That fan is an induction motor......it can't run on DC never mind that low voltage.....you may fool some people but not everyone.
Have you seen the electronic board (converter) between the DC and AC?

He construido un generador que genera electricidad con quimicos normales. Un recipiente, 120 placas de cobre intercaladas con 119 placas de zinc, separadas por papel toilette de buena calidad o papel secante. Se le echa un poco de tricloroetano-dimetil-propileno + tributil penta fenil cloro pentano al 10% en una cantidad de 20 mgs. (si no lo tienes no importa, funcioan igual) y luego se le echa 10 lts de orina. (la orina tiene sales de sodio y ácido úrico). En la tapa coloca dos electrodos, que hacen de cáto2 y ano2. Le pegas cables y unos terminales para enchufar. Y listo: a tomar electricidad: 220 volts. No le eches m´s orina porque aumenta el voltaje a 200 mil volts con 30A de intensidad, o sea 3 millones de watss. Si crees en esta fórmula, formidable: eres un excelente creyón.

The video is very well demonstrated, bt how many volts is produced from the bottle? And is it actually or dc current?
The bottle has 12 V DC! The little komponent on the board transfer the 12 V DC to 220 V AC but it uses 15%-33% of the Power! The Power-loss from Transfer from DC to AC will be 15%-33%! He need 3 hours to load this Batterie. I think he uses 15-20 Volt and 5-8 Ampere to load the Batterie. So the imput ist 75-160 Watt/h * 3h = 225W - 480Watt. The output from the Batterie is only 50% of the input power! So it is 113Watt - 220Watt. The DC-AC Converter uses 33% it means you have 75 Watthours - 147 Watthours on the 220 Volt Socket. I think if the 12 Volt batterie output works with 5-7 Ampere max than it is only an output with 60 Watt - 84 Watt possible! I think, If the bulb has 10 Watt and the Fan has 30-50 Watt it can work til one hour theoretical.
- I find it hard to believe that a battery could be made using these components... - what is the fermentation solution - when the battery is empty, can you recharge it or do you have to start all over again?

HHO generator posing as a battery. Maybe it works? Can be a tad dangerous! If you charge that device it could explode due to the production of oxygen and hydrogen. Should add a bubbler for safety reasons. Maybe he knows something we don't. Measurements of actual voltage and current drawn should be mentioned and shown as well as capacity of device. A simple inverter to produce 220volts ac makes sense. Maybe I should build one and test it myself. People that wears sandals seems to produce the most remarkable innovations these days. Amazing😂.

Look at the inverter circuit on the board ahead of the receptacle. That is what makes the 110 volts.

Para empezar las placas que usa no son de aluminio sino que a todas luces se ve que son de hierro galvanizado, é incluso hay algunas que tienen pintura con lo cual se reduce la superficie de contacto. Luego al conectar a la batería para darle la carga inicial lo que hace es la electrólisis del agua (el azúcar y el jarabe que le pone no tienen ningún sentido químico) generando hidrógeno y oxígeno con lo cual el aparato podría explotar. Por último suponiendo que el aparato funcionara siempre su rendimiento sería menor que la energía que empleó para activarlo con lo cual no tiene ningún sentido. I don't think this works as the "inventor" says. A ese vídeo le falta mucha explicación. No habla de voltaje, potencia etc. Nunca midió nada. El último componente que le agregó a la solución.

It's very simple : Put 2 metalic elements diferents in the acid solution. One hard e one soft. The acid will attack the soft . It's maked the electrical current in the battery.

How many volt did the solution produce? How many watts?
It feels like it's not aluminum but galvanized sheet metal. So it works as zinc. You also need 6 baking trays. If for aluminum it gives 0.7 volts to each sheet. 6 x 0.7 volts = not 12 volts but 4.2 volts. So where did you get the circuit to change from 12 volts? You should have about 4.2 volts. I don't understand any of this. Something's probably wrong here... what about the anode and cathode?
