How Cars Are Made In Factories? (Mega Factories Video)
A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Most definitions of cars say that they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four wheels, and mainly transport people rather than goods.
Large-scale, production-line manufacturing of affordable cars was started by Ransom Olds in 1901 at his Oldsmobile factory in Lansing, Michigan and based upon stationary assembly line techniques pioneered by Marc Isambard Brunel at the Portsmouth Block Mills, England, in 1802. The assembly line style of mass production and interchangeable parts had been pioneered in the U.S. by Thomas Blanchard in 1821, at the Springfield Armory in Springfield, Massachusetts. This concept was greatly expanded by Henry Ford, beginning in 1913 with the world's first moving assembly line for cars at the Highland Park Ford Plant.
The automotive industry designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells the world's motor vehicles, more than three-quarters of which are cars. In 2018 there were 70 million cars manufactured worldwide, down 2 million from the previous year. The automotive industry in China produces by far the most (24 million in 2018), followed by Japan (8 million), Germany (5 million) and India (4 million). The largest market is China, followed by the USA.

Went to a Ford factory and just wanted a closer work. Might go into car making myself as a second career. Looks fun to assemble a car. At the Ford factory I went to, each person has 53 seconds to complete their job, but they do the same thing over and over and over, so it gets more and more efficient as time goes. A new ford truck is produced every 53 seconds, which is amazing
Is it labour intensive?
Yes, but robots do many things now when cars been made. But one thing is fun. A person must go into the car and start and drive it out from the factory when the car is finish, even almost every adult person can do it .😆😀
The jigsaw puzzles which we all solved right from our childhood days are manufactured with some great engineering behind them. Watch this exciting and informative video to learn more! Watch here: kzhead.info/sun/od2lddCreWuDnn0/bejne.html
It’s interesting. Robots built by workers make the cars and the ceo gets the majority of the profits. Gotta love that shit.
Thank you so much for your feedback. What part of the manufacturing process you liked the most?
The ceo takes all the risk
@@ENZOxDV9 no he doesn’t. And even if he did who the fuck cares? We just gonna pay him for risking something? No that’s fucking bullshit we pay those that WORK we don’t pay people based on how much they risk that stupid we pay people on what they provide. And furthermore, the CEO does NOT take the risk. He risks NOTHING if the company has a bad year he still gets a bonus but the worker gets laid off meaning the worker takes the true risk. If the company goes under and collapses, the CEO gets to sell off all the assets and remains a multi billionaire meaning he’ll be absolutely safe if the company goes under. The WORKERS take all the risk because if it goes down they get fired and if it goes under they lose their job. The ceo risks NOTHING HE CANNOT LOSE it’s not like he’ll be shot if the company goes under it’s not like they will put him in jail, at worst case scenario his only risk would be going back to being a normal worker again which is what the workers already are lmao.
and would completely and utterly fail without the workers.@@ENZOxDV9
it's called management. without good management there's anarchy. so until they find a way to make AI or robot managers, we're stuck needing ceos. at least there's usually only w few executives compared to the amount of workers. it's basically like a bee hive
Always makes me uncomfortable seeing a lack of people as well as just.. how many cars are made in such little time. I would have never believed that cars are in this much of a demand. 😥
I used to work at a car plant. It was amazing to see a car built from start to finish
Nice documentary's, keep it up
Thank You
thx for the tutorial
Now you can see why alot of people have been put out of work! The machines are incredible!
This is crazy!!!
Thank you for your feedback! Which manufacturing process do you like the most?
Approximately how many meters wire rods used in car designing and manufacturing.? Thank you!
How do they make the machines that are so precise though? Cameras inside, coded instructions - how do they make code do instructions and who made the code application and how, what else 🤔
I believe a mix of highly skilled engineers and technicians, along with sensors/cameras which check seals/welds/positions based on correct examples, and potentially "computer vision" nowadays.. I'm not certain though.
@@DARKNIGHTMARE32 How do they make the circuit boards... the tiny little processors. And the machines they used to make those circuit boards, what machine made those??
@@prizma45 my guess is that they made the first circuit board by hand. Then made a machine that create circuit board. Then use the circuit board created by the machine to create a better machine that makes better circuit board.
With the exception of the robotic welding this is pretty much how they've been building cars for the last 120 years
Really I like this Megafactories
It is really fantastic. The synergy that is there is laudable.
Thank you for your feedback :)
I wanna buy a nissan note now

industrial Revolution! our every piece and car bigger than me 😢😂
I randomly asked myself, how are cars made? And now I’m here, I’m satisfied and will continue on my day. 😂
looks like the robots do a lot of the work which is good
Wow cool hiw did they make those machines that know to do all that 😲😯
Thank you🙏💕
That was amazing 😂cool

Amazing!
2:45 its important to reduce physical demand on workers
And for some of these cars (pt cruiser)👀 I wonder they even took the time to make them🤣
The painting !
Well, that was very cool. What a modern miracle cars and the assembly line are.
So many jobs workers could have if wasn't for automation. 😢
a very nice video. quite brief and yet so much informative. can you make one on "how luxury cars are made"?? edit: (i just found it)
so cool!!

Holy shit never thought thats how cars are made OMG 😲
Africa need to replicate this, Nigeria must also have this kind of company.this actually correlate with my plans
Bro this our country cannot
China will take Africa over soon don't worry.
I herd those rolls of metal called a steel tornado!!
Car design needs to be more economical ,and embrace green technology, slower speed to create a pleasant and safer driving experiance.!
What about the radio and the airbags?
Radios bought from third party manufacturers, then installed into a hole designed beforehand. Airbags, I don't quite know as much. Probably folded in and connected to the blower system or whatever it is, which is wired to collision sensors and a nitrogen tank.

TESLA solved these two many dyes by their new GIGA PRESS ,Awesome idea , less robot and heat welds.
who builds cars?
Ah so robots are the reason why cars look so uniform and bland now
I used to work for volvo and I really enjoyed working there, I go see im not getting sued because I still have a contract but I want to share my experience It was really fun, I used to work for the chassis line and I enjoyed it but I wish I was standing in the carrosserie line, I had some few days I stand there but was engine bay wich yeah... not really carrosserie The way how in volvo the carrosserie and the chassis fuse togheter is the engine is already mounted with the chassis, and the end of our line is a fuse line how we called it where the chassis with the suspension, motor, transmission is getting pressed togheter with a enormous Newton where once fused, the chassis is getting welded with the car I really love to see the end product how it looks like I quit my job tho because at the end volvo cars ghent was specialized in xc40 but they want more and more v60 where after al the work pressure gets to high for me to continue But do I miss my job? Tbh I kinda do

Yes mam that's right our company could make you rich and have any BMW of your chioce, you have to pre order and have a 25% discount 😊
Pretty sad that it’s all machines and not people doing this stuff
Not really, that was exactly the industrial revolution and trust me when I say, it caused a lot of issues
No its not, whats sad is that there isnt more government funded training programs in the states to help people transition careers or fill jobs in industries that need workers. Instead our gov spends money on war and allows cheap labor to come across the border.
You can still get a job like repairing or placing the interior there’s all sorts not really sad more revolutionary
Where is the human beings I don't see anyone help
Thats not real steel thats y when a car crash it fold like foil older 1800 1900’s 2010 waa real steel cars
