Really enjoying watching your channel. We live and cruise on a 48’ Kadey Krogen trawler and only dream of the big yachts. Yesterday we cruised from Miami to North Palm Beach. Passed Launchpad and hundreds of other Mega Yacht. Recognize a lot from your videos. Thx

Pedantic: The Fijian court agreeded that a treaty was applicable to this case and Fiji would honour the USA court's decision to seize vessel. (singificant in that the Fijian court did not rule on validity of claims, only that it should blindly hand over the boat to USA).

Great of the subscriber to notice and get the picture whilst traveling. So many good things about the people involved with this chanel. Nice to see both MY Alpha Nero and MY Amadea again. I like the looks of them both. It's a shame about Alpha Nero and the litigation resulting in no use of her and apparent physical deteriorating circumstances. Hopefully Amadea will be maintained.

I've always tried to live my life the right way, but it really shocks me the lengths people in power will go to, to attempt to hold on to their questionable property. This appears to apply to most countries. I know it's naive to expect politicians and power-holders not to lie, but it's the extent of the underhand behaviour. Never ceases to amaze me.

Exactly what law/act gives governments the right to seize private property from noncitizens? Why does a law like that exist? I can understand commercial, not private.

What gives any country to seize personal yachts simply because the owner is from a country they don’t like?
after decades of UK lawyers and New York money men setting up closed corporations to hide these assets, they're now being paid to find those same assets. They should face charges, confiscation of money and assets as well. they ENABLED these eastern bloc crooks to steal from citizens of those countries, and made huge coin doing it. Now they're playing the good cowboy and still making money doing it.
That's not what is happening. 1.The alleged owner is a member of the Russian Duma (who voted and support the invasion of Ukraine), 2. He also has interests in Crimea which is illegally occupied by Russia. 3. He used the US financial system to pay for things for his yacht which is against the sanctions placed on him by the US because of the other points above.

Here is a story for y'all, yesterday my wife was boiling a dozen eggs. She went outside and forgot she had eggs boiling. We then entered the house some 30-45 min later. Do you have any idea the detention acceleration of a exploding egg in a pot with no lid, well do ya...now make it a dozen. So I hope yall enjoy your weekend...me I will be whipping down the ceiling!
