How Cars Are Made In Factories? (Mega Factories Video)

A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Most definitions of cars say that they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four wheels, and mainly transport people rather than goods.
Large-scale, production-line manufacturing of affordable cars was started by Ransom Olds in 1901 at his Oldsmobile factory in Lansing, Michigan and based upon stationary assembly line techniques pioneered by Marc Isambard Brunel at the Portsmouth Block Mills, England, in 1802. The assembly line style of mass production and interchangeable parts had been pioneered in the U.S. by Thomas Blanchard in 1821, at the Springfield Armory in Springfield, Massachusetts. This concept was greatly expanded by Henry Ford, beginning in 1913 with the world's first moving assembly line for cars at the Highland Park Ford Plant.
The automotive industry designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells the world's motor vehicles, more than three-quarters of which are cars. In 2018 there were 70 million cars manufactured worldwide, down 2 million from the previous year. The automotive industry in China produces by far the most (24 million in 2018), followed by Japan (8 million), Germany (5 million) and India (4 million). The largest market is China, followed by the USA.

  • Went to a Ford factory and just wanted a closer work. Might go into car making myself as a second career. Looks fun to assemble a car. At the Ford factory I went to, each person has 53 seconds to complete their job, but they do the same thing over and over and over, so it gets more and more efficient as time goes. A new ford truck is produced every 53 seconds, which is amazing

      @ENZOxDV9@ENZOxDV911 ай бұрын
    • @@ENZOxDV9 no he doesn’t. And even if he did who the fuck cares? We just gonna pay him for risking something? No that’s fucking bullshit we pay those that WORK we don’t pay people based on how much they risk that stupid we pay people on what they provide. And furthermore, the CEO does NOT take the risk. He risks NOTHING if the company has a bad year he still gets a bonus but the worker gets laid off meaning the worker takes the true risk. If the company goes under and collapses, the CEO gets to sell off all the assets and remains a multi billionaire meaning he’ll be absolutely safe if the company goes under. The WORKERS take all the risk because if it goes down they get fired and if it goes under they lose their job. The ceo risks NOTHING HE CANNOT LOSE it’s not like he’ll be shot if the company goes under it’s not like they will put him in jail, at worst case scenario his only risk would be going back to being a normal worker again which is what the workers already are lmao.

Tbh I kinda do
