Anger is an emotion born from frustration and a need to lash out. Be aggressive not angry. There are plenty of top fighters who are brutal but don't get angry. They stay focused and dialled in. Have you ever seen Ngannou, Wonderboy, Jones, Crocop etc throw a tantrum in the ring? Nah. Anger is what McGregor was feeling after he broke his own leg. Watching fighters show-off and be cocky thinking they are going to win the fight but instead forced to take a little nap will never stop being funny. As my professor of BJJ training used to say "if your opponent fails to give you the respect back, don't feel guilty when you beat them for they made their own beds". Helpful advice: if you plan on showing off, you better be confident enough to handle the embarrassment of failure.
