Have you ever seen Ngannou, Wonderboy, Jones, Crocop etc throw a tantrum in the ring? Nah. Anger is what McGregor was feeling after he broke his own leg. I trained BJJ and Muay Thai since I was 7 years old and I am now 29, in my academy we were always told to show respect to your opponents even if you didn't like them or they didn't like you. Watching fighters show-off and be cocky thinking they are going to win the fight but instead forced to take a little nap will never stop being funny. As my professor of BJJ training used to say "if your opponent fails to give you the respect back, don't feel guilty when you beat them for they made their own beds". Helpful advice: if you plan on showing off, you better be confident enough to handle the embarrassment of failure.

Mans danced himself to sleep
Funny considering he wasn't a fighter, never fought professionally, had one fight against Hong Jack Man and got his ass beat badly, refused to accept a public rematch to settle the debate of what happened, and became an actor who literally made his money and became famous doing nothing other than showing off. We're quoting a man whose own quote makes him, by his own definition, a fool.

Correct.
I was looking for this comment! I was hungover out for breakfast in Colorado with a couple of buddies, (we were stationed there) and one says “the big dude from the longest yard is at a table behind you” and I’m like “stop messing with me man I have a massive headache “ and my buddy tells me he’s being serious…anyways, we walk over to him, and he was such an awesome/humble dude! He signed my hat, and took pics with us, one of them being me squared up with him, with my arm cocked back like I was going to swing on him, and him just looking like “really bro?!!!” 😂😂
Bob Sapp is a legit monster, he just realized that it's easier to fake fights in japan. The fights in which he tries are crazy
Yes, he is fine. In his early years he was serious. Later he play a role. I hope he makes enough money, but for real alexander was the better fighter.

Anger is not a strength it’s a weakness
You've cleary never been in a fight a day in your fairie life. Anger is ESSENTIAL. it shouldn't dictate your pace but it is a vital tool in a warriors tool set.
Learn to control your anger and it will become your weapon.
@@yoshijb9428aggression and anger are two different things. Aggression is a tool for a warrior, it's a mindset and physical approach to an opponent. Anger is an emotion born from frustration and a need to lash out. Be aggressive not angry. There are plenty of top fighters who are brutal but don't get angry. They stay focused and dialled in.
