I personally feel there should be a decrease in the cost of the hammer of heroes as upgrading just one hero level is kinda waste now (as the abilities are now no longer getting upgraded every 5 levels of the hero). Also, there can be a new item in the League shop, called the Hammer of Equipment which can upgrade any hero equipment by one level in just one hit.

I prefer the traditional way of maxing I always love how every TH looks when it is maxed and the feeling of unlocking new things, rn I just finished th13 which took me around a year and its currently upgrading to th14
Rushing is for fun though and is mostly done in 2nd account. I have a th13 semi max done traditionally and a th16 rushed one.

Man, rushing is easy. TH 11 has no building worth upgrading with books of building. So just rush to th 12. At th 12 upgrade the eagle, the infernos, the x bows and the air defences to 1 level below maxed for th 12. Now you have 8-12 builings worth spending a goldpass book of building for the final upgrade. That means you can stay at least half a year on th 12. In the process just upgrade all the other stuff and invest your books in the heavy stuff you saved up by not upgrading to completely maxed. After half a year when all heavy defences have been maxed with books and there is no good book valaue left, go one th up. Now you have eagle, 2 scattershots, 3 infernos, 4 x bows, 4 air defences and 8 wizzard tower upgrades worth spending a book on. You can nearly max your account on th 13 because thats 22 builings worth upgrading with a book. in that ca. one to one and a half year you can max all the other stuff and always use books for the maxing of heavy defneces that are one level below max. After that go to th 14 and on and on
and do upgrade your queen and your campion to max and your king half decent too. Warden can be a little left behind, but without queen and champion and at least a half decent king, you will loose interest in the game at the higher townhalls because normal attacks without hero potions will just suck
I agree rushing is great for progression but not great in other ways. First of all with rushing you skip a lot of the base ground mechanics that many players need to learn and different strategies. Second of all with rushing its an easy way to then become intimidated by how much you have to do and quit the game because of it. Third you are skipping the actual gameplay itself of years, many people like clash of clans because theres always another th to get too but if you rush all the way to th 14 your going to stay at 1 th for years instead of slowly moving through them at a nice pace. I can understand people with a second account rushing for donations and attacking and just for fun but its not a good idea to do on a main account.
Yeah new players should definitely play the game normally and learn the basics and fundamentals of the game. Some new players just wanna get to the end game as fast as possible.

Not having enough attacking skills just because of rushing is simply not true. Skill is just about how much you practice in friendly challenges and the more you attack, the more you're going to improve. Also, more relevant attacks that require a lot of skill come at higher town halls (th14 to 16)

The fundamentals and basic attacks can be learned from lower levels its a step by step process. th12-th16 have alot of complicated attacks (Variety of QC and Hybrids). But ofc if you Spam EDRAGS AND LALOONS from lower levels to max TH. You can use it BUT I assure you, not every base can be 3 starred with some half assed spammer. But ofc if youre just a casual, I agree rushing is nice. Just spam troops then hope for the best!
@@johnlemuelbanoc9444 yeah they are very complicated at higher town halls but by watching KZhead videos and practicing a lot in friendly challenges, you'll get how each troop works regardless of the town hall and eventually start 3 star consistently.
I feel like the main issue with the rushing rushing argument is that it treats Clash like a job, where you must reach the highest town hall and be the most efficient to “win” Clash of Clans, regardless of how much fun you have. I rushed super hard until th9, and I spent over 2 years of on and off playing to fix it, and it was unbearable, getting 3 stared the moment you log off and getting 1 or 2 stars on offense with under leveled troops. When I found you, I made an alt account to try this advanced rushing strat, and it worked-but I wasn’t having fun. I progressed fast, but I never felt the excitement of reaching a new town hall and discovering new attack strategies, testing new defenses, and playing with new features. Nothing changed between town halls, I only had the most important troops leveled, new defenses did nothing to stop the constant 3 stars on my base, and features like clan wars were completely off limits. So yeah, if you get enjoyment out of being efficient, go ahead and rush, but I personally feel like min-maxing everything sucks the fun out of the game

No, I pushed past my main,(th12), and have just recently upgraded to th15, and I still just see a new town hall as a list of chores. Meanwhile, when I upgraded to th12 on my main, I was really excited about all the new features that I unlocked.

