this is taking....the Court has more to deal with than just this one case. Tomorrow there is no court out of respect for the law enforcement officers who want to be there for their fallen brother's memorial.
The jurys time I think is the issue.
@@reynaolvera7526 Exactly. That's wrong to expect people to be put out for so long. At least they didn't sequester them. They made that mistake with O.J. Simpson.
Once again, it has nothing to do with the funeral tomorrow! That is one day and we all totally understand that! It’s the rest of the dragging days out, long weekends and generally time being wasted!
Sure didn't realise there was a fallen colleague.. thanks frvthat. Commiserations (overseas)
My understanding is there are parents on the jury that must pick their children up from Daycare by a certain time . They also can’t expect the jury to be at the courthouse from 8 am - 4:30-5:00 pm Monday -Friday and not being able to get any of their personal business ( banking , need for school meetings ,not to mention they need time with their families/children . ) Also , there’s other business that takes place at courthouse that needs the judges attention .
Did this business of Chad calling Tammy lazy at her funeral ever been discussed before?
Oh my gosh! Did he say that?😮😡
Didn’t she work full-time job as a teacher?
I can't believe Chad's behavior.
Never
@@rasberryfields2132 He has been disrespectful of her forever apparently but to do this at her funeral is beyond cold.
I’m shocked at how little they get through each day. This trial is going to take forever. I feel bad for the jurors.
If I was a juror I would be furious. I served on a 7 week trial, 8:30-5 Monday through Friday. This schedule is so disrespectful to their time.
I guess they took it literally when Chad waived his right to a speedy trial.
🤣🤣Great comment!!
Good one!! 😂😂

All this rigmarole about questioning the cell phone data when the police found those two little babies bodies using the cell phone data. Give me a break!
Right?! That cell phone data was so precise that Investigators were able to get a search warrant in June and pinpoint where to start digging..
Jacksonville Florida checking in!
Chad sitting up paying attention today
Didn’t I hear that Chad and Tammy’s bedroom was loft above or near the kitchen… which would mean there are stairs?!?!Does anyone know or remember hearing that?
No, their home is one level. That’s why it’s weird that Chad would talk about going downstairs.
@@tammypierce3250basement??
@@marygoff3332 Highly possible.
There is a loft, you are correct
I believe the master bedroom was over the garage…
Prior’s Lipidity is Binging today!
I feel like Prior is in a completely different trial. The things that he literally grills people about are so benign and ordinary and not ever in a time frame that has anything to do with the key dates in the case. And did everyone hear his voice go up and crack🤣🤣🤣😂🤣🤣🤣 can we get a sidebar judge??!?? Im dying RN.
He grilled the FBI cell guy as to why he didn’t check Chads phone on September 6th and September 19th?? I mean..why would he? Tylee went missing on September 8/9th…and JJ was last seen September 22/23.. the 6th and 19th of September are a moot point.
Chad was abusive and coercive pos. I suspect he tried to assault tylee, and there seems to be lot of violence involved with her death.
That was obviously evident from the condition her body was found. Why was Lori’s family rated dark or light? Other than Tammy why didn’t Chad have a rating for his children, grandchildren or in-laws?
@LostMyMojo3 During Lori's trial, Chad Daybells neighbor, (idk what her name is) testified that Chad told her that Tylee didn't like him. Lol Who would really? But I think that had a huge impact on Tylees "light and dark" scale
No. I don't think he tried to assault Tylee. I feel it was more that Tylee might of disliked Chad. She Probably knew or heard that JJ was dark as well as herself. She also might of wanted to tell someone the truth about what happened the day Charles was shot by Alex. She knew too much so told Lori she was a zombie and they had to "save he soul". According to the kookoo clan the body had to die if deemed dark zombie. Poor tylee. 😢
I saw an interview where a woman who was part of their group said Chad told a story that in a previous life Tylee had been a victim of an awful death involving SA. If true it could have been how he thought of her. Wish I could remember where to find that interview.
@@moniqueratelle-babin2155👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Although I unfortunately missed today's trial activities, I can conclude now that Chad Daybell gave two different accounts of what happened when Tammy died.
