In this video we do some fast action coyote hunting. Canada gets cold and the coyotes get big and here in Manitoba they are plentiful. Late January to early February is their breeding season and that's exactly when we filmed this. Meaning if you call in one you usually call in two or three.
Predator hunting is a great way to get outside in the cold winter months. We are using an electric call (Fox Pro) for calling these big coyotes in and in didn't disappoint. Come with us to western Manitoba and watch us hunt some cold snowy coyotes

Enjoy the video!!!!!
I do want to say, I appreciate the respect you show the animals you have taken. Admirable. Dave & The Girls
Great job guys!! Thank you for saving a bunch of deer.
Our pleasure!
Nice, great footage
Great job you guys. Lots of fun to watch you get er done.
Glad you enjoyed it
Big beautiful coyotes compared to the mutts we have around my area.
Sick video needs more views! ❤
Hey thanks for the great comment!
Stepping over the squeaky fence didn't seem to hurt the situation! Nice work
haha I cracked up after crossing that fence
Awesome.... where abouts are you? Don't need GPS coordinates just wondering where... I hunt around Hartney. Excellent footage and camera work. 👍🏼
Great video great job guys.
Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome video guys. Good on you for putting in the effort for a hunt like this and making a video. Loved it!
Glad you enjoyed it
Did you mention the temperature in this early morning? You seem to be very warm dressed. What is the caliber used and the distance ?
That was fun to watch. Good job.
Glad you enjoyed!
Great video. What chair with the back are you guys using? I have been looking for one like that with no luck so far.
Looks like Cabelas doesn't sell this one anymore, I got it 5 or 6 years ago. Closest I could find now was the camo lounger on their site, but it's not white camo like this one. Works great to keep your profile low and is quite comfortable for the longer sits
great video!🐺🐺
Glad you liked it!
Great video and absolutely gorgeous coyotes. I would love to be able to hunt there some day.
Thanks for the great comment!! and yes, very blessed to be able to hunt out here
Nice work.
Thanks!!!
great pictures from the coyotes, thanks for showing the misses too! ever thought about a silencer for the rifle???
Would love a silencer! to bad they are illegal here in Canada. Thanks for the great comment!
Pray for each other. Way to go my brother.
Great job. Keep the videos coming. What caliber and bullets are you using? I hunt just south of the border.
I use the browning .243, ammo is 70 grain ballistic tip custom loads. Does the job real nice
@@fishhuntstudiosNice. I use a Rem 700 .243, 58 grain VMAX or 87 grain VMAX
What's the weight on some of those??? My heavy ones here in Wisconsin are 45 to 47 lbs, they look small compared to those.
Oh if I had to guess they are over 50 lbs. Even the short ones are heavy. Lots of coyotes in Wisconsin too?
@fishhuntstudios yes, alot.
Job well done fellas!!!
Thanks!!
Just a thought..maybe bring a 12g with you guys just in case things get up close and personal..speaking out of experience
Dude those are monsters your deer sre very nervous nice
I saw six one day this fall while deer hunting in SW Mb.
nice video, please talk more on the technology, rifles etc...
Will do! More videos to come
So I’m assuming Virden area? I’m from there originally just putting things together from the intro and the title haha
Well done boys!
Thanks!
You are very fortunate and successful gentlemen. Let us know what equipement you are ysing, rifle, caliber, scope, call etc . . . Great very. Dave & The Girls
Hey thanks for the great comment's! We are using .243 cal with 70 grain hand loads.. as for the call we use the FoxPro Shockwave
I think you should bark when they get close to stop them. I seen a few where it would have helped
Wyle E Coyote never got hurt😂
New sub. here buddy !
Thanks for the follow bud! Cheers
Am up Va trying get points on what call to use get them roll in. I got place full them all see shit
How much do you get in Manitoba for a coyote? for by the way like your videos keep up the good work
With the prices being bad right now, as of a year ago they were $31 a coyote
@@fishhuntstudios right on man thank you hard to make a living in this country at those prices. Keep up the good content. Cheers Jamie from Alberta.
never setup in prone position to start. Its not complicated
Caliber? bullet type?
.243 and hand loads which are 70 grain ballistic tip
Great job bro
Awesome stuff. We are taking both wolves and yotes out with snares.
Wolves would be fun! Thanks for the comment!
Bolt actions are notoriously cumbersome and slow when matched against a semi-auto. My bolts are more accurate, but when time is money... ☆
Agreed!
Whack em and stack em boys ! Cheers from northern bc !
Cheers buddy!
Nostrils, kill the music, man! Stop trying to be Stephen Spielburg. You're trying too hard & ruining it. You've got great footage. Please just let us see/hear the hunt. Great job, though. Keep up the good work. 👍. Nostrils can shoot but Gavin needs to do some range work. He's missing way too much.
Gun ended up being 10 inches high at 200yrds. Don't know if it got bumped in the truck, but dialed it back in after the 200yard miss, where i had crosshairs dead still on that yote. Knew it had to be out, I'm sure some range time wouldn't hurt none though!
Nice video. But there coyotes not dogs. 😀
What? These aren't golden labradoodles? Haha it's just a nickname
you're incorrect. go look on google, or webster's dictionary.
It's they're not there!
Dingo fox coyote wolf all , remind me of a German Shepherd,
All these willows huh 😅, god i hope u meant cat tails
100% meant cat tails lol
Вовки дуже розумні, як можно вбивати вовків, оленей!!!! Мені сумно, що є такі люди!!!! Мисливець-це хоббі, як рибалка. Бажаю вам мати серце! Бог Баче Всё!!! Misfire boy don't shoot so good
Evil
Some bad bolt Operation lol good try bud
My .243 has been through the ringer, time for a new firing pin.. and yes some of our reloaded shells have a hard time cycling. Can be frustrating in times like that
Probably all ammo related.
This is utter bs
horrible!!!
what are u shooting 243 or 22/250??
.243 win
Excellent choice!
Sinclair/Cromer area?
Less hills, so I`d suspect in that area south of Virden
