I know it happens a lot, but Bowser teaming up with Mario is always hype.
Whenever Bowser is a playable ally, it's almost always a good time :D
True like, seriously why do they always fight? l know its because bowser keeps kidnapping peach, but sometimes bowser just fights mario as if he feels like it, like in mario galaxy he became a universe buster to take over the galaxy for nothing
@@GmaerXQ Great lines, no matter what team is writing them.
Agree. Hopefully, they don't give him a poorly written redemption just because he's temporarily helping his enemy, unlike A CERTAIN MARIO KZhead PARODY CHANNEL!!!!
@@turbobist2889 What’s the Mario KZhead Parody?
It's clear the team at Ubisoft that made this game is passionate Nintendo fans. It looks beautiful and more ambitious than the first game. Hype!!!
The voice acting as well… so good and unique, have you heard rabbit Mario’s voice? It’s so different.
Si
If I am not wrong the team is Ubisoft Milano, they really did a great job with this game

At least Mario is no longer a mandatory party member. That was one of the only major gripes I had with the first game.

The restrictions on party makeup effectively forbidding Peach and Luigi from ever being in a party together was an irksome choice, yes.
I love how at 1:04 Mario and Co. aren’t even surprised when their new friend is suddenly captured by a shapeless darkness. They’re just like, “Yup, par for the course. Time to save them again.” Also holy heck this game looks absolutely gorgeous. The first game had no right to be as good as it was. And this one looks like it’s done what a sequel needs to, which is keep the main original formula that worked while adding a few new layers to make it interesting and improve it. I can’t believe im actually excited for a Mario/Rabbids crossover, but here we are
Mario has seen and experienced so much that at this point, nothing surprises him anymore.
Agreed
yeah at this point mario doesn't give a single YAHOO! about this
I thought the thing that captured the spark was a corrupted Rayman before Mario and his teammates went through that waterfall.

I like how the Rabbids have unique voices that are different from typical Rabbid Gibberish.
It makes them feel like actual characters and I love it
And even the NPC/Boss rabbids have that and I love it
@@awesomesmileyguy They learned a LOT from their previous game which is already good.
@@ValentinoMarino11 Exactly, and I love the devs for it
I liked the rabbid gibberish, it’s weird to not hear it
Wow they reworked most of the gameplay and have made the characters feel more unique too and they brought a whole new scope to it. It looks incredibly promissing.

Wish Ubisoft did this with their own titles too. It's so strange that they managed to design a sequel with significant changes with another publisher's IP.
Yeah. Mario dual wields guns, Peach uses her umbrealla, Luigi uses a bow. And so on, it's far more unique
Really like how the main Rabbid characters have their own voices. It makes them more distinct & personalized
Nice Dark Gaia PFP.
Yes. Hearing the Rabbids to speak English more would be interesting later on in the series. A while back they only spoke in Rabbid language, gibberish. Since Rayman coming as DLC, Rayman interaction between the current Rabbids would be a surprise for him. As their development in the beginning were “antagonists” in the Rayman and Rabbids dimension. Show how times have changed and now they have an actual place they can call home in Mario’s dimension unlike Rayman. Also they seems more like a family despite their chaotic nature. Nice change of character development by Ubisoft.
I love how the Rabbid characters evolved a bit from have distinct voices. The fact that Rabbid Luigi now wears overalls makes me think he grew up a bit, like time actually grew on them.
Yeah I like rabbid luigi's new design too, but it's kinda weird not seeing him wear the green shirt like pyjamas and nothing else
I really can’t wait for this game. The first one was a surprisingly fun crossover that I never expected to work but it did, so I’m intrigued to see what this game will bring to the table!
Yeah I've enjoyed the first one and I have waiting for this one
well the developers are masters at their craft and understand what makes Nintendo games fun, and also have a passion for challenging and engaging tactical combat, so I am not worried in the slightest. I trust them just as much as Firaxis, with XCOM, and the Marvel Midnight Suns, tbh. Possibly more so.

Nearly a 4 month wait
3:11 For a moment I thought Rabbid Mario was going to say "Ey, I'm walking here!"
He sounds like he would say that
Ey! Build the helicopter! And off to the rescue!
I feel like it's a miracle that this is actually like a really good series. A Mario and Rabbids crossover strategey rpg sounds like one of the biggest shitposts, but the fact that it's one if my favourite Switch titles is amazing. And the sequel looks really good and is somehow taking itself semi seriously from the looks of things. Can't wait for it to come out.
@ige77 Yeah, indeed.
I'm pushing everyone to not support this game, because then you are supporting Ubisoft's execs who've let abuse happen at their company for years.

@@exactspace The value f letting know Nintendo they can loosen up a bit with their Draconian IP protection is a step closer to making it greater. Also, I'm putting more effort on blocking Bethesda and Activision Blizzard right now, I can only hate two companies at the time.
It's fair to say the rabbids have dramatically evolved in this game, especially with their new voices and even enhanced personalities.
It must be a side effect of the supamerge on living things. Or sentient beings, more accurately. It's as if they're going through some kind of puberty. In fact as I type this, I realized that's almost a perfect thing to call it, Especially if the theory that edge is bowsers rabid counterpart is true. Not only are their voices changing, they are showing more personality difference to their source, to the point of rebellion in edge's case. Not to mention Rabbid Rosalina is clearly going through a soft emo phase
Ijiiiiilp
This is one of those games that definitely deserved a sequel, and we finally got one. Hopefully Odyssey gets one next.
If there won't be one, I think we can say Mario got Rabbid syndromed.

My guess is that the next mainline 3D Mario game is being geared up for Nintendo’s next console. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a totally new side-scrolling Mario game coming for the Switch though.
It actually feels weird to say, but i love how much the rabbid characters have evolved since the previous game. While the regular rabbids are still… rabbids, not really anything to change from there. It’s the look-alike rabbids that what’s interesting, not only do they still have the polarizing personalities to their counterparts, but now they’re more fleshed out to be more distinct than an average rabbid. I’m pretty sure they can even talk now. Speaking of, i also like how they now have their own independant voices now. I guess it just shows how much these characters have evolved since the first game. I’m looking forward to when this comes out.

Interesting how the more characterised rabbids now have voices further apart from the norm. Rabbid Mario surprised me for a second when he started vocalising.
I got surprised too lmao
The first game really had no business being as amazing as it was. Yet here we are and I can not wait for a whole new game. Keep them coming, this was somehow a brilliant mashup executed wonderfully.
Something I like already is that your not forced to have Mario as the leader. This is gonna give so many options for battle

It's interesting to see how different this will be from Kingdom Battle. Now characters are less dynamic, but have more synergy opportunities with the removal of the Mario requirement, Sparks, and new abilities that better fit their role or add new opportunities to combat. One idea I have already is using Rabbid Mario for a melee strike before using Rabbid Rosalina to put surviving enemies to sleep, possibly also activating Rabbid Mario's counter if there's any stragglers who can still hit him.

the fact that they have created a semi-open world with the battles being integrated as part of that world, with quests to boot! that is what has me so excited. the only downer with the first game, was it felt like the overworld was very static and on rails. They fixed the biggest issue, and I also understand why it was probably that way. they were unproven and probably didn't want to go too wild with Nintendo's main IP for a first outing. good on them for going all out this time.
May our past comrades Yoshi and Rabbid Yoshi be remembered.