At least two, and I think three actually. Went up to bed with her. Went up to bed later and found her dead, went up to bed later and didn't know she was dead until morning.
Would that be because Alex came to do it? Do you think?
This trial is like tuning into a 30minute sitcom each week.Stay tuned for tomorrows version of “ Let’s take a 20min break.” Oops! Court will end early today,as usual.
I don’t blame them for ending early. I can fast forward prior and he still makes me exhausted.
😂 yes!
Same. Makes me wonder if the jurors wish they could fast forward him like we can when he starts rambling on and on about the whatever little morsel of possible reasonable doubt he can possible can make up. He’s really grasping at straws.
@Justme_1221 I just listen to Gigi for an update on what Prior has to say. I don't watch him.

Chad saying she vomited - didn’t the ME say she found a meal in TD’s stomach?
I remember the ME saying her stomach was full. Or her stomach had food in it. Heck now I can't remember. But there he was saying she vomited 2 or 3 times
Yes! And prior made a point about “did you know she ate a quarter pounder” hmmm.
@@marshapieroni6677Yes, she testified that Tammy’s stomach was full.

Wow. At this pace this trial will end by the end of the year…
I noticed when the second person was on the stand Chad`s attitude and body language was being smug . Then the next witness comes up and he isn`t so . I really think those two kids Emma and Garth have something to do with all this .
Was he smiling?
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me in the least but, can you give some idea / ideas why you think so.
Especially Emma.
Prior sure likes to insert Melanie Gibb & husband into every scenario.
Prior HAS TO find someone to put doubt on to take the spotlight off guilty Chad.
Maybe it's their own karma, about the best we might get to deal with those two.
@@Warwck24 I agree. They deserve it. Melanie makes me as sick as Lori and Daybell do. She's no better.
I see a lot of hate toward Chad’s attorney. I think if you understand what an attorney has to do to cast reasonable doubt for a suspect with a mountain of evidence against them you would see he’s doing good with what he has to work with. He’s leaving a lot of room for technicality appeals later, and also to point any even small discrepancy out to plant questions in the jurors minds. All he has to do is getting them thinking it was “possible” that it wasn’t Chad. And also keep himself some loopholes for appeals. I actually think he’s a good attorney.
I agree that Prior is doing a good job. He’s also doing this alone. And he’s doing a pretty good job up against an entire team of prosecutors. They are so lame (except LB). This would be a much better trial if it were Lindsay Blake only and Prior.
Why is this monster being allowed to play on a computer
Apparently there's nothing on there. I remember watching the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trial, and all her note taking, she never actually wrote anything it's just a way for them to deflect what's going on ie hide.

He was thinking he could pour a cement slab. Unfortunately they usually put mobile homes on top of bricks/footings.

Listening and trying to follow all these texts and phone calls, to who, from who, what time, how long…😳
Could it be argued that just because a phone pings in an area, doesn't mean there is a person attached to it.?
They can argue that but the tracking was of the device not who it belonged to - prosecution got that clarified early. The trails left, well that's open to interpretation by the jury combined with the other evidence. So the argument sure can be raised, not sure how strong the argument would be as a defense.

I wonder if Daybell house had a basement and if so, it had an office there.
Sometimes in a one level home a person might say “down to the office” meaning basically down the hall or down to the other end of the house. Not necessarily down stairs My opinion
He may have said she came down, as in }down that hallway,” and they just took it as downstairs.
Sounds valid both - interesting point
I’m sure that I heard somewhere that the master bedroom was on top of the garage……so technically his office could be downstairs if you’re referring to it from where the master bedroom is.
I wonder if they could get one full work day in before this trial is over. They seem to start late and end early every day because prosecution is not prepared with witnesses and judge starts packing up his stuff right after lunch...js
Stop complaining about the trial length. The judge was clear last week about the schedule. A LE officer died in ID while on duty. They are not here for our entertainment.
Why did Prior say Melanie Gibb and David Warwick were there on September 9th. That's when Tylee died not JJ.
