Okay, I am not in legends as Th16 but as a Th14 in Titans, I have never touched eternal tome ever again after the fireball came out. It's soo good to take out key defence and at the sametime create a funnel.

Insted of decreasing hitpoints of RRs They should decrease the speed of RRs during breaking the walls Speed will be half or one third while breaking the walls Or 2 hits to break a wall That would balance the game I think

Hey Itzu could you maybe explain until which level is it actually worth to level up the fireball. I mean, the idea of it, is to destroy high dps structures like monolith, super canons, etc. I see that at level 25 you can already destroy the monolith at the new level with the earthquake. The question is, is it worth it to level it up to 27 the max level ? Understanding the difference of level would help the community to spare resources using the ores on other equipments
From my understanding it’s really only viable when maxed

@@gavinhill4147 what I’m saying is it’s not viable if it’s not maxed so it doesn’t matter what level it is unless it’s lvl 27. It’s not like the other equipment where you can get away with lvl 23 or so equipment.

The basic mechanics of root rider is the problem. They should deal x10 damage to walls bit should not just walk through walls like it's doesn't exist. If you compare other options to deal with walls then the best thing is log launcher but you can only take 1 or 4 eq spells again limited to mostly 1.

frozen arrow : qc attacks (if you expert at qc). healer puppet : for spam or smash attacks (3 healers + unicorn is not a joke, keep queen alive as long as possible). i rather uses healer puppet for qc because im not so good on qc

I have seen this Korean player with giant arrow with healer puppet, combine with lightning spells, he drop the queen giant arrow pop the healer, charge a little and recall to a different angle, and rr with the queen come back. He can 3 stars almost every base ( in an fc clan) he’s hanging around top 200ish legend

The rage gem of Grand Wareden doesn't do much for the attack cause it doesn't stack against rage spell and rage spell is more powerful so i take Life Gem and Eternal Tome.

More players use lalo than e drags and yet people complain about e drags.
but thats because people tend to spam edrags on lower town hall levels, and all the stats in this video are from legend league players which are all very close to max th15-16

Weird. I use SA blimp RR in legends 5700+ and three star almost every base. It’s so easy. Why would it be hard or bad? It’s way more fun than spam…. People just want the easy way out.

I watch clashwitherics vids and almost all the pros are using hog puppet combined with haste vial. I will stick with that. Hogs are alsp great for clean up
They use it to have faster attacks
With the update royal gem and haste is the best and most consitent combination, since the hog and haste combination got nerfed.

@@itzueng-clashofclans absolutely 2k. For comparison, a super wall breaker and a super giant are 18 housing space. At max, they give a wall break, 4,600 hp, and 160 dps. With a 2k nerf a root rider would give at least one wall break, 230 dps, and 5,000 hp. Even with a 2k nerf it would still be far better than a super giant and super wall breaker for only 2 more housing space. That’s not even mentioning that you can get two or even three wall breaks out of one root rider. It needs to be nerfed hard.

Well if they don't like when people use certain combos of gear I guess they shouldn't have drizzled the ore and sell it for money then! They should have just given us all max gears and let us choose what we like. One single look at the gear set and you know what you're going to spend resources on for the rest of the year because there just isn't enough ore to max everything. Why would we intentionally play other gears when most if not ALL F2P people can't even max out their gear sets for the next 2 years LOL. I'm not F2p and I got every pass and event pass since gear launch and not even I have more than 2 pieces of gear maxed for TH15 (so that's lvl 24 purples and lvl 18 blues) per hero. I can choose if I want to get fireball next couple of months to lvl 24 or finish a third piece of gear for warden (blue to lvl 18) I can only Imagine F2P is nowhere near this level. And you expect people to play their other gears all at level 2????? C'mon now Supercell stop trolling.

I play everyday and I maximize the amount of ores I can get as a free to play player ever since equipment came out and I only have 2 maxed equipment -,- from non stop war nd attacks everyday. They clearly want our money
th14 f2p, im done max out 3 normal equipments level 18. eternal tome + invisibility vial + rage vial max. another 3 is from level 15 to 18. be patient, we play as we can, just upgrade the one that most uses

That's why I have been saying for months that rr needs another kind of nerf, maybe a housing space one, or a nerf to their ability to pass through walls like nothing. I don't like the game being so easy, but that isn't even the point: rr are too broken even for an easy game and their usage rate is here to prove it. 5 months of wild spam are too much. I wonder how long we still have to wait for rr to be finally brought to the same level as other troops

Is everyone from the top 200 players a TH 15 or 16? Since only they have mass root riders and all these equipment start becoming available since TH 8. Most of the players playing CoC don't even have RR, how is this matrix not rigged?

@@martinrogan6641 I am currently in legends in the 5000s. Barely making there with TH 16s everywhere. But by top, I meant that every TH level has some top players, that is, not everyone in TH 13 (for instance) is of the same calibre. Some are better players (top players) in their respective town hall levels.
No chance of th 15 around top 200 of course. You won't even find th 15 around 5.5k which is top 300,000 in the world.
It is just the 200 players who had the most trophies at the end of last month. They are probably all th16. It is not the top players from different town halls.

Well kings all equipments are actually strong really depends what you want to use with army although giant gauntlet and rage vial is obviously the best but vampstache is also strong and even the barbarian puppet is strong because it increase a lot of hp and also provided health regen

I disagree. I'm using different combos with my heroes. Unless you're min/maxing, there's lots of viable combos. Don't restrict yourself. Be creative.
This is the most underwhelming update I can remember... there's literally nothing new for non th16 players.
There is quite a few qol changes. And updates normally always are for the higher th players. :)
