This is so sad.... What's crazy is not only that she got out recent, but that she was even sentenced. Sure, she conspired and was assisting to end her mother, but I feel that she should have had some pardoning for what she did. It's not like she would be a danger to anyone else(well, it's hard to say what her mental state is really). her so called demon "mother" destroyed her life. I don't even want to image.... a feeding tube into the stomach...? She couldn't even enjoy the pleasure of eating food.... That's sick. All while her mother probably ate well. fk man that's so sad. 8 years..... The worst part though, is her BF or whoever got life..... Then she got with other guys.... Life in prison for someone who replaced you... That sucks.

@@MrE_ he wasn't coerced with lies, threats, and violence. He wasn't forced to be in a wheelchair or have his teeth removed. When you take that away it's just 1st degree murder. His situation and Gypsy's are not comparable. He's lucky they didn't seek the death penalty.
@@AlvinKazu She said she was happier in prison than living with her mom because she was allowed to be a normal person. It was premeditated murder and wasn't for self-defense. That's typically 1st degree murder and either death or automatic life without the possibility of parole. So getting a sweet deal for 2nd degree murder and only having to serve 8 years is exceptionally generous.

I want her to grow up to make me and herself proud I want her to have the same goals and dreams I had ..to grow up healthy have a nice career and get married with loving family all by having a relationship with God .. what kind of mother is this😢

oh no. they portrayed nick wrong. he is a danger to society. the messages he sent her weren't the sweet and innocent persona they portray. he would definitely do it again and he wanted to violate the corpse.

This movie is based on the true story of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, victim of munchausen by proxy (she made a STORM on the Internet when she was granted parole at the beginning of 2024). It is EXTREMELY important to remember this is an adaptation that took a LOT of liberty in the writing, also the family never recieved any royalties for this show. Fun fact: Although the show was inaccurate and cheated her out of money, Gypsy actually complimented the actors of the show. If you treat The Act as a fictional show, then yes, it's a great show with good writing and acting. But don't base your opinion of the Truth on something trying to maximize money 🤑