I like that there's someone out there recommending players to rush for their own good but I feel rushing makes the game less and less fun, when I played coc for the first time not knowing what to do always gemming every single buildings that was almost done upgrading definitely felt a relief for me back then since it was a grind just to farm and wait for buildings and troops to finish back then, so when I started to feel like it's taking too long and just jump to Town hall 11 with a very low troops,heroes and, defence I actually stopped playing for a few months (I cant remember the number it was a long time ago) because of how disgusted I am too see my account, It ended up back firing because I didn't even played and got a lot to work with. Eventually I started to fix my account didn't rush and now im in Titan's league with a strong defence and a crazy offense. The equipment really changes the way I attack because I literally jump my rank from crystal to Titan in just 2 weeks 😂
KInd of a similar story here- I rushed my base to TH11 bad, like bad bad. Came back after quarantine to see the mess it was. At the time, my best trophy count was champion I with 3808 trophies. I fixed that shit up, and rn, newly TH13, just dropped down from Legends league cuz I'm scarred for life from it's attacking system, and resting in Titan I

The one thing to consider just how much will this change. For one thing we now know of the existence of legendary gear, that was shown somewhere cannot remember when but it does exist. 2. We don’t know if they will change how the gear works by hero level, like certain level hero can only hold a certain level gear. 3. It should be up to the person if they want rush, at the end of the day it’s a game for everyone to have fun, after long day at work I just want sit down and play some clash of clans to relax

I don't encourage rushing, mainly because you gain crucial experience through maxing the lower town halls (this obviously doesn't apply to second or third accounts), and also in clan war, you are just an easy three star for the enemy clan. Most high level clans (like the one I'm in) doesn't even accept severely rushed bases. I'd say: Keep grinding, keep maxing, the time would come for the high levels, once you are ready. (It's beyond me to tell you what to do, so if you wanna rush, go ahead)

The sad part about rushing is you will get kicked out a lot even if you are so active. Me as a rush player myself I'm already half way from saving my base to max but even still I'm still getting kicked out so I have to go to a lower, weaker, less experienced clan.

I played from 2014-2016 and then started again this past summer. When I left TH 11 was the newest thing and I was TH9. I’ve since flew through and made it to 13 already. The game is so much easier now.

Just recently made a new account just so I can have a constant supply of CC troops and I'm leaving everything in lvl 1 except for the Army and Storage because I needed those. It's actually pretty fun for me so far, I don't put it in wars tho, a dung beetle attack might 3 star it.
The problem most players have with rushing is that you are totally dependent on potions to max the offense, and the only really good way to get them is raid medals but you can only get three per week. But, when you have a rushed base, most good clans won't allow you to join and thus you can't get large amounts of raid and cwl medals for your progression. Finally, playing a rushed account is just more daunting because it seems like you can never max out by the time new upgrades come out, whereas upgrading one town hall level at a time makes it a lot more manageable.
Last notice was in place. I like rushing but gradually. I stop at th10 enjoy power of donated battle machines then upgrade to th12 to unlock battle machines all then to th15 where I would like to unblock all the pets. Meanwhile I prefer upgrading my heroes rather than using potions. I prefer having gems in return to potions and invest them in heroes. I don't like putting heroes down after they get to levels around 60-70 so hammers come in handy. This is how I enjoy the game :)

Tip if u are rushing, strategically ofc upgrade the walls whenever builder free with the useless resources then make that builder busy you now have,3,4 days to farm as higher upgrades takes time I am happy with strategic rushing as i am in a 21 level clan th11 , also clan medals drops are good like easy 1400,1300+ per week 6th builder also going smoothly and with sneaky gobs farming is like hacking currently gold 3 its been 4,3 days all storages Full

Rushing really seems a divisive subject. This video does highlight some real benefits from rushing strategically, but likewise does not perhaps focus on the challenges enough. Nor what you can miss out on when rushing for rushings sake (less time to learn how to play the game better). Whether you Rush or Max, its important to practice your attacking and learn how to design your base around the defences you have. Just being a maxer does not guarantee you will defend in war or 3 star more than a rusher. There is no one right way to play this game. But if you want to get good, same as in any game, you need to put the time in. I do agree the improved potions and new hero equipment does mean maxing heroes is less of an issue. And yes, the quicker you get to th14, the less "waste" you will see from using those books and hammers you claim each month. So if you rush in the right way (strategic rushing being the key) you can atleast get to experience a lot of what this game has on offer far earlier than maxing.

