  • Hi Joe. Thanks so much for doing a workout for us. It's so great to do one with you leading it. Brings back great memories of P.E. with you throughout lockdown.     • @@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁

  • Joe loves squats, its so hard to change out squats for other moves when when he does 6 different squat variations. Mh knees are gone i cant do that many squats, think of some other moves.
