Hoonicorn devours the STI IIRC the Hoonicorn is 3000lbs and 1400hp. So for adding 300-400lbs you're adding like 550hp.

I don't think it's that much lighter giving up 200hp only works if your the AWD car.
Agreed, but I don't think (from the 10 or so vids I've seen so far) they make any effort to pair up cars that compare too closely in the key areas (power, weight, RWD vs. AWD). I like the "Mismatches are fine, we'll adjust accordingly" attitude. If they are secretly scheming and plotting behind the scenes, trying to pair up vehicles (can't say cars, they had that Honda Grom bike) that might end up at the finish fairly close together, they're hiding it quite well. The modded 40-hp Honda Grom bike against the 650 hp Bronco was a good match up. And Hoonicorn raced that C6 Vette with 4,000-hp (have one myself, only with

You should ask Travis how it feels to win against a car with 179 less horsepower, RWD, and 700lbs heavier. The next race should be the WRX against a Geo Metro, that would be a really good race.

The gear spacing in that STI keeps him in the power all the way down the track, less weight, more power and gearing, that STI is a beast.
I have yet to see an actually good car matchup in this series when it comes to racing the Hoonicorn or STI.