This change heavily screws competitive war clans though that don’t have a straight max th16 lineup. What’s the point of fighting a clan that has identical mirrow th level lineup except for one rushed base at the bottom who can triple anyone in your lineup with ease using potions. There is no balance anymore.
here are the resons why rushing still is not as great as it looks NOTE: IF YOU ARE STARTING A SECOND ACCOUNT THEN DEFINETLY RUSH!! 1. Skill cap: even though you can get max level troops and heroes by using potions still that absolutely doesn't say anything about the skill cap of the player, Brand new players need to progress the traditional way, learn the basics and work their way up. Trying to immediately rush and then try to fix the rush and also learn all the intricate strategies and concepts is super demanding and will lead to burnouts and eventually quitting... 2. Rush fixing: Fixing a rushed village includes a ton of consistent farming.. for instance Im TH14 in my main village but i have a rushed base that's initially started as a donation account but now a days I always rush to max level and then work on fixing. Initially I was partially fixing that account at th13 , then TH14 rolled , then 15 now we have 16 and supercell announcing that we can expect a new th every 12 months on average its still only constant attempts to fix but its a slow slow roll... now , even for a veteran player like me the amount of farming i have to do is overwhelming... I constantly do sneeky farming and do raids buy training potions and work again ... its super hectic. 3. Costs and times: As my main account is on average around 3-4 Townhalls behind the maxed level i get to enjoy lower prices and times than those who are at higher levels... I did the math and the sweet spot is actually 4TH below max where you get to enjoy the most perks in terms of costs and time... for instance now TH13 walls cost a mere 3 million... my friend's TH9 hero upgrade take like 2 days for level 25 queen ..( it used to be 6 days) 4. Enjoyment: There is a certain pleasure in lower Townhalls, watching your base progress at a fast pace, really simple yet enjoyable attack strategies... new stuff constantly being unlocked, new strategies and so on.. I have 2 accounts permanently at TH9 and TH6 as those 2 levels in my opinion were the most enjoyable for me as a clasher.. If you rush you miss out on all of that fun stuff and end up having to play catch-up game. 5. Free to play: If you dont plan on investing money into the game then I dont belive that its worth rushing, sure gold pass buyers can mathematically have a huge favour in terms of reductions/perks but as a F2P its very little and not good in my opinion. In conclusion I dont recommend rushing the main village... If its a second account then definitely rushing is the way to go..!! and if you read till here you are awesome!!

I fully expect SuperCell to remove the potions or limit the potions bought with raid medals to one or something. They will make it so that people have to spend gems to get the potions.
Why? correct me if i'm wrong but it isn't that broken? they allow you to buy 3 of each and there are a few other things like builder elixir and research potions that might take priority, or like me i just use them for log rollers. You only get about 800 or so each week so in reality you could only buy like 4 potions a week if you spent them all.
on my main im at townhall 10 not rushed started last year octorber but im thinking about making an alt just rushed and building it up but the times rn are getting even crazier almost 1 week to upgrade 1 thing and ive seen vids where its 2 weeks + thats litterally a whole life
Sure, you can rush to get more value from your magic items, however you would still have to uprade the things you rushed to get value from them.
Thing is that no good clan will let you fight in war if you’re rushed 😂

I've done the calculations... I started August 26th 2023 and I'm at town hall 11 rn, and I'll be a maxed Town hall 16 in summer 2026!
Currently at th12, will probably start rushing at th14 unless they make some big changes. I'll max out th13 first because that is the last major hero upgrade gap

I wouldn’t recommend rushing for your main account if you rush you miss vital strategies I have a town hall 16 rusher in my clan and he’s a good example of it he struggles to get a 2 star on town hall 14 and it’s true that people Who rush get burned out faster because they feel they’ve completed the game and are years from maxed at the same time

After you finish the upgrade of townhall, make sure you upgrade next the clan castle army camps laboratory spell factories 😂😂
Rashing have negative side that you need to FARM all the time. Before you unlock troops to attack properly, you need to wait. Potions for boost lvl of troops not usable, because it's not enough to complete all farm needed. You simply just don't train your scill to attack properly. For some players its not a problem, but for others is.

The main part of playing COC is to enjoy the game and brag about your max base with your friends.. and no one appreciates a rushed base........ You anyways have to build the levels that you skipped so I don't see the point in rushing at all... No clan will take you in war of you have a rushed base cause the defences matter too ..

If we just rush we will have low level defence and if everyone in the clan rushes then it will make the clan weak .. Most clans will take you in war only if we have a good defence.. And for troop donation we have Raid Medals right ...

