  • To be honest, I was not really expecting this level pf durability, even though I have seen what Topgear have done to the Hilux. This will definitely be one of the most celebrated cars in the hiatory of automobiles, and one that does not cost a million bucks a pop!

  • Whrn I was in Syria, we had two hiluxes. We literally had 6 people in the cab and 8 people in the back... on top of hundreds of pounds if ammo, guns, and explosives. Drove that thing from Şaddadî to Raqqa with the suspension fully compressed. Greatest truck in the world.

  • From 4:10 to 4:40, and aside of the watery parts, I have been doing more or less the same driving on almost daily basis to my Sierra HD2500 2013 with no issues so far!. I even once did the same thing with 2.5 ton payload of cement bags and the beast didn't even complain.

    • @@testittim8200 it is definitely not a 1 ton truck. Its defined as a mid sized pickup truck in the US even tho its been made for the Japanese market. A 1 ton truck often has dually in the rear.
