Keep deluding yourself you clueless loser. You are ignoring the fact that chair umpire of this match cheated and robbed a lot of points from Samsonova. What a dumbass umpire Ignatchenko was. This chair umpire clearly had no idea how official tennis rules works. You don't give to a certain player more points, games or sets just because of that player's race, nationality or where the tournament takes place.
I like Coco's confidence in this tournament.
Coco is playing solid tennis. Samsonava & Bencic are very good players and these were comfortable wins. A win over Sakkari would be sweet with the Citibank title. Montreal will be a real test to see if she can challenge the Big 3.

Well I see two things.. Her dad isn’t there and Brad Gilbert is there as a consultant. Maybe the is the path she is taking going forward.
Coco looks focused and that forehand has improved. The other girl had too many unforced errors and Sakkari won’t gift those to her in final. Should be good
Forehand is the same, but Gilbert put her 5 feet behind the baseline to give her more time. She does not try to play modern tennis now anymore.
Sakkari sucks, Coco is better
@@wolfgangwiesinger9502yeah the forehand technique is no different. She's just not trying to take it on the rise anymore - that's what was causing the errors. She's playing more like an ATP player now.

From the highlights we couldn't see how Gauff won. It appeared the other player must have just made more errors. You showed more winners by the other player. Of the points you showed, Gauff only won 5 while the other player won 8. Why didn't you show more winners by Gauff?
That's because the rest of the points Coco won were errors by Samsonova 🤷♀️
@@Zarumaans It's true Samsonova had 50 unforced errors but Coco had 20 winners and this should have been reflected in the highlights given the final score and winner.

Forehand shows alot of improvement. I have been waiting a long time to see her improve that shot . New coached are doing a great job with her.

A more powerful and corner serve that flies out immediately and more powerful shots will breeze you through the years. I feel you should just preserve your energy for singles if you advance a few more positions up the ladder. Doubles will drain you out because you won't get a single day off. Just like Vika and Beatriz who are good in singles but need to play every single day if in doubles. Doubles is not as bad for players who exit in the 1st 2 rounds. Just my personal opinion.
I noticed since Brad Gilbert came onto the team Coco has been a more efficient player.. she has been sharper and expending less energy on games.

This was a great match, but these highlights are horrible. You had 1 highlight from the entire first set? Showed none of the big point aces from either player and omitted almost every big point that showed how Samsonova lost and Coco won... Got to do better WTA

The evolution of Coco Gauff is really top-flight. I am proud of her advancement. It is utterly a large upturn which was demonstrated by Gauff during 2023 season. Gauff keeps reviving her compliance, mobility and dynamism. I am confident that she will be at the pinnacle of her career within 1 to 2 years.
Coco improved a lot and doinng great now.. Good luck! Samsonova has to put a bit more extra to be there at next level!

I like to see coco win but her tennis is often scrappy especially as the game goes on and top 10 players eat them miss hits and short balls up. She needs to find that first strike tennis more often if she is to come out on top.
Whoever edited these highlights got some 'splainin' to do! Coco won decisively with 20 winners. Samsonova had 25 winners with 50 unforced errors. So why are the highlights so lopsided in favor of winners by Samsonova? It seems reasonable to expect the highlights to reflect the winner, not the loser.

Samsonova's shot at 4:21-4:23 was in. Ball clearly landed inside singles court so it should have been Samsonova's point, but no this dumb chair umpire must still give the point to Gauff.