As a basically max th13 what should I do next?
I have 2 questions! 1. I'm a new th15, I should only use hammers and books of building on 12d+ upgrades, however, since I am a gold pass buyer, with the 20% time reduction, I no longer have any 12d+ upgrades. Does this rule still apply to only use it for 12d+ or what would have been a 12d upgrade. 2. If I have all my recourse and army buildings max and I am only waiting to upgrade my 12d+ core defenses to max, do I manually upgrade them if I am out of books? Or do I have to wait to get 35 books/ hammers and only do it then?
im sitting in 4100-4400 only farming with sneaky goblins on th12, i can seat even higher, but only not in legend legend is truly for th14+ (if u wont to be there not just one time join)

I have a near max th13 that has taken my as long to get my rushed base to th 14 and it looks decent so rushing isn’t a horrible idea
Rush your bases folks, easy 3 stars in clan wars. I would think a clan full of rushed bases wouldn't win many wars. With new upgrades the shield and guard has been reduced also, staying in higher leagues takes more work to maintain.

I've seen a ton of players rushing they're town halls like crazy, but sincerely I prefer grinding more. I grinded my account for 5 days and got th7, only spending money on the builder packs and the gold pass.

im currently rushing and in the video he never mentioned which town hall level is best to rush to... like should i go straight to th 16 or farm and grind a bit on th 15 then go to 16... help please i subbed and liked

It's not even that hard lol. Just upgrade the blacksmith everytime because that's how you're going to upgrade your equipments. About cannons and archer towers, don't worry about it until you get to th15. Just upgrade 4 cannons and 4 archer towers to max at th15.

I wanted to know about auto upgrade feature.. I'm th13 and according to upgrade tracker it needs 5month to max buildings and heroes. I maxed th12 100% and main defense :eagle,Xbox, air defence,scattershots,, inferno,cc ,etc. I wanted to know approx how many years and months it may take to fully max it (auto upgrade). Is it even possible? All I find about auto upgrade are rushed bases

Rushing is a surefire way to become burnt out on the game. you miss out on time learning attack strategies at each th, and you end up useless in war for defense and gimped on offense. Heroes are becoming more and more important and sure there's a hero pot but you can't practice with them on non war with your rushed low lvl heroes. In theory magic item use is as he describes, better at higher th with max upgrade times. But you have to consider the fact that rushed bases aren't as fun to play, and people who rush always burn out because they are always at a disadvantage.

For pets King : Poison Lizard or Phoenix Queen : Unicorn Grand warden : Owl Champion : Diggy When you reach th14, only upgrade owl and the unicorn and when you reach th15, only upgrade Diggy, Poison Lizard or Phoenix
@@VergilEdits I’m townhall 15 right now but for townhall 16 I’d assume diggy goes on the warden and the new spirit fox goes on royal champion? For air attacks where it’s just the warden in air mode,with air troops (no ground troops or heroes near by) would you just remove diggy entirely for the owl?

The problem with rushing is that u can only max one army composition sure there will be potion to help your labrotery have maxed troops of your current townhall but u cant really pratice the army comp which will make your attcak rusty. Say you only upgrade lalo all the way to th 16 which is not best for all the bases, the meta keeps on shifting and SC will alawys nerf those op heros like root rider so its not the best decision to invest in those troops. Overall u will be one trick player who is only good at spamming dragon if you are rused.
Honestly, I'd just not attack the base that I'm not confident to attack. Overall, rushing benefits the clan more because a rushed th16 can attack higher town hall bases like th14 or 15 easily. But if you had maxed, then the same time rushing takes you to th16 with one maxed war army would be like almost the same time for maxers to reach around th12. A maxed th12 can't even 3 star th13 but a rushed th16 destroys th13, 14 and even 15 if you have enough skill.
@@ronaldalexon5510With enough skill you can Triple higher TH lvl using the right army. While it's annoying to war with rushed players 2 TH lvl higher than you but at the current point most of them are super rushed and they get destroyed easily.

Even in rushed bases, if you do it strategically, you're going to be maxing core defenses like town hall weapon, eagle, scatter, inferno, x bow and maybe air defenses to prevent e drag spam. A maxed th12 cannot 3 star a th13 with maxed core defenses that I mentioned. That is of course for average players, not pros.

I started rushing from th 8 after watching your videos bro and have kept my heroes down constantly I recently got my 300k dark elixir from the gold pass and was hoping to keep them down for more time would you suggest I dont do that ??
Honestly, just leveling equipment is not enough to cover for the stats lost by not upgrading your heroes. Besides, you also need them during casual attacks for star bonusses it’d be way too expensive to use hero potions to get your star bonus every day
If you're gonna rush, get good offensively. I repeat , get good offensively. Do not be a TH15 or higher player with TH10 skills. Also rush responsibly. Having TH10 level defences at TH16 is not a good look. Defence is just as important as offence. Defence isn't great now but it is better to have higher level defences than lower ones
