    • anyone who is anyone knows that car will be pink in a week. the sun has killed the pigment. unless polished every few days to a week it'll go back the way it was. red is shite. never buy a red car

  • Ich liebe solche Aufbreitungsvideos. Auch, oder gerade weil der Ausganszustand so kathasrophal war. Das Ergebnis ist jedenfals beeindruckend. Auch der Schnitt war gut. Alles gezeigt, ohne daß es langweilig lang geworden wäre. Von mir gibt es jedenfals einen Daumen nach oben und gerne wieder, wenn du so ein altes Schmuckstück in die Finger kriegst....

  • Ich erinnere mich noch. Es war 1997 und ich hatte für einen Tag das gleiche Auto als XR3I Cabrio. War gerade 24 Jahre alt und ganz stolz gewesen mit dem Auto zu fahren. Wie die Zeit so schnell vergeht. Tolle Arbeit und danke für die kleine Zeitreise.😸

  • The 1.4 ghia cabriolet is a model we didn't get in the UK but aside from the engine, this looks identical to a 1.6i ghia cabriolet which was the first version of mk4 soft top to be released in 86' before the XR3i. Very cool!

  • Normalerweise ist das so absolut nicht mein Content hab aber aus Langeweile mal draufgeklickt und - es war echt viel besser als erwartet! Keine ständige nervige Musik oder KI-Stimme die sonstwas erzählt aber eine kurze Erklärung was gerade gemacht wird damit auch solche Menschen wie ich die absolut keinen Schimmer haben verstehen was da jetzt genau gemacht wird, die Details sind auch genau richtig damit man wirklich den einzelnen Schritten folgen kann aber es auch nicht anstrengend ist, ein richtiges Video-Format und allgemein wirklich gute Qualität... es war wirklich sehr angenehm und entspannend zu schauen und wenn der Rest der Videos genau so gut ist, dann habt ihr einen neuen Fan :)

  • God, I miss when cars were like this. Simplistic, and you knew exactly what it was by the badges on the bootlid. Cars now are far too complicated and over-designed. Fords nowadays have none of the character of the old skool Fords. Fantastic job! I want my old Sierras back now.😢

  • Ahh, the 80s and 90s. Where cars were at their peak in terms of everything. And you have done an amazing job at cleaning that beautiful Escort. I'm planning to buy a Mercedes 190E as my first car, and I'm convinced that one day, I'll manage to make it look as beautiful as that Escort. I hope you're having a great time with that car if it's yours. If not, I still hope the owner is thankful of what you did, because this is a blessing to the eyes. Awesome work, keep it up!

  • unirot ist das neue schwarz....oder so. Mensch, Felix was habt ihr denn da aufgetrieben? Da kann man ja fast schon von "Autopfege choppen" sprechen. Auch wenn der Escort nicht tiefer geworden ist. Vielleicht tiefgründiger....nach all der Liebe zum Detail. Spannend auch zu sehen, wie vertieft der Felix bei der Arbeit ist. 👍 Schönes Projekt mit dankbarer Farbe (wenn auch nicht für die Polierpads). Kommt so ein Video auch für den Lancia Kappa, den man in einigen Videos mal so im Anriss gesehen hat? Das wäre sicherlich auch ein interessanter Kandidat. In diesem Sinne, danke für das kurzweilige Video (manchmal ist man froh, wenn man nicht selbst Hand anlegen muss) 😎Gruß 12Zylinder

    • 😁😁 Das Rot ist sogar durch die Pads in den Teller durchgedrungen. Aber wenigstens passt es farblich zu Flex 😁. Kappa kommt auch, erstaunlicher Weise warten sehr viele auf den Kappa, ich dachte, dass sehr wenig den Wagen kennen. Sogar unser Fahrer von DHL hat schon "einmal live angucken" gebucht 😁😁.

  • This was so cool to watch, specially because I got to see one of these Escort Cabrio's in mint condition for the first time 2 weeks ago and I love them. Here in Brazil, Escorts are one of the most common cars, but the Cabrio variant is very rare. I got lucky to see one just parked across the street from the gym I go. I wish I could own one of these. I love "nugget" cars, so my dream is to have a collection full of these "ordinary" cars that no one seems to pay much attention to. And by the way, awesome video.

  • Dieses wunderschöne Ford Escort Cabrio hat wahrscheinlich in seinem gesamten Autoleben nie eine solche Zuwendung bekommen. Eigentlich sehr schade, denn solche Autos gehören gepflegt, mindestens 2 Mal im Jahr eine komplette Reinigung. Der Lack sieht wieder wie neu aus! Wunderschöne Arbeit! Respekt geht an den Wagenpfleger, der wirklich eine super Arbeit gemacht hat!!!

  • Es ist schon erstaunlich wie viel man wieder aus solch einem alten, vermutlich originalen Lack herausholen kann. Natürlich, die tiefen Schäden bleiben erhalten, aber der Wagen hat ja auch eine Geschichte, dafür sieht er echt wieder gut aus.

  • I want everyone to know I am not talking about this guy or anything even about this guy because he did such a beautiful job detailing this old car. I just want to say something to people before they buy a used car just because a car looks good doesn't mean it is a good car because most older cars have high miles so keep in mind if a car looks really good and has no rust make sure you get something with the lowest miles possible and have a mechanic look it over before you buy a used car because it can look great and will start costing you money when it needs a head gasket or alternator timing belt water pump it can go on and on but that's what buying an older car can do so just be careful if you buy an older car. Anyway this man did a awesome job detailing this car. I would highly recommend this man do do my car
