Hard disagree on the King and Queen. The vampstache is only good if you are sending the king to walk on the outside to funnel. In smash style attacks or hero dives the earthquake boots are much better. In smash style you can pair that with the barbarian puppet or rage vial and in hero dives you can use the gauntlet. Queen with the arrow+healer puppet is only good for the outside to funnel, in QC you really want the invisibility as it gives a second life when single infernos lock. With that you can pick the arrow for long range damage or archer puppet for overall dps increase.
if you have the gauntlet, pairing it with the rage vial is extremely good. 45% reduced damage taken + 150% damage increase + splash damage so you hit multiple things at once with amplified damage, its what I use anyway.
Depends on armies but as a default it's good.