Because through this trial, Prior has repeatedly tried to insinuate that Melanie and/or David had knowledge or participation in the murder of JJ. It's preposterous.
@@karimarie0638YES Prior is desperately trying to insinuate that others are guilty to take the spotlight light off the murderous Chad.
Y hmmm one of the unclear points is David had a nightmare / vision, premonition about JJ that evening (last evidence of life) so Melanie went to knock on Loris door about that, that evening - and found the door was locked and there was no answer. Did David wake Mel to tell her this vision ? Is that why David said, 'he told Lori it wasn't OK, he wanted to see JJ' in the morning?
It’s never been stated what David Warwicks nightmare was about..just that he had one..I’d love to know the time cos wasn’t Alex’s phone pinging in Lori’s apartment in the middle of the night on the 22/23rd when apparently Gibb was jiggling Lori’s bedroom doorknob only to find her door locked? The Prosecution is going to have to put all this in some type of linear timeline cos all this stuff is all over the place..
Prior need s to keep his facts noted..Gibb and Warwick were not at Lori’s on September 8 or 9..
Binging okay prior that’s a new word for me
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
The agent has been the best witness so far imo. Clear, professional, knowledgeable, and it was clear that Prior was NOT happy to have this witness on the stand.
Dang Robert Wood when you recrossed Agent Balance. You should’ve asked were you aware that Melanie Gibb and David Warwick was at Lori Vallow residence on 9/19/19 to 9/23/19 not during the time on 9/9/19 you checked the cell sectors for cell devices?? Drop the mic 🎤 at John Prior!!
Gibbs and Warwicks phones were never analyzed.
@@misskelly9821 yes I know that but John Prior kept asking Agent Ballance why didn’t you analyze Melanie Gibb and David Warwick cell phones on 9/9/19?? That’s the key date to shut Prior up!! They weren’t in Idaho on 9/9/19!!
Why does it take so long to start every day? Been waiting since 830am, 37 minutes
Prior is reaching when he’s insinuating the government is conspiring (apparently with the two individuals he pointed to in his opening comments .. Lori & Alex … oh and based on his angry question .. MG & DW) to frame Daybell. Prior is doing his usual rude behavior. When the witness doesn’t go along with his attempts to direct them, he talks over them. And here he goes again with the “how much property” defense. Congratulations, Agent Ballance, in handling this guy’s stuff. I’ll bet MG wishes she’d not fallen for CD’s con game, cause now he and his attorney are pointing the finger at her & her husband. Prior is utilizing the “Spaghetti” defense. Throw things at the wall and see what sticks. Wait a second,he’s now using the “they were having an affair” defense. Won’t work for this info. Facts are facts. CD’s device was on his property when BOTH those children were buried there … and he was texting LV throughout both. I pray the jury sees this and sends him away for life!!!!! Daybell couldn’t keep his stories straight. I surely hope the rug notices the inconsistencies in his stories about how Tammy died. No tears from Daybell today. And no head shakes when Ms. Later testified that he said Tammy “wasn’t easy to live with and was lazy”. WOW on soooo many levels !!!! He was justifying killing her. Good for Ms. Later for not putting up with Prior’s nonsense. Prior is grasping at straws !!!!
He gets stuck on one thing and doesn't let go. I forget what it was Fri, but he stayed on it all day
"binging" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Add that to the lipidity basket. I think Prior ought to take up dancing around true crime terms and avoid using them all together before he ends up sounding like he was a ring in for a criminal lawyer 🤣🤣. He's certainly lightening up the mood and bringing the LOLs in an otherwise dark case.
"Did you say 'binging'?" 😂
Is it just me or does it drive anyone else nuts that prior is constantly looking and talking toward the jury when asking the whiteness questions?! … ahhhhhh!!! One it’s rude ! And two!!! If I was a jury it would make me uncomfortable!! 👊🏼
Definitely.
Maybe he learned it from Amber Hurd
@@EmiliaJay😅😅😅😅 Yes, I think so LUCKILY it didn’t help her at all!👍
Meant to add that it REALLY annoys me too😡
So who dug the graves?
