Vince Carter - Fade Away

2011 ж. 24 Там.
862 896 Рет қаралды

The 2011 season was a rough year for Vince Carter fans around the world. This mix captures the feeling of uncertainty we all felt. After a summer of working out and dedication, VC was surprisingly traded from a contender to a struggling team out west. All hopes of a title seemed to fade away. And as the NBA lockout still looms, VC fans can only hope that he will get his game back, join a contender next year and finally win that elusive NBA title.
This past year has been great for me on a professional level and I had less and less time to edit NBA videos. I had to edit this video on nights and weekends. I really hope you enjoy it for what it is and apologize for the lack of videos this year. Thanks for reading and thanks for watching!

  • Vince Carter in his prime was the most exciting player there ever was to watch, from incredible dunks that no one has ever seen, to amazing games that he had, VC is the greatest dunker to ever play in the nba and there will never be a better dunker, he is a humble basketball player and theres no doubt he deserves a ring, Vince Carter over everything

  • I think it was the summer of 2012, after the PHX experiment, when VC really matured, put his veteran work in the gym, and got ready for the season with the Mavs. Sure Rick Carlisle is a great coach, but VC's great performance would not have been possible without a good work ethic. PHX season woke him up!

  • I'm Italian and here is always soccer, soccer, soccer...When I discovered the NBA I just fell in love with this game. It's kinda magic, it's something that goes over all with its fight, its men, its heroes and all their lives, objectives, challenges, with life first of all. It's due to all these MEN, like Vince, and the dream atmosphere inside the best game in the world that I love the NBA.

VC is all about class. I hope he gets his long awaited and well deserved ring. VC = LEGEND AND H.O.F.

  • Haters will Hate. We all loved him when he was in Toronto.See it from his point of view. Everything he did and sacrificed for this organization, we all call ourselves fans and once he leaves we start burning his jerseys and spitting at him? As hard as it is for me to say it, Toronto doesn't deserve a guy like Vince after what he did for us. Its disgusting. As a kid, i grew up watchin him play at his prime, and seen him make statements with his dunks. Vince, thank you for all the memories :)

  • I am so sad to see Vince Carter getting old. People shouldn't hate because he gave us so much, his videos still entertain us till today. If not for Vince we would've never seen the kind of shit that we did. We would've never known that dunking can be taken to suck extent. We would've never witness a 7 foot man getting shitted on. We would've never lived through those exciting moments when the clock is ticking down at the end of the 4th quarter and Vince has the ball, 5,4,3,2,1 Caterrrr ONIONS!

Honestly, your Vince Carter vids saved my life. I never had the strenght or courage to say that or comment anything, but ever day of my life during my darkest years i used to watch your VC videos because he was my childhood hero. Every day i used to dream being like him, and the hype and joy ive always felt watching this video and many other takes me back to those days. Ive always dreamed of another tribute of him with the same song of this one, also my favourite song, for the old days. Would be amazing. Thank you Max, thank you for all the memories
