На этот раз неплохо, это еще б куда нешло, только болгарку и помощнее можно использовать, пусть и с оборотами будет чуть меньше, нестрашно, к примеру хотябы взять ту, которая используется под 180-ый диск.

У болгарки одна функция - вращение с большой скоростью. А всё, что на неё навешивается это приспособления. Кстати не всегда безопасные!

As a builder of chainsaws, I must say that I'm no fan of turning RA grinders, or any other tool for that matter into a chainsaw. The modern chainsaw, either in electric or gas engine versions, is a very carefully engineered tool delivering great cutting speed, safety, low vibration, safety, light weight, safety and ergonmics that can NEVER be matched by a DIY device. Even the cheapest consumer grade chainsaw will be better in every category (ESPECIALLY SAFETY) than this contraption, IMHO.

Love the title.(Few people know about this function of the ANGLE GRINDER). It is not a function at all for the grinder, you modified it beyond any practical limits and are operating the saw part well beyond any safe speed a real chainsaw works at, those grinders work at around 10000 rpm's or more. I won't feel bad for this guy or anyone else who attempts this mindless modification and loses his hand, fingers and any other bodily part when the chain comes flying off.

I'm no fan of this either, however, speed is not an issue. Grinders work in the 10-12000 rpm range. Chainsaws work in the exact same range. MS250 has a top speed of 13,000 rpm. No kickback safety, no super secure way to hold it. An electric chainsaw that'd match this in power is not that expensive I wouldn't think, and you'll be safer when you use it, and have a greater chance of sleeping in your bed, not a hospital bed or grave. Worst part of the grave is that if you're not found in the righteousness of Christ, you'll end up in hell. Repent and believe the Gospel.

I have used this attachment. The chain becomes loose and comes of often. But can tell you it is safe if used properly after seeing demo videos. Unlike circular saw blade attachment for grinders this won't lock up or kick badly. Good for light works.

A few years back, I was walking through Rural King noticed on the clearance rack there was a 16" Remington electric chainsaw (I guess someone bought it and then took it back). I think I paid $35 or so for it about half the price of a new one ( I checked before I bought it). It works great and is great for those little around the house projects and it easier than getting my gas saws out. The point is I gave you a thumbs up for building that saw, but, least for me, I think it better just to go buy one if you want one.

I went to Colorado once on a skiing holiday, they do have a lot chainsaws there, I have never seen so many one armed people in all my life, from garage attendants to receptionist. Using a chainsaw is a skill and everyone who intends to use one should take a safety course and use all the protective gear every time they fire the thing up. They are very unforgiving.

Подшипник болгарки забъётся пылью, потому что он не особо защищён в виду того что прикрыт диском. А тут надо будет менять раз в месяц при умеренной работе, потому что опилки все устремляются к нему.

Я бы не стал этого делать. Нет хорошего хвата, может вырвать при заклинивании цепи. Вот на турбине с большими дисками и большей задней рукояткой может и сойдёт. За рацуху - респект!

The small tab on the bottom of the housing is a forehead depth gauge.When it kicks back this tab stops the chain from going too deep into your forehead.

Экстрималам на заметку. У специализированного инструмента, есть стопора при закусывании цепи. Есть удобный хват. Правильная подача масла на шину. В данном девайсе, прямое нарушение ТБ. Сомнительное смазочное действие маслёнки, что будет при минусовой температуре? В какую сторону и как полетит "пила" в момент закусывания цепи? Дай бог без увечий для оператора. И не маловажным являются обороты! У моей макиты, 1200 об.мин

Could be worse: Replace the 4-inch grinding disk with 10 inch circular saw disk. You have to, of course, remove the protector and the handle. I did it, just for the picture. But I would never turn it on. At 10,500 rpm...

@@west_park7993 My father used a 10 inch circular saw on a big grinder. He almos open his stomach using it. When the grinder went to his belly, he let the trigger go, and the disc cought the cable. He was lucky that time.

Напиши честно : Как я переделал такой-то электроинструмент ( в данном случае - УШМ ) , во что то другое ! Meu amigo boa ideia por esta adaptação, cuidado a velocidade aí ficou muito acima do normal de uma motosserra e o perigo também a V/M/P/M aumentou substancialmente. Só para situações muitos específicas, cuidado.