My bet is that Alex did the actual deed and then drove to Chads where Chad had the graves dug..however due to the cell phone pings of Alex and Chad, I’m assuming they were both on the scene and participating in Tylee’s burning and burial…with J J I’m assuming Chad had already dug the grave prior to Alex driving the body of JJ to be buried since the time for both Alex and Chad in the backyard was a lot shorter than with Tylee’s burning and burial..
Why isn’t the camera view of judge and witness include the witness? Hopefully someone notices this and corrects the problem.
Short days means there are other cases to be heard. Judges and attys have more than 1 client.
??? Who are the people seated right behind the defense
Mkay so Prior’s defense was to ask if the public can get the same tools to test where cell phones are “binging” and to be able to test the accuracy of the specialist’s data?? Sorry Prior, the poor children’s remains were FOUND in oh Chaddy boy’s backyard!! It’s going to take more than just a minor degree or margin of error on those cell phone locations to prove his innocence
How is Chad able to get on a laptop and scroll through whatever he is doing???
It is a laptop with very limited access.
my understanding is it is just documents, notes, loaded on the laptop, not connected to the internet.
I think he might be writing a book. Notice how every time there is a sidebar, he quickly lowers the screen down until the sidebar is done and prosecutors have walked by. He is obviously trying to hide what he is writing... Maybe love letters to Lori.😂
@@Leaveit_alone he might be reading the comments on here lol!
Are they on afternoon break
They are done early again......
Are sidebars recorded for the record of the case even though they are not public? Will they be public once the trial is finalized?
They’re recorded. But I don’t know if they are released.
The cast agent has been the best witness so far!!
2:58:06 Prior asking about September 9, 2019 when Alex is at Lori’s in middle of night. 2:59:23 Why is he so confused that MG and DW were there that night?? That’s the wrong date! Was that another of his tricks, or just a mistake?
No news feed on trial. Can't see anything
Is court over for the day?
I think so.
Why is Chad sitting grinning when heather is explaining what he said to her about him working in his office whilst Tammy went off to bed , absolutely unreal he’s grinning and shaking his head like nope not me 😮
Watch at 4:52 I think Chad is telling Prior that the house has two upstairs bedrooms in the addition. Prior should know..he owns it.
Are they finished for the day?
Close until Wednesday! 😢
Yep and no tomorrow
Yes. And no trial tomorrow
He is truly an evil person....blames everyone but himself
I think the judge should listen to some of the verification authenticity details like how cell towers work and then instruct jury later to take as evidence the details linked to thecase and evidence. Noneed for jury to go thru that
I think the prosecution could be doing a much better job of contradicting the "attacks" on these victims' characters. Such as JJ being a bad kid and Tammy being "lazy", especially the attacks on JJ. The prosecution just lets it go and lets the defense and/or the witnesses testimony stand without trying to rehabilitate the victims. It's just one more little thing that can bias the jury against the victims a little bit and help the defense score points. I'm not real impressed with the prosecution so far.
They might be allowing it cause jurors don't like it when they attack the victims or make them look bad. Basically they are letting defense hang themselves
Sorry I’m not caught up, court is over for the day? I thought Zulema was supposed to testify
Looks like done for the day
What dates did Tami go back home to her parents alone?
❓I'm coming into this late, is there a reason why we can't see the first witness please?
FBI Special Agent - probably wants his visial identity withheld for security purposes.
@@lauras9278 That's what I was wondering, or if someone just hadn't lined the camera up right?
I noticed that they shut down all the cameras so they didn’t show him walking out of the courtroom either. Must not be able to show his identity,
@@lorileederks239 Thank you, I fell asleep, so I'll finish watching later, without continuing to wonder haha. .
John Pryor: "lupidity" and "binging". He's no Oxford Scholar
Get to work, Daybell trial. The half days, partial days and days off are excessive. There is no reason for this trial to take 10 weeks. The case against Daybell is not complex, its notorious. Both sides confuse complexity and notoriety. Just try the case and stop making it as long as possible because it is being watched.
