My wonderful friends! I'm excited to share with you my favorite recipe of the season 🥰🤤. Shrimp Shakshuka! It's super easy to whip up and can be enjoyed any time of the day - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try this easy and very delicious recipe, and let me know in a comment's, "how do you like it?". INGREDIENTS:
4 large eggs
2 tbsp Olive oil (divided)
3 garlic cloves
1/2 pound / 225g shrimp
Season with Salt and Black pepper
1/2 yellow onion
1-2 large beefsteak tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup / 120ml warm water
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp harissa paste
1/2 tsp ras el hanout (optional)
1/4 tsp ground coriander

Getting closer to ketogenic recipes! i, for one, really appreciate that. I make something similar, much more basic, w/ garlic, eggs, pepper, & shrimp... but the sauce & baguette really take things to another level; however, I need to keep carbohydrates/sugars extremely low for now. Thank you!