As a builder of chainsaws, I must say that I'm no fan of turning RA grinders, or any other tool for that matter into a chainsaw. The modern chainsaw, either in electric or gas engine versions, is a very carefully engineered tool delivering great cutting speed, safety, low vibration, safety, light weight, safety and ergonmics that can NEVER be matched by a DIY device. Even the cheapest consumer grade chainsaw will be better in every category (ESPECIALLY SAFETY) than this contraption, IMHO.

Love the title.(Few people know about this function of the ANGLE GRINDER). It is not a function at all for the grinder, you modified it beyond any practical limits and are operating the saw part well beyond any safe speed a real chainsaw works at, those grinders work at around 10000 rpm's or more. I won't feel bad for this guy or anyone else who attempts this mindless modification and loses his hand, fingers and any other bodily part when the chain comes flying off.
I'm no fan of this either, however, speed is not an issue. Grinders work in the 10-12000 rpm range. Chainsaws work in the exact same range. MS250 has a top speed of 13,000 rpm. No kickback safety, no super secure way to hold it. An electric chainsaw that'd match this in power is not that expensive I wouldn't think, and you'll be safer when you use it, and have a greater chance of sleeping in your bed, not a hospital bed or grave. Worst part of the grave is that if you're not found in the righteousness of Christ, you'll end up in hell. Repent and believe the Gospel.

I have used this attachment. The chain becomes loose and comes of often. But can tell you it is safe if used properly after seeing demo videos. Unlike circular saw blade attachment for grinders this won't lock up or kick badly. Good for light works.

A few years back, I was walking through Rural King noticed on the clearance rack there was a 16" Remington electric chainsaw (I guess someone bought it and then took it back). I think I paid $35 or so for it about half the price of a new one ( I checked before I bought it). It works great and is great for those little around the house projects and it easier than getting my gas saws out. The point is I gave you a thumbs up for building that saw, but, least for me, I think it better just to go buy one if you want one.
Also it has no kick back safety cut out. Scary.

I went to Colorado once on a skiing holiday, they do have a lot chainsaws there, I have never seen so many one armed people in all my life, from garage attendants to receptionist. Using a chainsaw is a skill and everyone who intends to use one should take a safety course and use all the protective gear every time they fire the thing up. They are very unforgiving.

Подшипник болгарки забъётся пылью, потому что он не особо защищён в виду того что прикрыт диском. А тут надо будет менять раз в месяц при умеренной работе, потому что опилки все устремляются к нему.

Экстрималам на заметку. У специализированного инструмента, есть стопора при закусывании цепи. Есть удобный хват. Правильная подача масла на шину. В данном девайсе, прямое нарушение ТБ. Сомнительное смазочное действие маслёнки, что будет при минусовой температуре? В какую сторону и как полетит "пила" в момент закусывания цепи? Дай бог без увечий для оператора. И не маловажным являются обороты! У моей макиты, 1200 об.мин

Could be worse: Replace the 4-inch grinding disk with 10 inch circular saw disk. You have to, of course, remove the protector and the handle. I did it, just for the picture. But I would never turn it on. At 10,500 rpm...

Напиши честно : Как я переделал такой-то электроинструмент ( в данном случае - УШМ ) , во что то другое ! А то , подобного контента , полно на Ютубе , а реально всё переделывают , а некоторые просто портят инструмент , обзывая это какими-то гипотетическими ,,скрытыми функциями " ! 😳

@@jakelancey4769 it's the operator's competency on trial here, and usually someone competent enough to build one is probably plenty competent to use it. I don't think it has anything to do with smarts.
Купил себе электропилу ( хотя у меня есть и бензопила ) и скажу честно - работать ей просто одно удовольствие !! Лёгкая , удобная , безопасная ,неприхотливая !!! Бензопила по сравнению с ней просто мастодонт !!!

It's ridiculous! He spent more on the chain, bar, metal, welding rods, grinder, and (eventual) emergency room visits....much more than what a brand new chainsaw (with all the cool safety features) costs.
