Thank you Joe for the reminder at the end that we can modify. I was about to get into the tuck jumps when I was reminded that I am nursing a recovering knee. Subbed alternating lunge jumps. Great workout.

@@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁

Very leggy your workouts tend to be. Not necessarily a bad thing. Would be interested in doing more low impact HIIT workouts if you have them.

Joe loves squats, its so hard to change out squats for other moves when when he does 6 different squat variations. Mh knees are gone i cant do that many squats, think of some other moves.
