In my opinion, This Born Pink album and Tour is what officially declared Blackpink A GLOBAL FEMALE GROUP! They are no longer considered to be just a k-pop group! It has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to watch them grow as a group and individually into becoming what they are today! I thank my then 10yr old daughter who introduced me to them in 2016. I'm a proud 52yr old Blink, which my now 18yr old daughter finds insanely hilarious!😂😂😂

For both - Pink Venom and Shut Down, I would recommend the live from La Gala Des Pieces Jaunes, as there is a live orchestra there and the fans are amazing.

Definitely agree. That whole performance, including ‘Shut-Down’ was great! Loved the orchestra. And the violin prodigy Daniel….amazing. Glad you included the audience! Always so many laughs watching your reaction. Thank you. For the live version of Pink Venom, i would recommend their live performance of this song on Le gala des pieces Jaunes. They took a detour from their last world tour to perform this charity event at the invitation of the French first lady. The ladies looked fabulous. The blinks quickly bought out the tickets and sang the entire song with Blackpink during the entire performance....then serenaded Blackpink off the stage with Pink Venom, to the astonishment of the other performers sharing the end stage with Blackpink, at the end of the show. If you watched a fan cam of this performance, the crowd singing was so loud that it was hard to hear their performance. The official video, however, will not have this problem and Blackpink's performance is quite audible ( along with the crowd singing so loud the sound leaked into their mics).

This comback was spectacular :) there are some great songs on the Born Pink album. Very diverse. More grownup too. Be sure to check the songs without videos too. Tally and Happiest girl are great but no video. I don't think they ever did Happiest girl live (it makes people cry) and i think they only did Tally in the pre-shows.

Pink Venom is awesome, Loved everything about this video from amazing vocals and lyrics, Lisa and Jennie's Rap. The video is top notch too. Watch it over and over it only gets better. I say best live for you to react to is VMA performance. Lots of famous celebs watching (one specifically).But Coachella and La Gala in Paris were also awesome.

The instrument Jisoo is playing is a traditional Korean zither called a gayageum. It's very similar to the Chinese guzheng.

The dedication these girls have is exemplified by the fact that, for that 10 second opening, Jisoo, on the gayageum (traditional Korean instrument) went to a Master and learned how to actually play it. He said she was a natural, and Jisoo said that she practiced till her fingers bled. They could have faked it. I think that BP was unleashed because YG saw a contract extension fast approaching in the rearview mirror.

Its funny I always thought you guys reacted to Pink Venom already, but I was mistaken. Yes the double rap from Jenlisa is amazing, they are a great 1-2 punch that really hits you. And its usually Jennie with the strong intro, followed by Lisa with more verses and hits harder but this one was Lisa doing the intro followed by jennie. I can say this was absolutely Sassafrastic, it was full of sass from Jennie and Lisa!

You should look at the theories blinks had for creation of the video. And my fav one is. Jisoo is playing the instrument and the chants mix with it are calling Jennie, Lisa and Rose back from the dead. Their is a video on it also as how the all died in Lovesick girls except Jisoo and now, she is reincarnating them. Rose died in a black water tub in LSG and here she is in a pool of black water, Lisa jumped off from the building and now is coming back from the heaven with a forbidden fruit, Jennie died in a car accident and now coming back with a monster truck....❤❤😂😊

Live and the dance performance are both good. Jisoo was playing the Geomunga...a korean intrument which she learned to play for the music. Just for your info, taste that Pink Venom has nothing to do with any sexual thing, but their music/them. Once you get into the it goes straight to your head and you are poisoned and want more and in their grasp.

The Bird Cage is made by Chanel(logo on it, and I missed it the first time)... so Coco. The bird inside Jennie named Coco lol Lisa "Kick in the door" in How You Like That Black Diamond apples are a rare variety from the family of Hua Niu apples (also known as the Chinese Red Delicious). The name is a little misleading because they aren't exactly black, but rather a dark hue of purple. And BTW the close up of the hooded(VR wearing) figure watching Jisoo is actually LaLisa...
